We just had 16,000 sq. ft. of turf installed at our school. I am over the moon with the beautiful job Den and Will did. Manny and his team were professional and punctual. Manny stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. The kids love the new turf!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had started my putting green and intended to complete myself ... I thought I had done all the prep.... not. I called a couple of places and Den and Will showed up same day for an estimate. My first impression and initial experience was a good one. I got a quote right away, and they were flexible on install day and really did a good job of taking care of my job as soon as they could. The reason Im not giving 5 stars is the follow up. When they did the job they made all these promises of warranty and satisfaction. I didnt feel I would have any problems, but it was dark when they finished so I wasnt able to see the work very well. The next day in the daylight I saw some small problems. I contacted Eddy and have now been trying for 3 weeks to get these issues taken care of. I texted on Jan 1 and Jan 2 and got no response. I then called and spoke to Eddy on the phone. He gave all kinds of reasons why he hadnt responded. I understand things happens, but if youre a business you dont just not respond if you want to be a good business. On the call he committed to coming to fix the problems on Friday Jan 3rd, but then didnt show. I texted him again on Jan 10 and 14th, no response. Called again and he was supposed to come on Sun 19th, no show again. Texted on Jan 20th, no response. Im convinced now that once they get your money youre not going to get anything done. I cant believe how such an initially good experience has went so bad. There is clearly a problem with customer communication and follow up.
