Recently purchased 4 large oxtail dinner. The oxtail was very tough like alligator back. No season, no flavor, dry like a crusty foot bottom. The combination is not fit for the dinner, no cabbage nor plantain but rather chewed up rabbit food for sides. NO rice peas instead dried up white rice having you begging for please. Fired the chef and hire a street vendor. Nasty dinner, nasty meal. The gravy watery and oily. Soup did not have no meat, only two pieces of chicken back. I rather buy the food for my dead cat. I request a refund from Management.

Love this place 💘 I remember when they first open when you could buy shares into the business. I was to busy shopping. But the place has past the test of time. The food is great in quality, it has only upgraded. It has most of all you need and the place stay clean. And they have now added cook food. I am sorry I didnt invest when I started too!

I come here often to get large portions of meat, and its always clean and inexpensive.The staff is always friendly, and they cut, clean and prepare the meat to your satisfaction.My only complaint about Oxtails & More is that the parking is limited. Other than that, you cant go wrong with getting your meat from here.Highly recommended. 4 stars!

No one seems to know what social distance mean. I was in this store to get one item, I couldnt wait to get out fast enough. This place was so packed with people and everyone was so close together. While standing on the line waiting to be checked out this customer behind me was basically on top of me I kept moving from one side to the next and every time that I moved he moved behind me eventually I had to turn around and tell him dont you know what social distance means, the man seemed very upset when I said that. I just want to be safe I dont care to get Corona and no one in that store was thinking about that this is a very small store to begin with and there was no social distance involved it will be a long time before I go back to that store

This place has great meat but the new management is the worst. Emmanuel lacks customer service & professional etiquette!! Very badly run, that explains why they now have a high turnover.

The best oasis for Caribbean ingredients though many livestock has local sources as well a plethora of Caribbean sources are wonderously arrayed. I felt quite happy and the place was very open and a sort of new York delicatessen lay out married with a corner store. interesting nd effectively planned.

Good Customer service goes a long way. I guess it is not taught anymore. They have people looking and waiting saying nothing, then when you ask one of the workers they look dumb founded. CISTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY.

I ordered curry chicken from this place . And was food poisoning so bad. I was Hospitalized. The chicken was spoiled or rotten . I will never ever get meat or ordered food from this place .

When to another store then home.I WAS HIGHLY UPSET WITH WHAT I RECEIVED. IT WAS HALF OF WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURES I PREVIOUSLY POSTED AND NO GRAVY AT ALL.The bad thing about it is I actually took someone with for them to experience it. I ended up giving the meal to them to make ONE WHOLE PORTION..I actually really enjoy this place and really hope I dont have to leave them for the bait and switch tactics so many businesses do. But the next time Will Be My Last Time

No shortage of Caribbean/Latino/and some African and even South Pacific ethnic foods. The place is so tightly packed with food items, it could comfortably do with twice the space. There is a small kitchen area for cooked foods. No eating area. Entirely take out. Even though I see different cooks from time to time, the food is consistently appetizing and, therefore, good. My favourite is the escoveitched fish. It is always red snapper and is as close as one can get to the best escoveithed fish from Old Harbour in Jamaica. Frankly, take it from one who others compliment as a cook....it is good. Whenever I am in West Palm Beach I do no not do escoveitch fish in my condo. It is a substantial part of my diet so I constently get it from this place. I am a little nervous about the fact that some raw meats are handled close to the cooked food. Visit the place and decide on your own comfort - or lack of it - with this arrangement. For the overall quality of the cooked food in this class of cooked food source, it merits five stars. As is common with practically all such places, the prices are generally high.

I purchased curry chicken with rice and beans, and red peas soup..the food was good...I also find Bulla and cheese a jamaican favorite..I enjoy going here definitely will return...went here resently and saw the manager/Owener donate a box of chicken to a Youth Convention...I will return to support this business because he supports the community especially the youths...great customer service also..

Best goat head and cow foot soup in Palm Beach County. Its part of the supermarket so dont expect seating.
