I was initially looking forward to shopping at ShopRite after their renovation, but am very disappointed. The organic produce section is poor. It often has vegetables that are going bad still sitting on the shelves. They obviously pay very little attention to this section. I am looking for fruits, vegetables, spices, and herbs that are not full of pesticides, fungicides, glyphosate, additives, etc. I suggest you shop elsewhere if you are looking for fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff is mostly pleasant and helpful.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I have had problems with checkouts! Frequently doesn’t scan the sale price that is indicated on the tag below the item. Also several times the cashier has entered the wrong code for my fruit. Always same cashier. Again, overcharged. Digital coupon had been loaded onto card.

The worst deli department anywhere. Lousy service, always looking for someone to help serve you. Never enough registers open. Poor stock level on lots of products. This Shoprite use to be the best around. It is now one of the worst

Thid Shoprite has been recently remodeled and is huge. Large selection of everything. Only one Express checkout lane when I visited and about 10 people in line. For a store this busy they could use more help.

Seafood Department is FABULOUS! My commendations to Richie, the manager! My special order was prompt, fresh, and well packaged for the ride home! Please, afford him the staff and budget to make this department an exceptional experience for shoppers! Up his pay and that of his staff!

They recently renovated this Shop Rite. In my opinion, its a huge improvement over the old one. All new freezer and refrigerator cases, new produce section, and they now offer cold and hot prepared food. Their pharmacy is now a seperate store (next door) and has its own seperate entrance. Although its quite busy at time being its really the only grocery store in the entire town, at least now its a little more pleasurable to spend time in.

I have been a shop rite shopper for years, I do mostly online shopping. I started going here instead of Oakland about 2 months ago. I love the store, the stock is good, the meat great, clean and bright. I think their pick up could be a little more expansive, two spots? you have to call and let them know you are there? a little weird. My only issue is the customer service counter. Few times that I had to call and they cant be bothered to do anything. sorry, I have a line now........standard answer.

Even though sometimes is hard to find someone to help or ask, whenever you do cashiers are very polite. I usually go there late at night as I have a little baby and that is the best time for me to go. It definitely is a well kept store. Would recommend shopping there.

Haven’t been back to ShopRite in over a year since I moved away. Coming back to the new ShopRite 5.0 (used to be for me ShopRite 2.0) is a true blessing! Love the new update! The Produce/Deli/Bakery looks amazing!! You all did a wonderful job!

I live right up the street from shoprite, but I go to the shoprite in Warwick because I like the seniors citizens discount. To bad shoprite in West Milford doesnt have the discount. Even the new store Highland Market has seniors discount every Wednesday

Terrible, obnoxious atmosphere and customers, very rude and shop rite dosent care, no parking and car will get dents, dings scratches and no room for any type of truck or SUV, and again shop rite dosent do anything about or care !

Change is hard but the store is better after the remodel. The fresh olives are not as fresh as the Oakland ShopRite, but still a welcome addition.My biggest complaint is the parking lot. I am not exaggerating when I say the original parking lot was the best parking lot that ever existed or ever will exist. It was simple and flat and presented options for how to enter and exit. The new parking lot with all of the curbs put in makes it feel tight and constrictive. Only allows three options for escape. It directs traffic in front of the store where people are entering and exiting. I can never forgive the person who redesigned it. Not until it is restored to its former glory. I do think the fresh Olives make up for it though. :p

It’s getting better! Used to be awful and hated shopping there. The produce section has gotten a lot better. They have made the improvements to the inside. Just wish they would keep things in stock better. If you see something selling well common sense is to reorder. Staff is a hit or miss one customer service. Stopped using shop from home because I had to many issues. The parking lot is still disgusting. Definitely needs to be repaved not repaired. The striping is so confusing someone is going to get into an accident.

