Call to see if I can get an car stereo installed in my car spoke to the car stereo salesman and he stated that as of sat they won’t be installing cars anymore it’s was Tuesday when I call so I ask him can he do it today and he say I doubt it so he say tomorrow so I say yeah great he told me to hold on and came back on phone and said I won’t be able to do it for you till sat. Ok but sat is your deadline to stop installing car stereos so he cut me off and say I can’t help you so I ask for a manager he told me there’s is no manager there so I say ok I will call customer service. Call customer service and the lady answer the phone I told here the story and she say hold on I hold on for like 10 more min the phone hang up so I call back same girl pick up the phone and say please hold and I hold for 15min and the phone hang up again. That’s why I take my business else where brands mark west palm beach branch is very poorly operated we don’t deserve to be treated like this if we spending our hard money. Remember you guys had competitive out there and you can easily lose business by doing this.
Went to the west palmbeach store and had a great experience. I was helped by Mark Jason and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the different appliance manufacturers. We placed our order and when I received the refrigerator I had to keep it in my garage until I was able to bring it in the kitchen. When I unpacked it there was a huge dent in the freezer door. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my door was replaced. I would highly recommend this location and will be going back for all my electronic needs.
Extended warranty what a joke, (warranty repair experts) LMAO, those guys dont know anything about refrigerators, what is the point in buying extended warranty. You are better off fixing it by your self using the internet. As long as brandsmart is associated with (warranty repair experts) they will never see my $$$$ again.
Not quite what I was expecting. A lot of low-quality and junk electronics. The most exciting part of the store is the appliance section. A terrific selection of appliances. Too many kitchen gadgets in the store. Pots, pans, food storage containers, knives, peelers, graters.... Not as many name brands as I was hoping for. Kind of disappointing.
Excellent price for appliances. Very pleased with the GE washer & dryer I purchased. The bedroom set I got is beautiful and reasonable. Salesman Shakeel was very helpful.
Found the refrigerator we wanted to purchase. A very pushy salesman said we have it out of the box because a customer didnt measure their space and it came back. No discount on it of course and the next thing were told is We dont have it but we have this model. We took our measurements with us, he knew that refrigerator upgrade would not fit in the space of course it was considerably more expensive and it couldnt be delivered until Sunday. What the hell! We walked out and went to Rosners the salesman are did not try to up-sell us but they didnt have what we wanted. So all that wasted time going to the stores we went home and ordered exactly what we wanted Best Buy online and being delivered Thursday morning. Replacing the dishwasher and the stove will be next guess where we will look first.

Just had to wait in a long line due to one cashier. But overall I did get good customer service from a woman that was working in electronics she went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and went in the back to dig for it even when the the store said they had none on hand she went above and beyond to go look in on a truck that just came in and found the item. 😊
This review will be in 3 parts. #1 BrandsMart as a company #2 Frigidaire #3 The delivery & installation.#1 I will NEVER buy anything from BrandsMart EVER AGAIN!!!! We spent over $4K on a new Frigidaire kitchen suite including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave on Black Friday weekend 2021. Around the third week of December I decided to call their customer service line to inquire about our delivery date. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, someone answered and said hello. Thats it... I asked, Is this customer service? He said Yes, whats the problem? sounding annoyed. I told him we had ordered an appliance suite and were wondering when it was going to be delivered. He didnt say anything. After about a minute I said Hello? and he rudely said Im checking and put me on hold. about 8 minutes later he came back and said that the appliances I ordered were on back order and that if I didnt want to wait I would have to pick something else. Flabbergasted, I told him I would have to call back. After speaking with my husband we decided to wait a few more weeks. We called in January, February and march with no luck. One day out of the blue, I received a call from BrandsMart saying that my appliances were here and were about to be delivered without ever scheduling it. I told them no one would be home and that we would have to reschedule for that Saturday. When They called to let me know they were coming they informed me the Refrigerator wasnt available. THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE AT THE STORE!!! My refrigerator that was already paid for that we had been waiting months for!!!! I was furious!!!! They delivered the dishwasher oven/range and microwave. Yesterday 5/15/21 I finally got my refrigerator. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRANDSMART EVER AGAIN!!!!! #2 Having said that, I am completely thrilled with my new appliances. They work beautifully. I am very happy with the Frigidaire kitchen suite we chose. #3 The delivery drivers were great! They brought in everything carefully and made sure they were working properly. They were courteous and professional and handled everything with care.
Brand smart is usually a great store. However at this location, Service depends on who you get! They were out of almost all appliances as well.
Don’t go to this brandsmart they are unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing they give you nothing but the run around! I order a washer and dyer and did not get it delivered on the day it was supposed to be, now I have to take off work to try to get them to come out and deliver my washer and dryer! I had called the store more then one time. I will never order anything from them again! Look how many times I have called them and right now it is 6:45pm and I still can’t get in contact with anyone!!!
Store layout is nice. Custom service is ok. Their backlog for certain appliances are too long await though.

