Amazing gem, glad this area got a spot with bubble tea and quality coffee, I grew up in the area but lived in California for years and when visiting I was surprised find a great spot that you would find in the city. 10/10 better then Starbucks

These people are friendly, and the coffee and other treats are really well made! The atmosphere is also cool, and it’s a good place to hang out. Darren and the rest of the staff are friendly, and do their best to make you the highest quality coffee.

Such a great, relaxed atmosphere - and such fun! Truly high quality coffee, love all the little touches - sweets and treats. Theyve really embraced their brand and their atmosphere - absolutely great.

Coffee is amazing! We always get a bag to go as s special treat too. Darren is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Im not much of a coffee drinker. But after switching from working nights to days I needed a fix. To quote Jethro Tull. Im sitting on the corner feeling glad., That was the best cup of coffee I have ever had.

Kraken Kofe is spectacular! I stop in to visit every chance I get! I have family who live right in the area, and I dont (admittedly) get down to visit anywhere near enough but when I do, Kraken is absolutely one of my first stops. My kids grab hot chocolates and I get my coffee! A perfect combination. In fact Kraken has taken me by the heart to such an extent, I even order my at-home coffee from them! Kraken Kofe, you guys are great! I can not wait until I get to come visit you guys for a cup of coffee I dont have to make myself!

Love this place! The coffee is high quality with a large variety of options. The staff are always friendly and welcoming to us, Kraken has become my friend group’s main place to hang out. The owner, Darren, makes it a comfortable environment for people of any age with couches, books and board games, to go with a variety of snacks from gelato to a wide selection of classic candy.

Different name, same owner. The owner has the personality of a rock. He should NOT be in the service industry because he has ZERO customer relations skills and is extremely rude. He would be better off working as a computer programmer or any other job where he would have no interaction with human beings. How someone that rude decides to open up a customer oriented business is beyond me. I would give this business NEGATIVE stars if I could. Please stay far far away from this business.

Terrible experience, employee was rude and made 1 of my drinks wrong. I contacted them via website about my experience which was my 1st visit and they did not respond.

Saw an advertisement on this place so I decided to stop in and see what it was all about. I was very disappointed they didnt have much, I figure some sandwiches and chips but nothing like that at all and also to expensive for what they did have.
