I felt compelled to write a review after reading some of the comments here.. I went in to buy some baseboards today. Overall, I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. They try not to promise inventory as they are busy and could run out of product on a moments notice. I found this to be a no nonsense, get in, know what you want, and get out type of place. For those that want antentive and affectionate hand holding, go to Home Depot and pay double for the same product. Otherwise, I found them to have a good selection and even better pricing.

Best Customer Service !I was in the hunt for some cabinet hardware when my contractor told me about this place. Not only were they HALF the price as the Big Box stores, I actually got great customer service. They were knowledge and beyond helpful. Please do yourself a favor and check here before the other two Hardware stores.

I showed the guy at the desk a picture of the bracket I was looking for, to which he replied I dont know what that is we dont have it. Thinking logically I asked him how do you know you dont have it if you dont know what it is? After I said that he got loud and said I aint got nothin here for you bro over and over louder and louder aggressively. Hope he gets fired.

Worst customer service ever, Everytime I got there, the guy behind the counter is on the phone at least for 20 minutes, is pretty rude and when finally got hes atencion he doesnt know anything of hardwares so he cant give you assistant, just the basics, lucky for me I also speak Spanish cause he doesnt speak English either, i guess people who doesnt speak Spanish are having a worst experience than me ...

Way too busy to answer a few availability questions over the phone. Come in and I can talk to you, said the man who was pretty hard to understand. He then hung up the phone. Well thanks for nothing. Great way to act if youre looking to go out of business.

I went into the store looking to buy baseboard and William was there ready to help. He was very polite and patient with me, to the point that he even gave advice on how to save money on my project by explaining to me how to match my tile to the baseboard. I came back to buy a bunch of baseboard the next day and he even waited for me before he closed. I would recommend doing business here, I’m glad I did.

Very bad customer service. I called ahead to confirm they had in stock what I was looking for, the sales guy (Will) assured me they had lots and lots in stock and for me to come in. I drove 35 mins to get there and they were completely out of stock... seriously dude?Then on a separate occasion, I again called in advance since I didn’t want a repeat of the first time, spoke with the same guy (Will), and he confirmed that they had my desired quantity of material. I drove 35 mins again, this time he actually SOLD me the materials, but the attached supply house was only able to fulfill a fraction of my order. I ended up needing to return the entire purchase and purchase elsewhere.This sales rep’s inconsideration and terrible customer service needlessly WASTED a lot of my time. As a result, I will never shop here again and will highly discourage others from doing so as well.

My daughter and I came in yesterday and I was looking for some wood for drawers I am making. Our experience was phenomenal from the moment we walked in! The shop has a great selection and is impeccably clean. The man working was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When we came in, he was busy working with another customer and he definitely went above and beyond to take care of all of us. The service was excellent and I will definitely be back.

If you want painfully annoying customer service, this is a great place to shop. 10/10 would never recommend them.

I stopped in here for the first time to buy some lumber. There was a handsome young man behind the desk who was multi-tasking on the phone and he looked stressed. I was confused that I may have entered through the wrong door and asked if I was in the right place since I didnt see the lumber. He was on the phone to someone else, and was very short with me. He asked me what I wanted. I told him what I was basically looking for, but emphasized again that Id like to see what he had to make a final decision and asked if it was possible to see the wood. He lost his cool with me and started telling at me to calm down, that this was a wholesale store, and he would only work with me if I calmed down. I was in shock. He is clearly doing too many things at once and projecting or it may be because English is his second language so he read the situation completely wrong - perhaps a combination of these factors - his treatment of me was uncalled for and inappropriate. I walked out, they lost a sale, and I am never returning. This store would benefit from more effective customer service. I walked out - not worth a confrontation. All I wanted was some plywood.

Called for a specific product before driving 30 minutes to the store. Upon arrival they dont carry anything like it. Thanks again

I recently stopped by the store for the first time and purchased wood laminate flooring for my home. The customer service provided by the store manager, William, was excellent and second to none. In addition, his assistant, Peter, was also very helpful and professional when the product was delivered to my home. They were very accommodating to my particular request of delivering the product at different and multiple occassions. Needless to say that the flooring product purchased from Imeca (Swiss Krono) exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend doing business at this location.

The Guy at the 45th street store was EXTREMELY RUDE, Lacls good customer service skills, went on RANT, thought he was having a MENTAL breakdown, I would recommend shopping somewhere else. His Mental issues needs to be addressed. Not good for business. I would rate less than a 1 but that option isnt available.🌪

My WORST EXPERIENCE!. Big Zero for guy in front in charge of 45th store, Riviera, very RUDE with me and cursing to someone on the phone too even knowing a customer is present in the store, he almost yelled at me when I asked about an item, not helpful at all. He has no customer service skills, he seems to have anxiety or mental illness, he should be replaced immediately and sent to a psychiatrist.