I have been calling all day and they pick up and hang up the phone immediately or pick up and put you on hold immediately. I bought a fridge and waited over a week for delivery. When they delivered after installing the fridge they damaged it. Then they said they were not able to take it back so Id have to wait another 10 days for someone to come and swap it out for the replacement. The delivery employees did not know how to properly install and set up the fridge even though I paid extra for that service. I had to tell them not to worry about it and just do it myself. Now Im calling to finish the details for my replacement and I cannot get through to anyone even though they told me I needed to call to resolve it.
They have the largest variety of electronics and appliances anywhere.Prices are very competitive.The sales people are helpful but not nagging; i asked to browse for a bit and they let me.The only NEGATIVE is that there is an emergency alarm sound every minute!It makes the shopping experience very stressful for me and makes my baby upset!Apparently thats the ringtone for the phone which is blasted across the intercom.I am in the store right now; i would have stayed longer if it wasnt for this irritating sound. Please consider changing it for a more relaxing shopping experience.
I rarely write reviews but I have to admit the service I received from Mr. Brown in the electronics department was some of the most patient and professional customer service that I have ever received. I am a very, I mean very difficult customer to deal with (since Ive been in customer service for more than 30 years) but Mr. Brown though tested kept his cool through a very difficult sale. My hats off to him and I hope you realize what a rare gem you have and I hope he is recognized for his devoted customer service. Thank you Mr. Brown
I bought a refrigerator and one of the delivery drivers was on his cell phone leaving the other guy alone to try and move the refrigerator. My father told him dont you think it is a bad time to be on the phone because my dad was trying to help the guy that was standing alone. He said it was a important call. I noticed the refrigerator was dented after removing the plastic. I called and was told I needed to talk to the women who sold us the refrigerator. I left a message with no return call. Not happy at all with my first bigger item purchase from Brandsmart.
Customer service is in name only. Male Operator was rude and keep disconnecting the call when I ask to speak with a Supervisor. Unfortunately when call is dropped I called back and he was annoyed by it. Maybe the phone system is Bad. I had to waste time calling more than 7 times to get a professional on the phone. Management team should be aware of the bad customer experience if they perform some quality check on customer calls. Customer Service and the operator do not deserve 1 star. 0 will do. They tarnished the excellent service that I received from Sale Team in Appliance.
Spent $2500 on a generator and an extra 100 on brandsmart warranty.. 4 months later battery blows up. Was on the phone with manufacturers and they send me to brandsmart. Spent 12 hours total on the phone and nothing was done. Now I go to store where I purchased and get the same answer from 2 supervisors at palm beach store where I spent my money. What should my next step be I need my generator it runs my food truck can someone from brandsmart please help!!!
I had my review backwards. Brands Mart employees were amazing! From the moment we walked in the man at front of store got me a wheelchair and proceeded to walk back to get me EXACTLY the small microphone adapter I needed. Prior to going to Brands Mart went to Best Buy and basically felt like I was bothering the employees at front of store. They immediately said they didnt have the part without even checking and continued their conversation
THE WORST! I have been waiting - patiently - for a Range I purchased 3 months ago!Every time we call, we get the run around just to find out when to expect the item to be in stock. 6 weeks ago it was expected mid June. Today it is mid July.However, in 3 months I have only spoken to 1 person who was helpful (Thank you Linda!). Others, 1 in particular that I never got her name, has threatened to cancel our order on 2 separate calls, and she hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.We will NEVER buy from BrandsMart again.
When I say horrible I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I called about the service of my laptop and the lady on the phone answer my called then put me on hold then answer the call again while I was hearing laughing in the background. This is my third time dealing with horrible customer and honestly I’m done doing business with brandsmart. They were no help, and didn’t even want to do their job correctly.

