Long story short, 13 months and 20 unreturned phone calls later, I finally went up there in person. Yea, partially on me here. But, after over a year they gave me several empty excuses, offered nothing for their lack of service, attempted to charge me for a part I paid for 13 months ago, and took two days longer than they told me they would while I was paying for a rental. One of the newer managers was helpful and attempted to make things right but came up short in my opinion. I will never return here or recommend anyone go here for service.
If I could add 0 stars I would. THE WORST PLACE EVER. My moms car has been there for over 3 months, no rental car, and no way too go. All they have done is lied about parts being on back order. Then we finally get a call TODAY saying they have not ordered a THING and they are waiting on the warranty to get approved or whatever lie they talking about this time. Her car has been there this whole summer, all of last summer, and when they say its fixed its not. She will have it for a month and have to bring it back. Its been there 6 times in the passed two years for the same thing. First they said a rodent ate the wires then they want to say something about the heads. Whatever it is they better get it fixed. Never in my life will we be back there. I can add names if you want? Your reviews are terrible anyway so its not going to hurt this business too bad.
Duane in service area is very helpful and honest. The service department always does an excellent job
My experience was good, it looks like they may have needed a little more help and they could have got me out of there sooner, but I did enjoy the visit
Ok so Im posting this a bit late! But omg these guys here went above and beyond! If you are looking for a vehicle go see them at Interstate Dodge and see my guy Andre Jones! The most awesome experience EVER! Thats coming from someone who has worked at dealerships for years!
Thad Jones is an A-#1 Salesman. Wanted a RAM 1500 CrewCab that they had just sold, discussed getting one from another dealer & while he searched, I found one on the lot that matched our needs. Worked out a deal & financing in a short time. All of the sales staff congratulated me on my choice. Very Positive Experience....
Horrible customer service experience. I could never reccomend this place to anyone. Sadly, we were hoping for a better experience. After the rudest email sent out to my Mother, I know turning away from this place was the right choice for us all.You didnt waste your time with her.You did waste your time and energy get flustered and sending out a rude email to a potential customer. Learn something from this. I suggest you read the bookNon Violent Communication you will become a much better communicator and leader and definitely learn to pick your battles.
Horrible customer service. I should have brought my business elsewhere. Now I still have to deal with them since I bought a car from them and now that they got my money and trade in, they are taking their time with helping me with what was wrong with the brand net vehicle I bought from them. The only person I have dealt with there that was nice was the finance guy name kice.(oh and now the service lady named Carla).
Everything went great. I will keep coming back. Time after time. Given Interstate Dodge Five stars. Johnny Turner
Had to wait over 2 hours for a replacement key. No one else in service waiting area entire time. Long wait and no followup. Would not recommend this service center!
Matthew and Troy made sure to take care of me in the maintenance department. It was a wait, but the customer service was amazing. Will be back!
I highly recommend Christopher Hill. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I’m picky/particular and he put up with every bit of it. He wasn’t satisfied until he could get me in exactly what I asked for & with an exceptional deal. See Chris!
Wrost place ever! No communication, Lori never calls although she tells she will. If it was thiz place or a goat seller to get a ride! I get the goat. At least you can eat the goat and wont cost you an arm and a leg!
They are a very friendly and courteous folks!
Sales manager was rude and very unprofessional. I was looking to purchase a $60K jeep with significant cash down payment and he never introduced himself, just that he would reduce MRP price by $500. Never even tried to negotiate with me at all. So, I drove 2.5 hours to Collierville TN and purchased a 2021 Rubicon jeep where the sales staff is professional and works with the customer to make the buying experience easy and Friendly. My wife and I have already sent 4 of our friends there ( Collierville Dodge/Jeep) with contact names as they are all looking to buy jeeps and Dodge 2500 trucks. My job requires me to deal with many customers daily consisting of multi million dollar deals and contracts. I understand the importance of friendly contract and purchases with customers, Its all about negotiation for both parties, not one sided deals. In the end you look up one day and you have no customers. Better learn fast that without a customer base, you have no job, no business. Seen it happen many times in business.I tried to keep my business local, and in Louisiana, unfortunately the sales manager at Interstate Dodge did not feel the same way.
