Amazing place. Nice people and great products. Coming back in my next visit! Came a little sick and got some herbs that helped me feel well and couple of natural creams that were shipped to my house.

So I was Christmas shopping and a nice gentlemen offered me a sample of a face moisturizer. I ended up buying a few Christmas gifts for my friends. I had one of the best shopping experience! the staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

My daughter in law gave this to me for my birthday . It’s premium! I’m 57 years old and gravity is doing its thing on my neck. So having a mask that stretches my skin was great solution. Yes is It’s expensive, yes. But you get what you pay for. I love this. The staff especially the manager is very kind

Wish it DIDN’T work, but WOW!I wanted to hate their Peeling and their thermal mask, because of the price.BUT after three days I started seeing results. I’m 28 years old, and apart from the gym I never go anywhere without make-up. My acne scars and uneven skin had left me very insecure. But after just 3 days of using this I found my skin glowing! My scars are still there, but they are less red. My skin looks way more even and bright. I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now I’ve been make-up free for one week (apart from some mascara, my lashes still need help). I can’t tell you what an incredible feeling it was to walk out of the house with no foundation or concealer, and actually feel confident. The price is steep, but I think this product is definitely worth it.

I love this cleanser, Its gentle, doesn’t leave your skin feeling dried out. It pairs well with all the basics. Not to mention it smells Fantastic!! Which is just an added bonus.

I have tried dozens of masks and this is by FAR my favorite! It leaves my skin looking as beautiful as it possibly could – bright, radiant, soft, and glowing – and I always feel pampered by it. I can’t understand why it’s been discontinued and my heart is broken!

Nmy first visit to PB, I came from D.C to spend few dasy with the fab Tony Robbinss seminar.I tried an amazing neck mask that left me speechless - results where immediately after one application, and even that it was expensive it seems to worth it. after loosing 40 pounds, this mask was a great help for my turkey neck..:-). the gentlemen very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely try their face device next time.this red carpet beautiful store made me feel like I was in Hollywood.

Return policy, yup youre stuck! Good luck. They use every sales tactic in the book. Presentation, value vs savings, two option close etc etc etc. If youve ever worked a sales job you know what Im talking about. Its annoying. You would think these people are starving for how much they want you to buy. I honestly would have bought more but they dont respect your time. I had to run an errand and they try to trap you in their store and its like buddy I HAVE TO GO! Theyre lucky I didnt get to that level of anger, I was literally about to explode.

Botox in a jarYes it is expensive, but it works. I am a long-term user who started in my mid twenties with their essential set 7 years later, I still have great looking skin and no noticable wrinkles. I do believe it helps prolong the need to have any botox and fillers for another few years at least! I wish they have a hair product to stop mine from going grey, because that is what gives my age away.

Was on way to dinner had a few minutes before reservations. Stopped in store and salesperson put the eye staff on and showed some of the other products and before I left it was amazing the difference. I left and showed my husband and he told me to go back and get what I need.

Love this store, been there again and bought tow more products on special, one for my mom, she loves it too!

I bought the Ruby Selected from them and a few months later, the pump stopped working. The product, according to them should last 2 years. I called the store; they suggested that I send it back to them and it will be replaced. One month later, I am still waiting for the new tube. I called and left a message and I got no call back. I am still trying. I submitted the complaint on June 14th, 2018, and I did get the product on August 27th,2018. According to them the delay happened because they had the wrong address. Since I received a replacement product i will change my rating from one star to 3 stars.

I have NEVER had such a terrible experience and been harassed so bad in my life!!! If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Never would I recommend them! Guy was rude and condescending and harasses people to buy things and when you don’t, it gets even worse! HORRIBLE.