Extremely disappointed with BrandsMart USA. I just relocated to Florida and came over to your store in West Palm Beach on June 12th to buy a Washer and Dryer, both items were delivered yesterday June 21st, but unfortunately the dryer had multiple dents, they told me to follow up today to get the new delivery date, I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get a simple answer of my new delivery date, but instead I keep getting transferred from extension to extension and no one seems to be able or willing to help. Besides, the level of customer service has been very bad.The in-store experience was good, but the over the phone customer service experience, WOW! Horrible...Not sure if I would ever go back to BrandsMart USA. I just hope someone can call me back ASAP to let me know when will my replacement dryer be delivered.Thank you,
I have a face mask exemption. Initially, I went to Best Buy to comparison shop. Best Buy staff allowed me to shop but REFUSED to answer any questions about my TV questions for the Superbowl deals. Horrible shopping experience in the TV section of Best Buy. I went to Brands Mart next door. Brands Mart asked about the mask. I filled out an exemption form and that was all! EVERY person was helpful and courteous!! So, I bought an excellent 65in 4k LG TV from Scott. I liked Scotts service so much that I went to other departments in Brands Mart and bought a printer, computer monitor, and an iHome wireless/speaker/clock/radio device. Thank you Brands Mart for not segregating family and friends from their group while shopping and not making a spectacle of my face mask exemption! Forget Best Buy, Brands Mart now has a loyal customer in me and everyone else I personally tell about the wonderful experience I had with Scott, the printer staff, check out staff, the staff of both credit departments, the person at the entrance door, and a manager in the checkout area. Fantastic job!!! 👍👍

I love the new layout. Less confusing with the checkout. Still the best place to catch a deal on TVs (especially presidents day) and faux leather sectionals.Not overcrowded. Everyone masked up. Quick in and out for all your purchasing needs.Went in for an air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and slow cooker, totalled roughly $234.00.I love shopping here. Just wish there were locations further north of Palm Beach Lakes.
I dont care for the idea of offering a 25% rebate youre going to get it when you purchased the item however if I sent away for it and it takes 8 to 10 weeks in order for them to respond. Not happy about that.

Not the greatest of BrandsMart location in the sense of poor staff and disorganized but they still stand in brick & mortar to this day based on the fact that prices are pretty darn good. Of course Best Buy does circles around every square inch of this company when it comes to nailing down their business but consider it a Plan B or C option for your electronics needs.

This place is a nightmare for providing abusive customer service and has been for a while. Dont let the 2,686 reviews at 4 stars fool you either. They are store bought from marketing agencies that sell them to retail businesses that cant get good reviews from the public. The CEO Bobby Johnson needs to wake up and take back control of this company unless,he is aware of it and doesnt care ? In the mean time, there are much better places out there to shop like Home Depot and Lowes that have great appliance deals and, offer much better customer service. Dont waste your time here.

Buyer beware, they are you best freind when you make the purchase. If you happen to have an issue with the product you purchased. Oh boy what a joke. After 4 months our new ge washer, fell apart. Oil leaking, burnt smell, after to repair days over 2 weeks, now we are being told, another part has to be replaced. Very very dissatisfied and dissapointed on how this is being handled. I personally went back to brandsmart today, after the repair man got angry when he could not repair the unit. I just got a call back saying they are picking the washer up and transporting it to Hollywood for more repairs. Some folks i feel really did try to help, but the way its set up they cant really do much.
I must tell you this is the worst experience ever in your West Palm Store with the service and the manage. Ten days to get a status of an item that you said you had and didnt. So I asked for a credit back. Trying to explain a situation to Mr Andre Azam. Before I got three words out he attacked me claiming I was condescending and rude when I didnt even say three words. Everytime I tried to speak he cut me off. I dont know what his problem is but Ive been and I emphasize been a loyal customer for 15 years and I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! Horrible customer service I was on hold for 30 min back and forth with customer service and service repairs and then hung up on me, had to contact David with Human Resources so he can just contact me with the lady I spoke to first because customer service kept hanging up on me horrible please get this fixed !Another problem no help after I emailed I have service repair telling me to tell customer service to look for an invoice and then I reach customer service and they state that no they can’t find under the name but yet last Thursday a lady that works with David from human resource was able to find the invoice with just a name ridiculous I will make sure to tell my landlord to never purchase from brandsmart never again ridiculous all this just for service that landlord is going to pay to have come out to look at our fridge this is ridiculous oh and to add I told the customer service lady I will be writing the review and she stated yeah go ahead that it don’t matter to her great job hiring brandsmart

