First, this is a restaurant that also has a selection of health foods/ drinks. When you walk in you come in through the store entrance; the dining area is to the left of the sales counter. Order at the counter then seat yourself. Each day their menu changes and consists of 2 entree choices or soup. With the entree you get 2 sides. They put out the new menu every Sunday (online) and it doesnt repeat items until 8 weeks. Their grocery selection is small, but probably has some of the most popular items. They have some freezers that carry drinks, eggs, meats, and various frozen foods. They also offer frozen casseroles to take home.My wife and I ate there today for the first time (2-8-18). I got salmon cakes, potato pancakes & cooked cabbage. My wife got herbed pork, cabbage and scalloped potatoes. We sampled from both plates and all the food was delicious and very flavorful. I saw a salad at the table next to mine and it looked really good and healthy. The staff brings your meal to your table when its ready. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The overall appearance of the place is that its very clean, especially the seating areas. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Love this place for a good clean eating meal plus my daughter is having to eat gluten free so I cant wait to bring her back one day soon. Laid back friendly people who love the Lord is also a plus.

Fantastic locally-owned health-oriented lunch restaurant and grocery store. For lunch, they offer delicious, fresh, locally-sources meals. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant. They support local farms and sell a wide range of vegetables, beef, lamb, eggs and casseroles. Ask about their fresh vegetable service from Inglewood Farms. They also sponsor great events such as classes and Farm-To-Table dinners. If you need a healthy lunch to recharge or if you need celiac/ friendly meals, this is your place. It’s a great place for lunch meetings, healthy family meal or dining alone or quick stop off the Interstate for travelers who want to drop in and get a quick look at the Ouachita River and historic Antique Alley area of West Monroe.

What an amazing find! I am in Monroe working for two weeks with a crazy schedule, I was lucky enough to find For His Temple, an ordered their Meal RX plan, with 2 meals a day throughout the week. The food is AMAZING!!! and I cant think of an easier, more reasonable way to get my healthy meals in on the go. Special thanks to the team, they are absolutely amazing. I cant wait to pick out my meals for next week. Will miss yall when I head back home. ORDER TODAY!!!

The food is delicious. Everything Ive eaten here has been good even when its food I have not liked in the past. The only downside is that the serving sizes are small but I still give it a 5 star. The food is too good and its GLUTEN FREE!