I had a flat tire unable to easily repair or replace and I pulled into their service drive on Sunday. With convenient hotel next door, I stayed over and their Service Dept was cordial and fit me into their busy service load Monday morning and I was on my way. I applaud Logan for courteous respect and assistance, and a very capable tech staff. I would easily recommend Interstate!
Joshua Brown and Matthew Bridges are the best guys ever!! If you need any help ask for them and they will get you right. :)) So happy I took the time out with them. DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!
I went in for service as my truck had begun surging again while parked and running. This wasn’t the first time this had happened and I had it in for service. They put it through a “regen”, gave me the bill and away I went. This time I left the truck for over a week. I was told that the DEF lines, tank, etc. had crystallized and all must be replaced. Then I was told I needed a CCV unit replaced “to do this right”, so I told them to do it. Thankfully my extended warranty paid for all the DEF party’s and labor but I still had to pay a nice chunk for the part that wasn’t under warranty. I spoke with the highest educated technician they had concerning how I should keep my DEF tank, and the limits of the DEF fluid so this surging wouldn’t happen again. Well, all seemed to be well and I was very happy to get that DEF problem and the engine idle surging taken care off - SO I THOUGHT. Today while I was running the truck to provide power to an inverter to run fans, the engine idle surge returned. Now I had to run the truck at idle as we had lost all electricity due to Hurricane Laura and with two disabled occupants and my 81 year old mother in the house, I really could have gone without yet another UNFIXED problem, especially with the truck. I am writing this as I sit in the truck, at idle and in Neutral to keep it from surging recharging one of my truck batteries to utilize fans in the house. My rating is solely based on the irritation I have with this DEF and the high engine idle problem I thought was FIXED.
Very professional, helpful, & friendly staff. I had a recall, called to make appointment, saw me the same day. I was in & out in about 2 hrs. Couldnt be happier, Thank you Interstate Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep !
My husband & I both purchased vehicles this week & had great experiences with both deals! Thanks to James, Nathan & Kevin for sealing the deals!
I took my 2013 Dogde Charger in for repairs I had a appointment for Tuesday at 9:00am around 1:00pm Robert call and said they was replacing the thermo stat and flush the radiator got a call later and he said they had to keep it overnight so on Wednesday I haven’t heard from anyone about 2:30pm I give them a call and Robert said that it would be ready around 5:00pm so no call so I called Robert and again he said my car was not ready He told me that he would get me a rental car so again no call back call him and I was told that he was gone for the day so now it’s Thursday and no call at 2:30pm so I give Robert a call and was told the the car would be ready shortly so at 5:300pm I give Robert a call no answer this is poor customer service and unacceptable service and it’s Thursday night and still no car
Everyone was great job well done. Love that dodge.
I don’t live in the city and Chris made it super easy for me to get everything taken care of quickly. And so happy that my car came in before the estimated time.
Looking for a new vehicle? This is the place! Great customer service and personal attention. The service dept really makes this the place to go.
No one in the service department has any idea what they are doing and you get put on hold forever I go to the dealership in ruston for everything now dont waste your time here or money
Service department was fast, very polite, and upfront during my service experience at the dealership!!!
I honestly was not impressed with my visit to your dealership at all. I was not listened to r even communicated with by the salesman that I spoke to initially. When I asked a question or had a concern, I was made to feel like I was being talked down to. I will take my business elsewhere but ty.
Im a little late posting this, but I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Danny Beniot and Robert at Interstate Dodge Service Dept. A mutual friend, Barron Magee, suggested I take the Jeep by there. Turns out I had 4 cracked rotors, which happened prior to my purchase of the vehicle. Rotors are not covered under warranty, but Danny went to bat for me and got it covered. They also fixed the door seals around the back doors. I had my Jeep back in time to pack it up with camera gear for our Shreveport wedding and everything went perfectly. They saved me a pretty penny and I am delighted with the level of service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🚙🚙🚙🚙🚙
Couldn’t have been better. I was in and out in no time! I would buy from them again.