Went in looking for the ipad which you can use the apple pencil on as it was a gift for someone who loves to draw. The girl sold me an ipad for $300 and told me it was compatible with the apple pencil. I bought both and went on my way. I planned ahead and bought the gift 3 weeks in advance. The day of the occasion it was opened and we found out that the ipad I was sold was NOT compatible with the apple pencil. Only the ipad pro was.I went back with my receipt and all and asked to exchange it for the ipad pro- I didnt want my money back and they were very resistant to do anything. They kept asking why I waited so long and I told them I bought it in advance so thats why I didnt realize. Either way, their employee is the one who gave me the incorrect product, and they shouldve made it right. I finally got my exchange, but they should really train their employees better on which products do what so stuff like this does not happen in the future.
Horrible customer services. I purchased appliances weeks ago and was suppose receive my refrigerator today. No courtesy email to state any delays and a lot of misinformation. I called and was transferred SEVEN times, having to repeat my info over and over just for the last person to just hang up on me. The first person I spoke to said my order was out of stock after I spoke to someone last week and was told that my refrigerator will be delivered today. Another person said that they do not have a delivery set up for me. I had to call back three times and go through multiple transfers again until I could finally reach someone. The man on the phone was not understanding with what I had to go through just to get a delivery status, he reschedule my delivery and could not provide me any updates on the remaining appliances Ive been waiting 3 weeks for. I cant even go online to track my order. When I purchased the appliances in store, I was told that two of the four appliances were in stock. Its been three weeks and I havent received any items or a courtesy email from Brandsmart.

Terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated so badly by a employee in my life. And while I was walking away CINDY told another customer “people get a stimulus check and don’t know how to act” .. after I mistakenly walked up to her register thinking she was open to cash out because I saw the customer she was talking about me with standing there. I haven’t even gotten a stimulus check. I come here and make large purchases on a regular basis. I probably won’t be coming back here after the disrespectful encounter I had today.

Huge store. What I like most is the fact that the categories are properly singed and labeled with products that they stock. I had zero issues finding what I was looking for neither did I have to request any help to find what I opted to purchase.
I already left a review about them not having a good warranty policy. The second call I was waiting for in just 2 business days, NEVER HAPPENED.Ok so I had to call them. I was issued a store credit of purchase price. I repurchased the product and I had to pay for the tax & warranty over again. I am not happy. If I was being refunded I would’ve preferred to buy it elsewhere.As for my trip to this store. When I walked in there were 4 employees right in front of the door screaming at each other . Walked in to the actual store. I was told to go to the return room. (See pictures) filthy! I had to buy the watch again and no one knew where the ONLY sales girl was. It was a pleasant wait🙄. After arguing with her about the fact that I had to pay more out of pocket. I asked to speak to Andre the GM. In my opinion Andre could use a class on how to talk to customers. He was rude. But mostly he was condescending. If I could never go in this store again I wouldn’t be mad about it. This store is a nightmare.It’s filthy. Only a select few employees have actual knowledge on what they are selling. The manager is rude. Shopping for washer and dryer. Salesman helping us left to also help another customer and never came back. After waiting and realizing this we flagged down another salesman. He informed us that they didnt have sets (both washer and dryer) in stock for many of their on floor models. Said he didnt know when they would but didnt check computer either. Also told us that the model we liked was a new model. Because of availability we went next door to Best Buy. They told us the new model was in fact OLD STOCK which they no longer carried. Bought from BB and had to wait a week for delivery. BRANDSMARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. PLUS THEY LIED ABOUT THE AGE OF THE PRODUCT.

