My go to store. Very clean and organized. I usually shop very late but someone is always available to help even before close. Workers greet you with a smile and any issues they handle promptly. Highly recommended.

Can not stress how nice it was to see HUMAN CASHIERS!!!Even as packed as they were during my visit; it made all the difference in the world to see almost every single lane open and cashiers keeping the checking out steadily moving! You could not know how nice it was for a trip to the store to actually run so smoothly....that has not happened in years!Excellent job

Prices vary from high to low, but you can find some good deals on some things sometimes. The store is a bit in the older side, but its in a decent part of town.

The only drawback for me is that their prices are somewhat steep and the store has a really old feeling to the inside, meaning it could use a serious makeover on the inside. The workers have all been really helpful and I love how they employee alot of the younger generation. Their meats are awesome and also the little pharmacy area is nice. Great store!

A lot more gluten free food choices, its clean and they had 4 or 5 cashiers, as opposed to walmarts which is larger and on a good day has 3 cashiers and longer lines.

Customer service is great. But in general if your bathroom is nasty that whole store is nasty. Do better. Pay someone to clean it!!! Ewww

We love coming to Super 1 Foods! They have a great selection and I am always able to find what I need and more. We also just happened to have an amazing experience yesterday, we had two full carts of groceries and our cashier Crystal was not only speedy with our checking out process but she bagged our glass bottled groceries with great care. We could not have asked for a greater experience!

The store is always clean with spaced out exceptions of the bathrooms. Produce is very fresh and the shelves are 99% stocked whatever Im in search of.

I purchased dry ice today for shipping via air freight. In the past, associates have allowed me to purchase 5 pounds or so which is all allowed per shipping guidelines. Today the lead associate was quickly dismissive of my request and came across as rude in my opinion. The cashier was very polite and Im very appreciative though the negative interaction over a relatively small purchase will most certainly influence my shopping choices.

I just went there today the customer service was awesome from the deli,the people stocking the Shelf and the cashier.

Their shelves are still mostly empty !!! Fruits & vegetables are stocked up good, meat is building back up, water is # numbered, only 1 to customer !!! 😋I cook with jugs of water 💧& not having it may put this woman in a big bind !!! Water not safe to drink in Ouachita Parish, so I cook with Ozark water in jugs !!! I really like shopping at your store !! I also realize the weather hasnt helped matters !!!

I am a regular shopper at this location. However with more and more people sending in orders and Super 1 having employees shopping I could hardly get down the aisle to do my shopping. And for some reason the employees shopping for someone to pick-up their order seem to think they are top priority. There was one aisle that I was shopping on with four employees doing shopping for customers not there and I stood there forever needing to get two cans of a product while they had me blocked and were not acknowledging I was there. I finally asked one of the employees could I possibly get the two cans I needed and he still did not acknowledge I was there. So had to ask again...he did finally let me get them...but did not say a word...no oh..excuse me, could I help you...nothing. so Super 1 seemingly wants to be a call in grocery without in store customers...its a sad thing..

This store is great. They have nice big isles and very clean. Nice variety of food and preparation products. The newest cleaning products. The selection of wine and liquor are decent. For the coffee people, I think youll be satisfied. All around, theres something for everybody. Young or old. I recommend this place.

Looking kinda drab guys. Superone foods used to be on top of the game 8 years ago. This trip was really disappointing. The store looked dirty and unkempt and when I asked for assistance from a crew member, he was not happy that I interrupted his stocking. What happened to the awesome grocery store that I remember?

Super 1 Foods is hands down my favorite grocery store to shop at! Its a very clean store, the isles are spacious, so you wont get stuck behind slow people, you can easily monuvour around them. They have the cheapest product, the freshest produce. They are the only grocery store that I know of that offers the pick 5 meat boxes! I would recommend this grocery store over any grocery store!!

Fair prices. Friendly staff. The West Monroe Super 1 is much, much cleaner than the Monroe Super 1 Foods. You can just feel the difference.

They are very well stocked,you can always find help and they are all very friendly,knowledgeable.

Reasonable prices, clean store and bathrooms, friendly and helpful employees. I also use the pharmacy here without any difficulties. The pharmacy staff are also very friendly and willing to help. My only complaint is the selection of Pick 5 is very limited and boring.

Well stocked and clean store. Wide aisles make it easy to navigate without running into other people. MUCH better than the super grocery stores. Friendly employees make the shopping experience even better.