Horrible experience!!! Horrible Customer Service!!!! I Came for AR to buy an 80k Truck and they wouldnt even give me a full tank of diesel. Salesman gave me money out of his pocket after I refused to leave without a full tank. Also on the drive home the DEF light came on meaning they didnt fill it up during PDi of the truck. When I got home I noticed that the rear defroster wire had been damaged with a razorblade at some point during the cleaning process. I texted pictures to salesman and he never got back with me. The GM Kevin Hodge was not very helpful at all. After purchasing this vehicle they called my wife instead of me to ask how things went. She had NOTHING to do with any of the process. I would not send anyone to this dealership. Keep driving to the next dealership where you will be treated as a valued customer.
Service department wont answer phone my vehicle has been there a month and this is the 4th time for the same thing
Jordan the internet guy knew I was driving 2 hours away to get a car and then it was sold when I got there and the manager there tonight at 6pm thought it was no big deal. This place is a joke if your trying to buy a car out of town look else where. I have requested the GM to call me so I may be able to express what happened. Its been several days and I have yet to hear from him. Seems like the whole management team doesnt care. Its been over a week and I havent heard from the GM. I have recently also did a survey with Dodge to let them know how I was treated and about the lack of service. Its sad that the GM wont give a simple call.
Great place to buy auto
Called to see if parts dept.refered parts for my vehicle to speed up repair.
Great service!
Went to interstate dodge for wearing on the right hand tire. Danny (the service manager) greeted us, and listened to my complaint. After listening to the complaint he looked at the truck got in and test drove it came back and said that the truck was pulling to the right and got his mechanics to see what they could find. Danny got back to me and said he recommended that I changed the tire out because they had problems with the oem tires on the truck. I went back to pick up my truck and was pleased to find Danny changed both front tires and he explained to me that just changing one would cause the other one to wear and cause the same problem. This is the best I’ve been treated by any dodge service department that I have dealt with. I think it was all because of Danny’s professionalism, courtesy and concern for my problem. I would give Danny’s service department high ranking.
I had a small issue with a tech and some work being done to my vehicle, the manager Danny was extremely helpful, very courteous and quick to rectify the situation. He has even called since then to check on the issue I was having to ensure all issues were fixed. Deff recomment
We just purchased our third vehicle from Interstate Dodge. I’ll never buy from anyplace else they treat you like family
Friendly staff knew what I wanted told t he m the range I needed to stay in and in5 minutes the deal was done
Stephanie was very accommodating and friendly when trying to schedule a service appt for our truck. Thank you for your amazing service!
This was, by far, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I visited and spoke with numerous car dealerships before deciding to place my order for a 2019 Ram Laramie with Interstate Dodge. They easily beat out the competition in pricing and excelled in customer service. Every question I asked and every concern I had was addressed. Mr. Bruce Jefferson did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my truck build, ensured the pick-up process was fast and painless, and explained the operation of all the features and options that were included in my truck. Every member of the staff we spoke with was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Interstate Dodge, and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again in the future.
Outstanding Customer Service! Myself, my father, and my two children were on our way to FL when my transmission light came on. We realized it could have been days before we were seen. We stopped by Interstate Dodge Inc. and were lucky enough to speak with the Owner whom made sure we were promptly seen. We were shown the waiting room and within the hour we were back on our way. Thanks for appreciating our military service and we greatly appreciated the assistance that we received!
