I highly recommend this dealership!! I am so happy that I chose to go to Mike Maroone Chevrolet West Palm Beach. I had the best and easiest experience ever. My sales rep E.J. made sure everything went as smooth as possible. We couldn’t finalize the purchase the same day so he offered to deliver the car to us himself for no extra charge which made it super convenient for us in finishing the process. We didn’t even have to go back to the dealership WOW.

Brian was my service rep. He was great. He came very quickly when I arrived. He did the paperwork promptly and sat in my truck with me to reset my OnStar. He asked me if I needed a ride anywhere I said no. Im just going to walk to a restaurant to have some breakfast. He offered to get somebody to give me a ride. Which they. did. He also told me to give a call if I needed a ride back. I told him thanks but Ill walk.He also text me his phone number if I had any questions. When I asked him how much longer it will be he told me that washing it right now about another 15 minutes.. Overall the experience was great and they did a good job.

The salesman that helped me and my wife purchase this vehicle was exceptional. We are senior citizens who know little about computers and the new features of vehicles, and he was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to all of my family.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the customer service. Originally I brought my vehicle to checkout my convertible. Heather went over the estimate with me and explained everything. When I asked any questions Heather was very professional and polite in her response. Heather was able to have the shuttle take me to a nearby restaurant so I could relax while my car was being fixed. When the car was finished the shuttle came back to pick me up. When I got back I paid the invoice and heather explained the back ordered parts and an approximate time to possibly get the items in. Heather and I went to the car together to make sure everything was good. That was much appreciated. So, again a very positive visit.

She kept me informed about the process and where the technicians were in the process as well as issues brought to her attention and offered recommendations. She made the process as simple and clear as possible.I would recommend Chevrolet have some universal access system where they are able to link extended warranty information to the VIN so wherever you need to service your Chevy bought at a Chevrolet dealership, that information is automatically accessible. That seems common sense.Otherwise, it was as pleasant a visit as taking your car to get serviced could possibly be. Thank you for your professionalism and care.

I pulled into the lot an hour before closing to look at a used mustang and EJ helped me out immensely. Sure we went through the process of buying a car like everyone else. He took me to the car, let me see it and when the car had a battery issue after being in storage so long, he had it jumped and then he later replaced the battery at no charge. He was a very friendly guy and told me everything straight up with no hidden goal. He was very honest and forgoing. The rest of the dealership ship staff was also very friendly, though EJ seemed a little more natural. Definitely recommend coming here. Also Chevy, get EJ an SS camaro, he definitely deserves one.

I want to share this about the service department ONLY! I have experienced the sales and they have been great. However, for service I would not take my car here ever again. From the time I walked in until the time I picked up my truck, I was treated with disrespect- maybe because I’m 24 and look young so she expected that I was not knowledgeable or maybe because my service was included in my contract so I wasn’t supposed to pay- notice how I said supposed to, meaning I somehow still owed money when the last 3 times we have been there our service has been included. Our service advisor was Heather, and her attitude was so below a 1 star- if I could give it a 0 star I would. She’s supposed to be the person in the middle that communicates between us and the techs. She was not. The questions we had- her answer was I don’t know. How about maybe asking someone that does? Anyway I could go on, and I never ever leave bad reviews but if I could save someone the trouble, then this review was worth it… again, we haven’t had any issues with any other advisor and from now on I will be having my fiancé’s truck be serviced in another Chevrolet. I highly recommend management checks with her and her attitude towards her clients…

This review is specifically for the service department. My experience was awful! I scheduled my appointment with Angel at 2:30pm for a regular maintenance and oil change on my 2021 Silverado. When arriving he said there was a recall that needed to be addressed as well. After waiting THREE HOURS (literally from 2:30-5:30pm), a separate maintenance agent brought me my paper work and said all maintenance work was performed including a tire rotation. Well that was NOT TRUE! I noticed my tires were NOT rotated (even after he said it was), so I brought it to his attention. He then asked the worker and he confirmed that my original agent (Angel) said not to rotate the tires. I then asked to speak with Angel but coincidentally Angel had left for the day and was no longer around. How could he leave without saying anything to a waiting customer?!?. They then took my truck back (again) and rotated the tires. I left the dealership THREE HOURS later and not knowing if in fact the full job was done right. This is NOT how you treat someone who spends $50k+ on a truck. The communication and workmanship at this dealership is terrible. I would not recommend this dealership.

Ej is definitely an asset to this company. You don’t see salesman who really care about the customer and not about the sale very often. Ej made this selling process very easy and enjoyable. He welcomed us with a smile each time we were there. If you need to buy or sell your vehicle bypass all the BS and go see him. Mike Maroone is lucky to have such a nice caring team member.

