I think its a great smoke shop. Prices are reasonable, and staff is helpful.... Tons of bongs, water bongs etc.

All of their plastic tobacco water pipes leak or already have my new cracks. I pointed this out they put him right back on the Shelf so be careful. Glass pipes are beautiful but they break in a second America is $50 to $500 leaving hard sometimes. I purchased one are you aware they do not exchange or give you your money back. I spent a lot of money on Tobacco this establishment since its been open. Theyre overpriced and actually have horrible customer service. So if you purchase something dont expect to get your money back if its broke

Staff is friendly. Main manager is so bad that employees vent to me about how cruel she is. Its crazy bc they know nothing about vapes. Smh

Kind, courteous, plus, basic human social skills were NOT present. Id like to say customer service skills were lacking, but it was more than that.... Just a glance up; an acknowledgment of my presence, would have be nice. I felt invisible. I felt like I wanted to help everyone in there... because I coukd tell, they felt very similarly.

I am or was not sure I will be anymore a consistent customer, however I went there to buy over $200 worth of stuff. I got there at 10:48, they close at 11, so I thought and the doors were locked yet there were 4 people high as a kite. I know the manager and she always says the store is open until 11. I’m sure especially if she was making margin on $200 worth of merchandise, she would be mad. I then called and the guy was not only high, but rude, who is rude when they are stoned out of their mind. He said I close at 10:45. Then don’t advertise you close at 11 if your employees are going to close early.

This place is a find they are very helpful and a pleasure to talk too

I just started working at tobacco world two days ago and I love my job. We see many types of customers and try to provide the best experience for each customer based on their own needs and wants. Our store is open from9AM to 11PM. Great place

Its a very nice looking store, its clean, the prices isnt bad either, the staff member was very helpful and nice, he was able to help me choose which vape pen I should buy. The pen works fantastic too, ill definitely visit this store again .

Customer service needs work!

Excellent staff very knowledgeable about their products. The store has endless endless amounts of products on hand. Anything you could possibly want concerning the use of vaporizers are usually in stock and on display. Various other items used for smoking tobacco are readily available as well. They have a tremendous amount of inventory. If they dont have it they will get it for you.Needless to say I really enjoy visiting this shop and I frequent it often.

Elderly woman behind the counter (who was just staring at me until I had said something) wouldnt exchange an unused glass attachment piece that didnt fit my water pipe, despite an employee saying I could exchange unused pieces it if it didnt fit. When I had mentioned said employee, she had immediately said he was fired before I could even finish my sentence, which is obviously a blatant lie, and went on to tell me all glass sales are final which is another outright lie, as I have been going to this store since I was able to buy glass, have never been told that, wasnt told that when I bought the piece, and there isnt one sign in the entire store that says so. A real shame since I probably buy at least 5 bongs a year (break a lot lol) and even have a rewards member account with them, and the lady cant even let me exchange a piece for one that fits. Didnt even want a refund, just a piece that I can actually use! Will never be coming back, extremely insulted by the lies and unprofessionalism of the elderly woman behind the counter. Hopefully she receives some training on how to greet the customers or any form of customer service at all. Real waste of $60, probably could have got the same piece for like $30-$40 at Smokers Edge or Wonderland over in Royal Palm.

Only 4 stars because, as with any specialty shop, youre going to pay more for certain items than you would at any other location selling the same items. I think its wrong of stores like this, or bicycle shops, or any specialty store, to price gouge. Asked the clerk how much their least expensive (cheapest), grinder was. 14 or 15 dollars. The itty bitty ones I was looking at I wouldnt have given more than 4 dollars, never mind 15!!I am eternally grateful that they carry pipe tobacco. Its getting harder for me, it seems, to find locations to buy loose tobacco.4 Stars... Overpriced as any specialty shop would be...

Man oh man !!! this is a place, all the smokers out there needs to go there, if you are traveling through west palm beach. Last week I was in west palm FL, and some how I googled it and I was amazed by their collection, decoration and very friendly crew. Awesome place awesome collection you need to be there. Hope you find this place and enjoy their awesomeness..

They dont accept manufacture coupons that they sell from there own merchandise.I wont be going back... poor service and high priced.

Honestly, Ive been to nearly every head shop in Palm Beach County. This place has the best selection by far. The staff was nice. The place looks and feels professional. They just need more parking spaces and to expand to more stores. They could easily dominate the Palm Beaches.

The owners are terrible. They have a great selection but the prices are outrageous! They have a couple of employment that are amazing and knowledgeable but everything else about this place SUCKS. They never open when they say, the owners switch products and labels all the time, they never open on time. Like seriously, if you cant ever wake up and open at 9 then dont say you open at 9. Oh and would it kill you to brush your hair before work, scumbags with no honor!

Extremely knowledgeable about their product. They also stay open 3 hours later than any other tobacco / vape store. They also called the owner and asked if we could get a discount on a dress that was originally marked at $50 and we got it for $10.

Stay Away!! Your better off purchasing anything you need online for half the price or go to a different vape shop. Employees have no idea what they are doing. People that dont speak or understand English would be more help than these so called employees.

People are helpful and its usually never busy. Always greet me when I go in to get my wifes tobacco or filters.

I get that its Sunday but I ran over here needing just one thing (knowing exactly what it is and where it is) and was turned down 5 minutes before close. Dude w the kurt Kobain Skrillex cut couldve helped but obviously wanted to leave early. I used to work at a vape shop and would always service customers if they needed something.. even after we closed. Thats just being a decent person. First time coming here-very disappointed

A bit pricey and vibe is kind of quiet and weird but they have a good selection! Should have some music going and a more fun atmosphere and staff could act more upbeat and enthused.

Havent been there in a while but its a cool Staffing cool products used to be able to roll your cigarettes there two hundred at a time but I dont know if you cant anymore.

Not only was everything ridiculously overpriced for the amount of stock they have, but the guy who checked us out was insanely rude. Me and my fiance heard him in the corner cussing up a storm about customers and the proceeded to be rude to us. I was very disappointed and will never go back. Its a shame because first appearance makes it seem like the best store ever. Also, I dont recommend taking your time because you will be told to leave.