Went to get my truck service, didn’t have to look for someone to help me i pulled up they came right out too take care of me. Great Service
Absolutely terrible service they lie to get higher commissions and there sales pitch is a joke. I recomend Sparks in monroe ober these scoundrels any day
I brought my 2020 Dodge Durango SRT here in Sept 2020 for service. I was having an issue with a factory mopar towing harness not working correctly. Note : I had the towing harness installed elsewhere by a reputable company as interstate told me it would be weeks before they could do this job . Apparently after you get this plug installed the vehicle has to be “flashed” . I personally waited and watched while they did this . Once they did it my electronics went crazy and my ac stopped working. I personally WATCHED a tech swap a couple wires on the wiring harness. Still no ac . I left and brought it back for service at a later date, at this point they told me the bumper wasn’t in line (hatch wasn’t closing properly) and that my wiring harness was all jacked up, they put all the blame on the other shop. Only warrantied a portion of it and then proceeded to charge me $700 in repairs for “fixing the wiring issue” which was literally tracing & swapping the wires back around that I WATCHED THEIR technician swap. They also did this $700 worth of repair work workout so much as calling me with an estimate beforehand (which I’m pretty sure is illegal) . While there, I had them do a normal service as well, oil change etc .... guess what? I now have an oil leak. They have been 100% dishonest and refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. I would 10/10 recommend avoiding this place if at all possible!
This place is horrible! The service department is very unprofessional. You guys need to fire everyone and start over.customer service is everything to a business. I see on the reviews that the company does not respond to every complaint. I advise everyone really need to research who they are dealing with while making a big purchase.
We went to the dealership after calling several times and no answer are recall from service department. The lady in the service office came out with her mask around her neck and started talking louldly in out truck right in my 76 year old husbands face that if our truck wasnt totally broken down it could not be fixed. Said they can only order one part eve so many weeks and they couldnt fix our truck. We are elderly and cant afford for our vehicle to be on side of road broken down and we dont need the corona virus that she could have spread to us.y
Made appointment online. Showed up they didnt know how to get it off the computer. I had to give them all the info again. 2 hours and 45 minutes later oil change completed. They didnt fix my airbag recall. I was told I need an alignment but their alignment machine is broken and it probably will never be fixed so they gave me a mechanic in town to take my vehicle to. Will not be going back.
Is absolutely the worse service ive ever experienced! They have had my truck for over a month and ive gotten the service department on the phone maybe 3 times
I am overall satisfied with my new auto purchase. My salesman Dale was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. He helped me every step of the process. I will deal with him again in the future. Thanks guys for a great deal.
My father, my son and I have all purchased vehicles at Interstate Dodge of West Monroe. Friendly atmosphere, great selection of vehicles. The last two purchases our salesman was Steve Porter and he is great!
Fraudulent Liars..... Tell you one thing on the phone and when you arrive they say oh that was a internet sales person. I told them I did not want my credit run more than one time and my monitoring alerts me of 8 hard inquires!!!! Do not go here!!!!
Great place to buy a car and my salesman Dwayne Clark was amazing! He went Beyond the call of duty to help my self and my family. when we left we were extremely happy and we will come back to buy the car from Dwayne Clark!! I highly recommend anyone that is in the need of a vehicle to go see Dwayne Clark at Interstate Dodge
My wife and I busted a tire and a rim on the way to Monroe from out of town. Danny, manager of the service department, worked with the manufacturer to make sure that we didn’t have to pay full price to replace the rim and tire. What could have been a $800 trip ended up being less than $400. Excellent service from Danny.
Quick and easy oil change with tire rotation! 👍👍
First time at this location. Overall great experience.Would recommend this location to someone else. Thanks
Danny is the best I ever seen so kind and nice great Supervisor at the shop, I thank God for Danny and his Team
I purchased a used pickup here. The truck was a 2006 with high miles. I asked some fairly pointed questions to ascertain what it was like, if it ran fine, etc. I was assured it does. After purchasing it, we discovered it needed brakes, the instrument cluster did not work right, the interior was dirty and smelly, the tires made a terrible racket, and worst of all, the engine knocks. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
Laverne Johnson was a very knowledgeable salesman. He did not pressure me to buy an automobile that I was not satisfied with. He made the Dodge Product look very attractive. The financial department was excellent and very friendly. The day I purchased my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 I celebrated with the staff listening to live music and having an adult beverage! Thanks guys! You are the best Laverne Johnson!
