They were jurks...mask required...even tho governors order went into effect May 3, 2021 suspending any and all mask ordinances and or fines in the state...already held up to court challenge...hostle attitude vote with your dollars...

I came across Glue Products while trying to hunt down some paint for a guitar ding. This is expectedly not something they typically deal with but they were extremely friendly and helpful. They actually took the time to inspect my guitar and went over a variety of options for me. They are clearly an extremely knowledgeable bunch and have fantastic customer service to boot. I highly recommend them!

I tried to phone them at 13:15 and 13:40 on a Saturday when their hours are until 14:00.The first time I called, their automated phone system kept bouncing me around to the sales department and said that they were currently handling other calls. So I waited—about ten minutes. No one ever came on the line.The second time I called, the phone rang quite a few times, then the automated system picked up and said that I had “called after business hours” and then specified those hours and of course it was telling me that 13:40 was after business hours and then telling me that business hours run until 14:00.Is this the way it goes? Is this about it being Memorial Day weekend? I won’t rush to judgment, but this has left me with a negative first impression so far.

Overpriced and poorly treated. Cashier woman was short tempered and sold me the wrong product after she verified it was the correct product and when I brought it back, she denied the conversation even though her name was on the receipt. They made tint for me to fix the problem but I’m still out more than $50 on the product because she wouldn’t take fault for her action. We will not be returning and i do not recommend this store.

I am a prep finisher for a cabinet finishing company and have used Glue Products Plus for 7 years. My husband (the cabinet finisher) and I absolutely love Glue Products Plus, their products and their delivery drivers. Half of Palm Beach counties cabinets have been spray finished with their products.

This company is the worst! They shorted us 6oz of tint for bed liner and seriously inconvenienced us and then instead of apologizing, they wanted to argue and say we were lying. I will never shop here again and advise you not to as well.

Overpriced product and was not a fan of how I was treated. I purchased a product that was faulty and requested to exchange it and was told it in some many words it was my fault and deal with it. Not Kool at all being I spent over $750 dollars at this store so far. They lost my business moving forward.
