I got into a bind where three of my vehicles needed service two were already in the shop one was getting an engine installed. The one I was in low pressure gauge came on. So the previous night I looked up the closest shop near me to get to without destroying my engine I saw a listing for Gap automotive it was the name that drew me being I believe in Jesus Christ. So the following morning I rushed there but was afraid that the car may not start if I parked it too far from the bay it would have to go through to be repaired. I had to walk to take care of other buisness on that street so I called GAP three times but got no answer then I received a call back from a very rude woman before I could even explain that I wanted to get my vehicle repaired there I got a You need to move your vehicle out of my bay I was about to have it towed. It wouldn’t have even been there if I didn’t want it repaired at this facility. Instead I caught a ride back up there put on my emergency lights and drove to another facility. I wouldn’t be too quick to use his name while running off and persecuting his people the same way you treat others you too shall be treated at judgement.

My daughter was driving from Texas to Alabama for school last August. She broke down in Monroe LA half way through her trip. GAP took amazing care of her and the two dogs with her. Very sweet and kind hearted people. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their service. They helped us find a hotel, made sure my daughter was fed and taken care of. If you need anything done on your car you MUST go to GAP Automotive Solutions. It was the best auto-shop experience you can ask for.

Our big family of 8 are traveling from Texas to Florida and our truck started making a noise on the tire a few miles away from here and luckily the first place we tried getting it checked out at refused to help us and we saw this place out of sheer luck and thank God we did because they are super friendly and understanding. They even stayed there to help us past closing time because we got there about 10-15 mins before they closed and ordered us the part we needed and within the hour had us on our way again. And also the mechanic fixing us up was kind enough to also check our oil and antifreeze. We highly recommend! We just have one small concern, what’s up with the pickle jar in the restroom? Jk guys!!

My daughter broke down, this week, going back to college in Tuscaloosa. She went to GAP and the part wasn’t available until the next day. They were amazing! We live in Dallas and we’re concerned about her being stranded. They assured us that they would find her a hotel and drive her over if need be. I was able to get there and stay with her until the repairs were made. Before I got there they bought her lunch and even let her two dogs hang out in the waiting area!!!! What amazing people.

Traveling from Texas to Mississippi and broke down around the corner from them, their family was so sweet. They helped us out so much and were so kind. Their comfy waiting area and kindness made the wait not so bad. They have reclining chairs, charging docks and a TV to keep you comfortable! 10/10 would highly recommend them! So grateful we found them!

I left my car at 1pm om just getting my car back at 5pm. All I wanted was a simple tire alignment, what I get was a broken hub cap, my seats were stained with black, there was mud all over my floor board.and my car is still not fixed I just had my car detail when I got the oil changed this morning. This is one of the worst places Ive ever been to in my life. Atleast rachel or amber what ever the ladys name was is nice enough to clean the seats back off and give a discount on the broke hub cap which was broke it 4 different places and cracked from the bottom to the top.I do not recommend this place at all.

Best place for tires!! Staff is so helpful and friendly!! They took the time to work with me on which tire would be the best for my driving habits AND my budget! They didn’t push for the most expensive, they didn’t make me feel like I was ignorant for not knowing things that I probably should have. Oh and the service was very quick and painless!!

Great staff and service!!

They told me it would take 45 minutes of waiting to get tires aligned, after they were supposed to have already aligned them. It ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. When i got back to my car, it was full of dirt and grass where the employee that had moved the car back had apparently no regard to preserving how clean it was. I understand it’s a shop, but it’s still common decency among places like this to attempt to keep customers’ cars clean. I will not be returning, that’s for sure.

Brought my truck in yesterday to get the AC working and they fixed a clog, a leak, and refilled the freon for only $120. Not bad I say! Left work today and it was blowing hot again, so I brought it back and they went through the whole process again and got it working in just over an hour for no extra charge! Thanks guys, yall were very helpful and patient!