Was just here trying to purchase a truck with my dad. We test drove a very nice Dodge Ram 1500, and had agreed on a price. While waiting what seemed like forever on them to do the paperwork, my dad, whom is a diabetic, needed to go eat. So I tell the salesman that I need to take my dad to go and eat, his response is wait a few minutes and I will go with u. He offers to buy our lunch, to which I thank him but decline the offer. I assured him that we were coming back and we were going to buy the truck, my dad just needs to eat because of his diabetes. After 45 minutes when we returned, he had signed a contract with someone else to buy the truck at a more expensive price. Then has the nerve to try and sell dad a truck for over 6000 more than what we agreed on for the 1st truck. So unless you have money to burn -buy from somewhere else. Rant over -the end. Have a nice day.
If you are planning to purchase a car This is the place to go ! Hamm Hawkins was so fun yet professional, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. The finance guy was even great. Cant remember his name but he had a ton of personality and made sure he explained everything thoroughly to me regarding my trade in rebates etc...I would absolutely buy from them again.
Ive had the privilege of interacting with both the sales and service staff and I must say it is the WORST experience Ive ever had in regards to customer service. The vehicles are extremely over priced. I understand that there will be mark up, but in comparison to the same vehicles in surrounding cities and states, the difference is ridiculous. On the other end of that spectrum, SOME of the sale staff are very friendly, well trained, and will do what they can to help you find what you want. As for the service department, Ive never interacted with a business where the customer has to continuously contact them to see when the parts have arrived and are ready to be installed on the vehicle. Ive even been mislead by one service employee who told me it takes Dodge 3 weeks to respond to a claim, and I never heard back from her. So I took the vehicle back up there and the next service manager told me it literally takes Dodge 45 minutes to review and approve these claims. What the heck! Parts arrived God knows how long ago, and I still had to call them multiple times over a course of 2 weeks before getting someone from the service department on the phone, who tells me they couldnt find my phone number to call me and that the parts are in. JUST CHECK THE ANSWERING MACHINE! I CALLED AND LEFT IT MULTIPLE TIMES. There is definitely room for improvement in the process of customer service at this organization. I do believe it can and will be better, but at this time I have to say it is very unacceptable. I am aware that each customer may have a different experience, so I am speaking from my experience and my experience alone.
Buyer beware! Will sell anything to get out from under something they didn’t check good enough & got stuck with!!!! Edited after we took truck back .....Never got taken care of! Comments to this about fixing it were not true! Truck was said to be leaking at cargo light....it’s leaking all around back glass! This is our story......they don’t even deserve 1 star! We bought a truck in March & was told it was a clean, solid truck. They replaced the clutch which had a whining sound. I figured we were taken care of. Little did I know the truck has a bad leak from the cargo light running into the cab (they said). Also it has a scratching sound when going into 3rd gear(it’s a standard). $4,000 fix by the way! How is that a clean solid truck if the synchronizer is going out & will cost a lot? We would have never bought the truck knowing this! We tried getting them the truck for weeks & they finally get it in & keep it for almost 2 weeks. They won’t hardly answer the phone & don’t seem to care that they sold us a faulty vehicle. I am currently trying to figure out how to solve this problem since they are of no help at all. How could you do this to people? We just wanted a dependable vehicle & you couldn’t even do that much. Buyer beware!!!!!!
Called numberous times a day for a whole week SERVICE never answered
#1 problem here is that the service department and parts department do NOT communicate with one another and expect the customer to do that. If I spoke to one, they were transferring me to the other. In opinion, I just bought a car and I expect to not be the secretary between the two departments. If these two sections do communicate, their relationship needs vast improvement so Im not getting knocked back and forth like a volleyball in a championship tournament. Then, I have been nearly harassed to give feedback. Calls, texts, emails and physical mail. I got reminders to fill out surveys. Everyone is real nice. I got my car taken care of without a big fuss other than the above experience. No one seems to own the issue so youre left trying to figure out what step is next. It felt like I was being trained to get hired on. No customer should have to ask that many questions to get a car serviced. Ever. It should be a simple Hi. I need this done. Okay, thank you. Ill wait here.