I have always been a good customer of brandsmart, I have bought my entire house with you but it seems that this location simply doesnt care about its clients. Went to buy a set of airpods for my wife, a young lady greeted me and was going to assist me but she was busy with a client so she told me that I can get assistance with 3 other associates that were just standing around.. I went up to them and told them what I needed and one of them just told me that they cheaper one is 128. I told her Im not looking for the cheaper one, I asked for help about the product, then she rolled her eyes and said the most expensive one is 199.. I told her that all I want to do it buy it. She said she doesnt have them, that theyre in the back. I told her I will give you money to purchase the product, I just need help choosing the right one.. I needed advice. They stood around in front of me just talking about personal stuff.. not me..waited 5 mins and left.. I came back with my wife because she knows more than brandsmart employees apparently and went with the girl that previously greeted me. She was amazing. She also gave us other options like Google assistance and Alexa so we decided to get Google assistance that she told us it was $29 as it was in a big stand with a big sign that said $29. We decided to get it and when we go to pay for the products the price wasnt 29, it was 47, we told the cashier the sign is 29, cashier tell me I have to bring the sign to show her.. I had to walk all the way to get the sign with my baby on my arms and she was just standing there.. I got the sign just to tell me I got the wrong one, I went and tried to get the manager and manager walked with me and told me that they made a mistake and posted the wrong sign, that it was my fault for grabbing the wrong product because the sign was wrong.. I was soooooooo upset and she said theres nothing they can do for me. They tried to sell me another product that I didnt want instead of the product the girl sold me for 29 in the first place. Why do you offer me a product at a price that you are not going to honor??? I need a reply with this please.
A lot of variety of appliances and things for the house at a good price
We purchased a washer and dryer unit from Brandsmart. They delivered it and brought it inside. They got it half installed and then said they couldn’t complete the dryer connection. They left leaving the unit sitting in the hallway. We had to obtain the needed parts and complete the installation ourselves. My wife and I are in our seventies so we are to beg for help to muscle the unit into the closet. We are remodeling our new condo and still need a refrigerator, dishwasher, and TV. You can be sure we won’t be getting them from Brandsmart.
After calling the number on google maps for this store ( WPB ), I was on hold for almost an hour,i was able to successfully reached a person on the phone but to only get transferred to the wrong department and to the wrong store several times !!Its like they were pressing random buttons !!I tried calling back to speak to a manager and guess what ? !!! Another loooooooong wait!!I gave a generous 1 star for pressing the actual buttons thank you! .

I had the worst experience at this location never again going to this store. I purchased airpods pro 3 days ago where i was offered a warranty plan for 30$ By the empolyee guillermo palecia he told me that with this i will get full coverage in case of anything happening to my airpods because i explained to him i break them a lot, he explained that it covered all type of damage just not if i were to lose them. I went back today because my airpods were not working properly i couldnt hear anything when i spoke on the phone and they couldnt hear me on the other end. I asked to file a claim and the claim department did not help me at all told me i had to talk to a manger at the store. They brought me the general manager his name is andre azman and i was treated terrible by this man he wasn’t helping me at all and he was following me thru out the whole store because i asked to speak to someone above him and he was very quick to get security that they have working there for them, i explained to the security guy that i was given fake advertisement and that i had been lied to and in a way they stole my mom and he proceeded to rudely ask me to leave the store like if i was stealing and accusing me of being rude to the general manager and soon he decided to threaten me to arrest me when all i was trying to do is get help to resolve my problems. I then went ahead and left and got in touch with corporate and they were also very rude and even said that they couldn’t go over what a general manager says which is weird because then what is corporate for... i am not the type of person to sit here and write a reward on a place but i feel like for this time i had to actually put the word out because this store is stealing from their customer and also i was speaking to a couple of friends and they’ve also told me they have had issues with this store before as well . I dont think no one else should be going thru this so please be very aware and ask as many questions as needed before making a purchase at this store because obviously the only thing they are know for is stealing! I wish to get a hold on an owner or someone above corporate to resolve my issue but as of now the most i can do is warn others about the useless employees they have and the terrible service i was provided. If i could give 0 stars to this place i would and I wish to see stuff change this is a very abusive place and i hope no one else has to go thru what i went thru hopefully someone reads this before going into the store... save yourself a headache and a terrible time. I ordered a furniture set and the entire purchase was a headache for me I ordered for pickup because the delivery days are so far out I called to confirm with the furniture department manager my items were in store he confirmed they were a few times and I can confirm I called more than twice to confirm because I had to rent a truck for my pick up I placed the order then a couple days went by and I wanted to know what was taking so long for me to get confirmation to pick up my order the manager then says something came up and we dont have the items in the store so I waited after the confirmation of them having it in store for pick up when they finally did call for me to pick up my items the store was almost closing I hurried to get my furniture set and as on of the guys was bringing up my items one of the other employees from the warehouse stopped him and when I got home I noticed why he had the guy flip over my box so I wouldnt notice the bottom of my furniture looked like someone took a blade and just went back and forth with it the entire bottom was cut out why would you even put that on the truck if it was damaged why take someones money and give them damaged goods I get home and notice one I take it off the truck at this point Im really ticked off I call and the managers have no remorse they say and I quote well maam you can bring it back so you expect me to rent a truck again pay more money than I have to to bing back furniture your employees should have never tried to be sneaky and put on my truck knowing it was damaged and all you can say is I can bring it back then proceeds to say well the next delivery date we have is I dont even know when it is its so far out due to the holiday well pick it up and replace it then Ill call back to confirm the date with you so now Im still stuck waiting for my furniture set after my money has been taken and youre telling me you have to accommodate me disgusting service I will never shop here again unapologetic managers that need to step down from their positions I told the manager Id like to speak with someone over him all he said was youll be rerouted back to me dont ever shop here unless its for something little they deserve 0 stars
We went to buy a few appliances I & My Father and the TV section specialists where god awful they didn’t even want to help us and gave us an horrible attitude, as well for the appliances section second floor !!! We don’t understand how it is they have people working that has no Customer service what so ever, if we could we would rate it 0 out of 5 stars ….
I was looking for a charging cable for my cellphone. Couldnt find them in several local stores. I asked asked a young store employee about what i was looking for & he immediately brought me exactly what I needed. I should have tried this place first.
Went there yesterday to get 2 whirlpool filters after waiting 20 minutes in line I get to leave store my recipt said outside with 2 filters the wpb police told me to keep going and store employee told me to go back to cashier so I go stores manager comes and says I will need to go to outside shipping to receive order. End result 35 minutes off wasted time running into 5 oclock rush hour and late picking up kids from daycare . Totally unprofessional

