I was thoroughly impressed with every part of the process, because of the extra time spent in Cindys office talking about our wants, needs etc., I only looked at 3 of the homes in one day and bought one of them.Our experience was special because of Cindy, we felt as if we were apart of her family! Cindy makes herself available as a person, and so we very quickly established a personal rapport which then served as a basis for all the business dealings, making it all so much more pleasant. Cindy has an amazing intuition for the needs of others and such a drive for helping make sure those needs are met. She is exceptional and one of a kind. We not only bought an amazing house, but gained a forever friend. She is an angel that goes above and beyond for her clients.I wouldnt hesitate to refer her to our family and friends. Cindy at Homes Plus has been wonderful through out our buying experience. She has been there to answer any questions we have had and believe me there were a lot of questions! We were on a tight deadline and she and John worked hard to make sure we were able to meet that deadline. I havent met Scott in person but he has always been very nice on the phone and has done a great job with repairs and hanging our ceiling fans. She never told us no; she always encouraged and she was very patient. She still is. We love her, our kids love her, and we have had an excellent experience in choosing our home. Recently purchased my very first home here at HomesPlus! A fun and exciting experience from start to finish. Mr. Larry Green was so kind, and dealt very well with my indecisiveness (making water runs for my family and me in the heat, and even helping us position all of the furniture to keep it from becoming damaged in the move.) Delivery had some delays, but mainly due to weather. AC man, skirting, and inspection are all following quickly, and I am loving it because I am so eager to get my home set up the way I like! Buying our home from HomesPlus has been a great experience from the beginning. I shopped around at many businesses in the Monroe and Shreveport area, but decided to purchase from HomesPlus because they spent the most time going through every question I had, made great suggestions on changes I wanted, and seemed to be the best value for the price. They were very patient as I looked at many homes and options and made me a great deal on a lot model home. In my opinion, communication/organization could be a little better on the service/setup end, but anytime I have questions they are quick to respond and make things happen. I do recognize that there are a lot of moving parts and contractors involved in the process. As we are finishing up the trim out and final pieces of the house, I have no doubt that they are going to make sure everything is completed with excellent quality and any concerns are addressed. If I were to do it again, I would still choose HomesPlus. Cant wait to be in my new home!

Made a mistake by stopping here to possibly get a home. Filled out the credit application and was informed by the salesman that I would be notified within 24 hours of the decision made based on my information. Its been a week, and after calling several times I keep getting the run around. Wont refer anyone to this place.

I was very impressed with the help we were given finding the perfect double wide for our family. The staff was incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly and precise.

They have a great selection and I really think the tiny house is cool. I have been to this store many times and I feel this company showed great character and does what they say they will!

Terrible service. Its been almost 9 months and they have still not fixed everything on our trailer, not to mention it took them several months to deliver it. Would not recommend ANYBODY to buy from Homes Plus. They will give you the run around over and over.

Excellent in sales department, but the service after the sale was completely different. Scheduling for repairs was slow. After 8 months things are still not fixed. Everytime you talk to the servive department its the same story, they are ordering your parts again. Same story over and over.

My step son & his wife bought a mobile home from them and it has been 1 year since and they have NOT finished fixing their mobile home!!!! Everytime they calls homes plus to see wgat is going on they give them the run around!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

Homesplus is a very outgoing and customer pleasing business cindy is unbelievably helpful and will bend over backwards for her clients and constantly keeps a check up with them. John is very nice and outspoken with any questions or complications that may arise. If any problems with the home after it is delivered happen (witch is very common with any place) one phone call and they will have an employee with excellent expertise out either that day or will have an apointment set witch they never miss! I havent worked with any other employees but all together they are one wonderful family