Andrew Dial was amazing! Very responsive to my needs! Also, I feel like the price was very fair considering the current market. A lot of dealers try to through in options that are not on the sticker like the pulse brake light, nitrogen in tires, etc. This did not happen here at all. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Today I bought the Chevy Bolt Premier. I was on the fence between a Blazer but really wanting to go electric. I worked with Moe and he was absolutely wonderful. He allowed me to take my time and make the best decision. He was never pushy and went over and beyond. Then, Nathan took care of our financing. Never had I had a better experience. He was absolutely top notch and keeps working tirelessly to get you the best deal. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful.

This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. It was an easy process and the salesman Mike Davis was very thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle. The dealership gave me a good price for my trade in. They gave me a 500 discount for paying cash and another 500 off as Im a nurse.

I came from Indiana to live here in Florida which I do my own preventive maintenance. Which I do not have a garage or space to do my own oil change and dreaded coming to the dealer to do my oil change. Well I am glad I did due to another set of mechanical eyes doing a 31 point inspection. Which was good and the oil change was successful as well. Only issue I have is the grade of oil that was used for the oil change. It was NOT printed on the receipt which I do not know if conventional, semi blend or full synthetic oil was used… which my car takes full synthetic oil.

I dont recommend car dealerships because every experience is different. However, I have found buying a car anywhere can be a royal pita.Angel my service manager did a Great Job!

Wow, the only word that can describe my experience. The gentleman that I worked with, Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to work with. We chit chatted about potential vehicles that could suit my sports car wants and desires, and he even told me his experience being a sports car consumer and what to look for especially in the C7 corvette category. I was wondering how a salesman could be so knowledgeable and then he told me about his own personal corvette he owns! What a beautiful machine! The service advisor, Angel Velez, did not communicate with me throughout my visit. I received one text message informing me what services needed to be done but when I tried to call to speak with someone in person, my calls were not returned. I called at least five times trying to get a hold of the service advisor and left multiple messages none were returned. Due to the lack of communication, I refuse the services that they suggested so your dealership lost almost $3600 in services due to poor customer service.

I could not be more satisfied with my purchase experience. From the beginning, Russ and Mike assisted me with selecting my vehicle and putting a deposit on one in this incredibly crazy market. I researched the Chevy Traverse for the last month and looked at cars in 5 different dealerships. Roger Dean was the most polite and honest dealership. Other dealers were condescending and dismissive when I asked questions. My salesman Alex was patient and very informed. He made the car buying process a lot less painful than it usually is. I dont think we will ever buy from a different dealer in the future.

I recently purchased a Chevy Trail Boss from Maroone. I bought running boards and management helped get them installed. They told me to go to the service department and get an appointment setup. I met with Heather, what an amazing service advisor. She went over and beyond to accommodate everything. I didn’t want to drop the truck off due to it may be forgotten and take forever to get done. She setup the schedule to where I could come in and wait and would be done in a reasonable amount of time. I showed up the day we scheduled. She was waiting for me and got my truck in and out. She kept updating me with the installation, while also taking care of a ton of other customers. She was nonstop. I knew then that this girl was a hard worker and Maroone found an excellent service advisor. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at Maroone and hope it stays the same when I go in the future. The man who I spoke to in there service department is unbelievably rude. When I asked if there was a universal key for my wheel lock that was missing, he told me it would take several hours to remove and would cost roughly 600$-800$. I said “wow man, thats BS” he began to scream and yell stating that he doesn’t work for free and asked if I do. I can’t believe this is how you let people do “customer service”. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I dropped my car off in the morning on a Thursday to be inspected for service and did not receive a call/text/email update about my car throughout the day. I was also not made aware that my car might need to be at the dealership overnight. I called around 5p to get an update and all service staff had left for the day, so the rep I was on the phone with transferred me to two different mangers where I left detailed voicemails for both. The next day I did not receive any return calls. I proceeded to call again and the rep said I would receive a call back about my car shorty. I did not receive a call. I finally received a text detailing my cars inspection. I called back to ask when I could pick up my car and was instructed to just come in if I needed my car ASAP. When I arrived, Brian Savino was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and made the situation right the best he could (he was not the service advisor I dropped my car off to the previous day).Apart from my experience with Brian Savino, I was very disappointed in the lack of communication while my car was being serviced.

Either incompetence, or immoral, either way I will never bring my business to this establishment again……. In response to yours(as it doesn’t seem to allow) . It is not the warranty company that tried to sell a $3100.00 repair for something that was less than $300 to fix. You Had the vehicle for a week and it only took a few moments from the warranty adjuster to point out the real issue. But keep telling yourself it’s the “warranty” people’s fault if it makes you feel better.
