The bagels are absolutely delicious because they are fresh, soft, and flavorful. The staff is courteous and really seems to appreciate my business.

Food is always very good, I would give 5 stars but the only issue I have is an employee that is always very rude. He answers the phone with a rude snarky attitude, and when you walk in the deli he is very rude as well. It’s a shame because this is the only reason why I no longer want to go to this deli.

Went for an early morning breakfast before working from home. Bagels were excellent and coffee was fresh!

The worst customer service ever. You call to make an order and get nothing but an attitude from one specific staff member. Like I’m sorry I bothered you to place my order. Please check your attitude before you answer the phone or don’t have him answer the phone. This is not the first time he has had an attitude. I let it go the first couple of times but enough is enough. Don’t work in customer service if your going to be a crab 🦀

Everything has always been very good

Although the food tastes good, they rarely get our orders correct. Im about 1 for 5 with correct orders. We will stop going here until the employees learn how to accurately record and provide accurate orders.

With understanding we are in a global pandemic and times can be chaotic for us all, this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever seen every time I come here. I called in for a few bagels with cream cheese, they told me it was going to be 20 minutes in a very rude manner. I waited that time then arrived with no instruction and confused by the curbside pickup with no greeting after 5 minutes. The staff continued to ignore me waiting in the parking lot. Even a customer that arrived after us got served first because it was one of the staff members “friends”. I’m tired of coming to this place and being treated poorly by the staff. I enjoy the food but get better staff members please!!!

Moving here from right outside NYC I was worried we wouldnt be able to find bagels that met my high standards. But no fear - these are great!

Really good bagels. Friendly service. I only gave 4 stars because one time I stood in line for about ten minutes for bagels and they were taking more call in orders than in house customers. The callers got all of the bagels I wanted. I watched over and over the bagels empty out as I waited patiently for service. It felt a bit unfair that I was there and still had to take a backseat and then take the loss. That day was a poor example of customer service. Mainly because some items are limited for the day, Id hope they consider getting orders from in house before expediting all of the call ins. I still went back and bought sandwiches and bagels.

I enjoy the food very much, as for the hospitality from the staff to the customers I’m very disgusted. The rude bald guy with glasses was being a dic* and very angry as I was ordering with my girlfriend. I felt violated as he addressed us with “WHO’S NEXTTT” with a ratchet voice. I also noticed while waiting, that staff member as well as others except for 1 young teenager surprising compared to the adults were extremely rude to every customer. Gain some hospitality please!!!!!!!!

Lets start with that i dont hate this place. there food is very good and the bagels are delicious. the issue i now have is the Rudeness that the woman working there gave my wife when she went to buy bagels this morning. the lady behind the counter was such a nasty person telling my wife they dont except debit cards. so my wife was guna run to an atm to get cash to pay for them, but if i remember correctly they have an atm inside, which the woman could care less to let my wife know that. so this very nice unknown man behind my wife in line said that he would pay for the bagels since it was only $6 and it was the holidays. and the woman behind the counter proceeds to ask him do u even know her (with a snotty attitude)? he says no i dont, and it doesnt matter. so i would like to thank the unknown man for his great hospitality and generosity. and i would to tell Bagel Town Cafe that u have lost sincere and loyal customers to west milford businesses. Shame On You.