Great service
Salesman were great but the back of the house is in dire need of better people. If I wasnt in a time situation would have told them to keep the car. They forgot to put a temporary tag on. Didnt have all the paperwork ready and then told me it was my fault. The only reason for the second start was the salesman.
I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at interstate Dodge. I shopped all over to find the truck i wanted at the price i wanted. These guys gave me the best price out of anyone i spoke with.
My son went for routine oil change. Saw two different men who apparently had better things to do than wait on a customer. Both acted as if he didnt exist. Finally, a very nice lady came to at least put him on the list, and she even remarked as to how both of the men ignored him. Will be taking his business elsewhere from now on.
Ray Hawkins was a phenomenal floor manager. He took care of my concerns. He answered all of my questions that were addressed to him quite thoroughly. I appreciate his patience and willingness to do what it takes to satisfy his customers.Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are happy. Interstate Dodge is blessed to have an employee of this caliber. Thanks Ray!
Bruce Jefferson is a nice salesperson. My family owns dodge vehicles and love them very much. We all have had very pleasant experiences during the car buying process with Mr. Jefferson. Thanks for the fantastic service!! Keep up the good work.Faith M. Davis
People walked past and said nothing
I had to take my car in for repairs and Keith was so hopeful and nice when dealing with me. I dont know much about cars so when I explained what was going on he listened very carefully and patiently to help out to the greatest extent. If you need help with repairs on your car ask for him hes great.
Have taken automobile there multiple times for the same issue and it still isnt fixed. I would not recommend taking your automobile to this dealership. Each time they claimed to know what the problem is, charged a price, tell you it is fixed then the same thing happens as soon as you drive off the lot and you are out of thousands of dollars.Update: Waiting for final solution to be worked out. Will keep posted.
Ive had terrible experiences with dealerships of all kinds in the past, so I was reluctant to shop for a new truck even though we desperately needed one. But our salesman Chris understood our situation and really made the process easy. 10/10 best salesman Ive ever dealt with. We drove away with a brand new truck in no time at all.
Had the worst experience ever when trying to buying at this dealership. Im a big fan of ram always wanted to drive ram trucks. So I decided to go and see what I needed to do to get approved, and my score is good. Got approved for one deal and they wanted money down still didnt have the money right away, so told them give me a month Ill be back with what they asked for. Came back with in a month and had the money. They turned me down because I couldnt take the deal they offered the first time. What Im trying to figure out is that you deny me because I didnt have the money on the first trip in, but came back within a MONTH with what you asked for, and you turned me down because I didnt take the first deal. Are you serious?? What you wanted me to pay you in iou papers? Never will I try to get another ram or vehicle of dodge or Chrysler again you just lost a real ram lover. @Dodge
I had an amazing customer experience at Interstate Dodge. My salesman, Chris, and the finance Director, Lenard, made our purchase enjoyable, simplistic and hassle free. Chris brought me his best price up front, without haggling, and Lenard was able to obtain an interest rate that was well below what we were expecting.I highly recommend both Chris and Lenard, you cannot go wrong!
I bought my very first car from this dealership, and i must say that I wont deal with any other dealership! My mom, older Sister, & oldest sister have all bought cars from interstate dodge. My family & I have been dealing with the same car salesman for years, Ray Hawkins and i must say that he is the most Professional, down to earth, peoples person you will ever meet. He worked with me and made sure he did EVERYTHING in his power to put me in that new car. I couldnt thank him enough !I went from a 2011 Dodge challenger to a 2015 Dodge challenger 2 days ago.The process was well worth it! i love my new car and the interstate dodge family. One thing i love about ID is the atmosphere when you walk in youre guaranteed to be treated like family. This dealership definitely deserves 5 stars or more!!
Dale and Jacob were amazing!!! They were both very helpful in getting me in the perfect car for me. Would definitely go back for further service
After being lied to by a different salesman at a different dealership, I was ready to give up on purchasing a new car. I decided to contact Interstate Dodge to inquire about purchasing a Charger. Christopher Hill made my car buying experience as smooth and easy as possible. I didnt feel like I was just a number. I felt as if he really wanted to see me satisfied and happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone thats looking to purchase a new vehicle, but when you go be sure to look for Chris.
