I made an appointment for my COVID booster here for yesterday (11/1). Showed up on time, with my 3 & 1 year old tagging along. Kyle, who checked me in, was awesome & I honestly feel badly for him - he was sweet with my toddler and seemed to share my frustration at the situation (in a professional manner). I ended up waiting over an hour because the pharmacists were in a meeting. Why schedule appointments when the pharmacists aren’t available? When they finally emerged from their meeting they didn’t seem to be bothered that the pharmacy area was filled with people who had appointments for shots & were now waiting. I was frustrated, as were the others, and my kids were struggling mightily. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Trying to get a phone call through to an actual person is absolutely ridiculous. I called three different times and never got through to a person. One time I held on for 15 minutes and actually spoke to someone...she put me on hold and disconnected me!
Never can have your pills ready cuz they are waiting for my insurance even though I’ve told them a hundred times I’m paying out of pocket. Shouldn’t have to wait days to pick up a simple antibiotic
The head pharmacist knows her stuff and is respectful. A couple of the newer techs are nice but those who answer the phone are condescending and won’t give you the time of day.
Walgreens has the worst Pharmacist, customer service skills- NONE existing. I scheduled an appointment to get my COVID-19 vaccine, there were 3 appointments and their website doesnt allow you to finish, it tells you click next but I wont allow you to go forward, I called the Pharmacist and before anything she was rude, nasty and said well there is no more appointments left, I told her it clearly said there were 3 appointments left but she said No youre wrong and theres no appointments left. I cant believe thats the kind of treatment you give your customers specially during COVID-19 times., so many people that are sick, how many more need to end up in the hospital because no one seems to care. Shame on you 😕 😔 you have the vaccine but refuse to give it to your community just because you want to go home and not be bothered.
Woman at pharma desk was helpful & prompt. Took my info, did whatever setup needed. Even added me to their text notifications for ready pickup, which i didnt know they had .. All w courtesy.180° different from rt.23 Franklin disaster.
Don’t even try to go get your COVID shot here, women in pharmacy on phone there have attitude and once you go in it’s worst they’re all miserable old hags.
The pharmacist was nice. The cashier was trying to insist I get a flu shot for people over 65. I told her I didn’t want that. She kept saying... but that’s what’s recommended, over and over. So she FINALLY went to the pharmacist to talk to him and he said it’s okay she can get whatever she wants. She’s not a doctor and saying it over and over only served to really irritate me.
I just waited on hold for the pharmacy for ten minutes before I got hung up on. The prescription is not in my text alerts and no one at this pharmacy will ever fill a prescription for me unless I show up there at the counter and ask them to do it and wait while they do it. I would think they would use the electronic tools at their disposal l to keep people safe from covid but they don’t really care.

Ive always gone to walgreens pharmacies but now that Ive moved to West Milford Im going to have to find other options. My provider called in an emergency dosage of a medication 28 hours ago. After a few hours I called to check the status. No answer and no record associated with my phone number. A few hours later I went in person and they said this is because THEY STILL HADNT CHECKED THEIR VOICEMAIL. At this point it was 8 hours after the call was put in. Ive been without my medication for 28 hours and at this point its unsafe for me to drive to Walgreens do to medication withdraw symptoms. This business is wildly mismanaged and telling me its not their fault that HUNDREDS of customers are ahead of me in the cue is not only unfair to the patients awaiting potentially life saving medication, its a bold faced lie! This small town with 3 pharmacies within site of each other is not so overwhelmed that they get thousands of Rxs called in per day. The only reason they havent filled my prescriptions and supposedly hundreds more is because they refuse to do their jobs in a timely manner.
Three different times I have emailed my prescription and received confirmation to pick up and when I went to store I had to wait 45 minutes for prescription to be filled.

Forty minute wait to get a flu shot even though I had an online appointment and there was no other customers at the pharmacy desk when I arrived. Terrible process and no sense of any urgency
The pharmacist now are a complete joke. They had 2 great ones, but now the ones there are terrible. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE,AND TELL YOU TO FIND A PRODUCT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Im done with the pharmacy.
Never get your passport photo taken here. Stick with the post office. I sent my passport photo for renewal back in May as I was leaving for London on July 11. I had to take my picture two more times because Walgreens didnt do it properly the first time, not to mention I had to PAY to expedite my photos TWICE. I was literally on edge the whole time and didnt receive my passport until two days before I left for my trip. It is unreal that a corporation like this takes on something so important and critical, and cant even get it right the first time. I am beyond upset and was nervous for two months that I wasnt going to make my trip. It is necessary to train your employees better. I am sure I am not the first one to complain about this.
This is the busiest pharmacy I have every used, but even with that being said every single member of the pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The rest of the store also has wonderful staff members. It sounds weird but I truly love this pharmacy and the store.
I also waited about 15 minutes on hold then someone came on to ask me to please hold, then waited another 10 and got hung up on. This is why I generally go to CVS.
I would literally rather go to the DMV then this pharmacy.
If I could I would give zero stars. I really never use walgreens so I wanted to give it a try and called them to have my meds transferred from another Pharmacy and I was told to go to another totally different Pharmacy that is not related to Walgreens, then to be told can you call later on in about 4 hours later .He continues now is not a good time. Rude and impolite and nor would I use them again.
Great store and staff. Always very helpful. Wide selection of everyday products and great sales.
Scary lady by makeup made me feel really uncomfortable a few months ago and I haven’t been back since. I guess since I went shopping with sweatpants and a hoodie she thought I was going to steal... she just followed me and stared until I looked her in the eyes and said can I help you and I walked out.
Can I give a zero? Please? Worst experience ever at the pharmacy. Techs and pharmacists rude and dismissive and care nothing about the customer. Transferring all of my prescriptions to anywhere but there.