I have been shopping there for a while but Saturday was my last time I went over the bakery ask for assistance they lady over the counter was busy so she ask young African American to help me i guess she wasn’t happy so she shown me the wrong stuff. So I find it by myself so I continue shopping around the store saw her walking inside with another girl roll her eyes and said to her friend loud I told you I mean if she don’t want to work she shouldn’t be there when ever I shop there I depend at $500 but now I will take my business somewhere else

Weve shopped at this Shoprite every week for 25 years. My wife placed an online order for pickup 10 days ago and gets a call now that they cannot do it. This was going to be food for Easter dinner. Why call now 2 days before a holiday and cancel the order. My wife spoke to the manager-Melissa who really didnt seem to care and then hangs up on my wife.I understand they must be inundated but I have no food and was patient to wait the 10 days.Very disappointed and will be shopping somewhere else outside of the InSerra Chain. Melissa owes my wife an apology if they have any chance of us ever stepping foot in that store again.

One star because is the only one in town. Whoever designed the parking lot, must consider double check his/her profession as well as the person in charge for the inside store organization. Total chaos in and out, inventory is always short when is none. All employees must be trained on food safety and workplace hygiene.Save your time and KEEP CALM, go to the one in Warwick, I dont think u will be disappointed.

Store looks brand new

We like it more than the Oakland ShopRite. The layout is convenient and checkout is quick due to speedy cashiers and many self checkout registers. Bakery area is well stocked and fresh. This is our go to supermarket.

Super modern facilty with spacious aisles and extensive choice. Sushi is great and freshly made. Checkout was quick and easy. A great addition to West Milford.

Typical grocery store

Its nice. Youre usual supermarket. Some produce items are a bit pricey but overall the price is reasonable. The layout of the store is crazy! It took me a good 5 minutes just to find butter!!

Has decent prices and relatively friendly staff.Finding some items can be difficult with asking for assistance, but thats not a terribly big issue.The store just recently got upgraded and looks a lot nicer as well.

Close to lake Hopatcong and mc Donalds

The store is really clean and organized. Theres a big selection of products. I just dont like the way the receipt and the price tags are. I want to know what I actually paid and I dont want to have to figure it out. I also dont like how on some products you have to buy a certain quantity to get the sale price. There are a lot of products I would buy if I could just buy one and get the sale price.

Its been under construction for over a year so finding things can be a hassle, but the improvements were desperately needed. Their prepared food section has grown tremendously and I appreciate that I can get fresh baked Irish soda bread year round now, instead of just in March. With A&P closed its the only large super market in town but they still try to make it a reliable first choice anyway.

ShopRite in West Milford was just renovated and made much larger. Their produce section is huge and also carries organic produce. There is a sushi section, very large deli meat and salads section. Also a large seafood section. The rest of the store has been totally changed around. All new coolers and refrigerators. The store is very clean amd the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Looks really nice, fresh and new. Only thing I have against this ShopRite is Ive been in there three times so far and havent seen a gluten free section yet. Wanted some frozen GF rolls last time with no luck.

Main shopping destination. This place has alot to offer. It has sushi, a bakery, a deli, and everything else a big grocery store needs.

This grocery store is so much better than any grocery store we have back home in California. The overall amount and variety of foods and various products sold here is unbelievable. There is a full seafood market with live Lobster, there is a sushi bar with chefs actively preparing fresh sushi. They have everything you could ever want from the grocery store and then some.

I spend about 250$ a month in your store and today I tried to return a recalled box of hamburgers and was told I didnt have a box so they couldnt do anything. Who has room in their freezer for a big of 32 hamburgers. A recall is a recall. I left them there anyway cause Im not going to take a chance of ecoli...

Literally the worst ShopRite on the planet. The people in charge of this ShopRite as well as the person running the redesign needs to rethink their career choice. The inventory of this store is random and inconsistent, to the point I have thought certain products were discontinued until I saw them at a different ShopRite. A town of 80 square miles shops here, or use to shop here, until they cut the parking down so no one fits and decided to rearrange the entire store each night rather than just moving everything once to the empty shopping center in the other side of town until the remodel is complete, and then out it neatly back. West Milford ShopRite needs help from an intelligent and capable adult right now.

Wear your finest pair of pajamas and brace yourself for moldy sweet potatoes and produce that ages faster than your high school crush’s hairline did. Watch out for “fresh” garlic wrapped in white mesh with bugs inside the cloves.

I love this shop rite as it is local and people are friendly. Prices are very reasonable too! Right now a lot of construction underway so it is a little crazy but cant wait until it is finished.
