Lovely, knowledgeable and friendly people. Modest inventory and some dated lures, etc., but truly everything you need (including beer and snacks!). For those too young to remember, this is what a bait/tackle shop was and should be, before e-tailing and superstores.

Shopped at this local bait shop a few times. Very helpful lady, I think she may be the owner. Seems like they have been there forever..Surprisingly nice selection for a small shop.Items for freshwater and also inshore or nearshore saltwater fishing.Frozen bait for saltwater and freshwater fishing.Live bait for freshwater fishing only, so they have no live shrimp only frozen.Support local family business! Box stores have plenty of business already.

Bought a dozen shiners that were barely alive, almost all of them died as soon as they hit the water when we threw them in. And yes we had an oxygen tank in the bucket of shiners to keep them alive. Bad quality fish. Would not go here again.
