Ramon and staff are truly the best around. His craftsmanship is top notch and his customer service is as good as it gets. Even when I messed up my build (through no fault of his own) he still went above and beyond to fix it. You will not find a more professional shop that is as dedicated to his customers as them. Took my conceal weapon course here and it was informational and interacting I will Recommend to friends and family. Orlando was our instructor he was amazing!!!! Real life scenarios not just reading off a screen. Orlando wants you to be the best you can be and will make sure you are before you conceal.

Recently I took the concealed carry class at USA Defense. This was much better than a similar class I took years ago. Instructor covered both gun safety and gun usage with both partially functional semi-automatic gun props during class and real gun usage at the shooting range. Instructor shared both theoretical and practical knowledge from both his military and law enforcement experience. Class involved handling weapons and a review of real world situations done by acting out scenarios lead by the instructor. This helped me immensely and was missing in previous classes I took. Ramon, Steve and the store staff are very knowledgeable and offered to help me complete the online applications for my concealed carry license upon receiving my certificate. For anyone with little knowledge of guns usage and safety, or wishes to extend their knowledge, this is the perfect place to do it.

He gave examples that helped my anxiety of firing a weapon. Our one on one at the firing range gave me confidence in handling, loading and safely using a gun.