About three months ago i purchased a car. A beautiful 2016 Chrysler 300. I paid $25000 in cash with two promises. The salesman (i wanna say his name was Kelly) told me that if i come in we would fix a chip in the windshield, also that they would fix one of the key fobs from not responding to the car. I was happy and thought that was amazing so i went ahead and purchase an extended warranty for an extra $2500 for any future problems. Of course i should of known better. We returned to this dealership the next day and asked to speak to that same person who would not come out to see us. Instead the sales department manager comes out and must have been having a bad day. He was already angry before we even explained what we were there for. After a little while we was done with us and started yelling telling us there is nothing he is going to ***king do for us. My husband wasnt going to be talked down like that and stated yelling too. That went on for too long. You just dont speak to customers like that. Like i said we payed CASH and i dont believe that should warrant a We are done with you attitude. I differently would not recommend. STAY AWAY!
All was good got what I need and was satisfied
It was an awesome experience Alex Fields and Mike McIntyre hung out to 10pm on a Saturday night just make sure that our new Challenger was purfect. Alex Fields was more like family trying to help us than a salesperson. The personal service cannot be beat. They made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. Cannot say enough great things about our experience except THANKS!!!! Plus the car is unbelievable. Thanks again!
I was assured o er the phone to drive away in a used car got to the dealership still no vehicle
I purchased a bad tank of gas in Texarkana, Arkansas and I was driving to Monroe Louisiana and I endured some mechanical problems. I called the dealership and they sent someone to my rescue and they fixed my JEEP LIBERTY. GOD is Good all the time and all the time GOD is good. I am forever grateful to Interstate Dodge Chrysler JEEP Dealership
STAY AWAY! I recently got a car here and made a down payment of 4,000 cash (March 2017) I soon started experiencing problems and later the car wouldnt even start, after leaving one review I was contacted by Mr. Danny in the service department who told me quote if you change your review and let them know I contacted you immediately Ill get you taken care of. On Wednesday the weekend before Fathers Day of 2017 I took the car there, then contacted him on Thursday which he said quote everything is being taken care of the coolant box has a leak and well take care of that and youll be rolling before the weekend. I call back that following Friday and was on hold for forever. I went up there and the service guy mentions the car hasnt even been worked on yet! Tuesday of next week gets here and the car is ready for pick up which I was told by Mr.Danny that he gave me a battery and the coolant leak wasnt repaired because I didnt have a warranty (which means he lied because he said they were fixing it up). I believe the coolant box had a leak from the beginning when I purchased the car (it may have just been patched up) so now Im under the hood of a car I gave a dealership 4,000 cash for because I cant run the air or the car will run hot! Mr. Danny contacted me a few days later after the service to check on the car and to see if I was interested in getting the leak fixed through them, which he suddenly said quote Ill give you a call back, never heard from him again and he didnt call back. Please stay away from them! I wouldnt recommend someone buying a bike if they sold bikes! STAY AWARD!
My experience with Interstate Dodge was great. The salesman Christopher Hill helped us select the truck we wanted. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of the Steel Dodge 1500 Ram. While doing the necessary paperwork he offered us a soda, gatorade, or water at his expense. He made sure we were comfortable, made sure we left nothing in the truck we were trading in. He had the truck washed, made sure the inspection sticker was on the truck, filled the truck with gas. After all paperwork was completed he gave us two keys and the manual. He wished us well and told us if we needed him feel free to call him.He walked us outside and we thanked him, he thanked us and we were very pleased he was our salesman. I believe Christopher Hill to be very professional that was the way he carried himself. When I am shopping for a car or truck I look for someone who take time and explain whatever I asked and this is what I had in this salesperson Christopher Hill. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know who is searching for a vehicle.