Very cheap and bad quality electronics. I bought a radio that lasted a week and I might be exaggerating. Stay away and take your money else where.
Their dwindling.. Not sure how much longer theyll be open, awesome products and vibrant staff, they have to do something to attract more people.. Love em tho.. Hope they figure it out

BrandsmartUSA bought a washer dryer unit and had some initial issues getting the dryer delivered. The store manager has taken responsibility and offered a solution to the problem. Was happy to see them respond.

I purchased an appliance package. The sales representative, Mark in appliances was phenomenal in assisting me ... and resulted in my upgrading the refrigerator ... which he also assisted me with. Inspite of the busy season ... the service and delivery went well. The delivery gentlemen were super efficient, polite and friendly. The entire experience turned out great ... even tho we are dealing with COVID this store had it together. Thank you for such a pleasant experience ...
Kind of ghetto but if you need quick appliances this is the place to go. Self pick up on the spot.

I was having problems with a dishwasher and was very unhappy! I called the West Palm Beach store and spoke to the General Manager, Andre.Andre was incredibly caring, empathetic, and eager to help us!! He was determined to listen to our concerns, and did everything in his power to be sure we walked away HAPPY!!Andre is an incredible manger and an extremely valuable asset to Brandsmart!!
Went in there for bv a specific item in the tv dept, I ambushed by the Xfinity salesmen.. asked the TV rep about my item..he said look down the stairs for the item and if we dont see it we obviously dont have it but he just said still didnt assist.
Maylin is the most amazing and patient young lady you have working in computers! Yes she may be fairly new but all of her initiative and drive to help make you happy before you leave was in place! My entire shopping experience was made easy thanks to Maylin.
The store is nice to shop in. The employees are very willing to help. I dont just dont feel like Im saving any money by shopping here anymore.

Don’t buy anything expecting to get any warranty from it, have a Samsung refrigerator that has not been working for the past 4 months. When it broke down I called and it toke them 3 weeks to come and only diagnose the problem then another 2 weeks to order the part once they had the part I had to call to reschedule for them to come came to instal the part turned out it was something else, they ordered the new part took them 3 weeks and didn’t get a call or update to what was going on with the part and when i would have a cold refrigerator. Came back twice after that and still don’t have a working refrigerator. 4 months without a refrigerator.
Bought $25k worth of appliances and they cannot only not help me with finding an installer as they assured me they would. 2 of the 4 appliances were delivered damaged.No help from the store other than being told they’ll get back to me..Very disappointed

I purchased my appliances for my new kitchen from the west palm beach, Florida location and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. My refrigerator started leaking a week after it was delivered. They sent their “repair man“ over, Eddy and the problem just got worse from there. He came to my house 4 times to “service” the fridge to finally come to the conclusion it needed to be replaced. After he left the last time I came home from work and my whole kitchen was flooded. New cabinets were swollen, new baseboards ruined and water got underneath my new floors. It’s been 6 months and I still do not have a replacement. Customer service just bounces me around to different reps and nothing ever gets done. I’ve had a claim filed with their insurance for replacing my damaged kitchen and all I ever get is “the manager will call you back” in which I never hear from them. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible service, pushy salesman, and disrespectful customer service. You have been warned!