I will never go back. A few frustrating encounters with their overworked service managers (poor guys), and then a whopper when I went in to get a price on a specific van that was at another dealership in another state (their own inventory was only 3 base models, laughable). I came prepared to pay cash, and simply wanted 1) a price, and 2) timing... before I commit to buy. Simple enough? They insisted on me signing a document committing me to buy the vehicle that same day, as a prerequisite to getting a price. Insane. Said they were worried Id buy it out from under them. Played the I have to talk to my manager game awhile, was put in front of a floor manager, but never met the man behind the curtain. Well, after explaining until I was blue in the face that no person in their right mind would ever sign any commitment of such magnitude without first knowing even a directional price, I walked out. Im a longtime Dodge owner, and even worked for Chrysler for several years. Never have I been so frustrated. They wouldnt even have to finance me. Easy sale for them I thought. So, I went to the dealer down in Winnsboro, who has been a pleasure so far... and gave them my business. I guess my potential sale was too much hassle.
I just purchased a used vehicle from here and the service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and the process went smoothly. I went in, test drove two cars, found a car I loved, and drive off the lot within an hour or two. It was so easy and the staff there were fabulous!
Dwayne Thompson is top notch! Put in a hitch and reprogrammed my Dodge today and with out asking fixed a recall on the vehicle at no charge. I recommend this service department fully!
Some of the best new and used cars in West Monroe.. Great sales team. And Service department did a great job on my Truck.. Thanks Interstate Dodge
Came to get an issue with my Jeep taken care of. First appointment on Saturday was not honored, they asked me to come back Wednesday and drop it off then. Got the vehicle back fixed Thursday, but they obviously didnt check anything until that afternoon as the root cause ended up being a loose wire that dropped down as soon as they pulled the glove compartment out.Best part is, they sent me home with SOMEONE ELSES KEY. Had to make another 30/45 minute drive and be late to work again today.I dont plan on going here for any other work, nor would I ever recommend anyone else use Interstate Dodge.
HORRIBLE AND MISLEADINGI called to get approved for a vehicle. I gave him my info over the phone, sent what they needed, I told them the amount I had for the down payment. I stressed that that was all the I had. I told him I wanted him to be honest with me and straight forward. I called back to check status, he said I was approved and to bring my down payment in so I could get the car today. I went down there, dealt with a completely DIFFERENT salesman. After I test drive the car, I waited 30 minutes. I was at the lot for about an hour and a half all together, and the gentlemen proceeds to tell me I need a co-signer or to come up with more money. AFTER THEY AGREED TO THE AMOUNT I TOLD THEM. The salesman I spoke with on the phone just apologized for miscommunication but I KNOW that I STRESSED to him the amount I had. Not to mention after all of that, I got a co-signer and they tried telling me my check stubs were tampered with. They just put me through the wringer. The gentlemen could have been honest with me. I’m just upset they wasted my time and tried to make me look bad. Would not recommend. Y’all go buy a Chevy!
I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Alex is awesome, she knows her stuff when it comes to the cars and trucks at Interstate Dodge. She also took her time and was super patient as I made my choice. When I told her what I could do finance wise she was able to negotiate terms that worked with in my budget. I wish there were more stars to give because Alex and Interstate Dodge is a 10 in my books.

No one (salesmen or service people) wore masks or social distance. I wore my mask but felt uncomfortable with employees walking around without masks.I spent most of my stay outside while my vehicle was getting service. Made sure I sprayed my vehicle with disinfectant before I got in to leave.
Very poor customer service. The dealership manager Kevin appears to be racist and incompetent..My overall experience was horrible. I will NEVER shop for a vehicle here again nor recommend anyone here. I was sold a vehicle with a broken rim and the racists dealership manager blamed me and hung up on me.I informed the salesman the same day as well as the following days my tire continued to leak air. I had to take my vehicle to Firestone at my expense to determine the problem. I spoke with Kevin and tried to explain this to him. He immediately blamed me and hung up in my face. Mind you I had only had the vehicle a few days not even a week. I reallly hope this reaches the owner. No one should have to experience the terrible customer service Ive endured.
