Love this place the girls that work there every day are amazing and nice I I shop there every day and love it. Yadi the girl who worked today is amazing and great in customer service. Ingrid is awesome and so is the other girls the younger Spanish one in jewelry at times dont know her name love all of them they all work as a team and I live the prices there its better than all the Goodwills put together . Thank u for having a place thats great to shop but also loving and great customet service

I just found this thrift store a week ago and have already been back twice. They are always adding new items all day. I really appreciated Donna’s help finding Harry Potter books for my son. I didn’t expect to find any and just mentioned to her that we were looking for some and she knew exactly where to find a complete set and she rang me up herself. So friendly and my son was beyond excited. I will be a regular customer for sure!

Ive been in many thrift shops in my life and this was definitely in my least favorites list. You have to navigate these very long aisles to get to the back. The merchandise there isnt really that nice. I actually found a little silver colored clock radio that I liked but they had written the price on it with indelible ink. Whos going to buy this merchandise when its been damaged by writing on it? I would not go here again

This is a chain of thrift stores with a few locations in South Florida and one in New York. I had previously been to and reviewed the Lauderhill, Hollywood, and Green Acres locations. The West Palm location is in the Cross County Plaza. The store is 16,000 square feet and they claim to bring in 10,000 new items daily.The lay out of the store is a little strange. It is extremely long and when you get to the back to the store it turns right in an L shape. The store is a lot bigger than you initially think it is. There is a large selection of items, mainly clothes for men, women, and children, sorted by type and color. On top of the clothes racks are miscellaneous items. They also sell appliances, holiday decorations, books, CDs, DVDs, shoes, purses and accessories, bedding, art, knick-knacks, toys, home decor, and electronics. Boutique items are up front.If you see something you like grab it. I hesitated a few seconds too long on a scarf and when I turned back it was gone. I did however score a sweet new Halloween decoration. It is never too early to start decorating for my favorite holiday. LOL. When you check out give them your phone number for even more discounts. I got a $5 off coupon for Monday. One last thing to remember is the credit card minimum is $10 so bring a little cash. Happy thrifting!

Everything was okay until I got to the cash register I didnt approach because the young lady left for about maybe 2 to 3 minutes she didnt acknowledge that she didnt say man Ill be right with you or anything like that so it kind of made it awkward because it was my first time in the store and just to explain experience that was bad for me.

This store always has great deals and I always find something I want. Usually i find way more than I need, but for the prices, its worth it!

Just being able to get out shop different places is fun this place has a lot of people in there shopping all the time i enjoy shopping there its has many different things inside very cheap on the budget it works for me...i like it

Donations to the store are marked up real high in price to resell. Clothes and shoes are dirty not clean before putting them on the sales floor. Also American thrift allows dealers to hang around the store all day the dealers lounge on chairs and couches that are for sale. The dealers on nuisance because all they are there to do is to buy cheap and to resell and make money. American thrift are allowing dealers to hang out in the store is sad and disgusting.. other than what has been written the stores are excellent store to shop at.

This store is getting pricey. These are used item that have been donated. This store has begun to sell at high prices. Poor people cant afford new stuff so they go to thrift stores to be able to afford stuff not to be ripped off.

Just left this store. There are 4 signs on the door stating face mask mandatory. Saw at least 4 people come in shopping.... no masks. I love this store but I will not be coming back any time soon. ICARE about my health, my familys health and others young and old. With 3000 new cases a day. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER

Disappointed with promise of senior discount only to be told it is specific merchandise and then a surcharge is added without knowledge to my receipt just for shopping. Dont like being blindsided. Will probably not return.

This store is over crowded, very VERY dirty, the staff is rude, and the prices are insane for used garbage. Honestly, do better.

Ive found a lot of gems here and prices are mostly reasonable. also, the employees are mostly very polite. but the store is really cramped so wherever you are in there, customers will be brushing past you.

AMAZING! I don’t know why i decided to go to this store instead of the mall, i was looking for a birthday outfit. Best decision ever! There are so many great pieces and let me tell you the quality of the items is very good. I even got a perfect leather jacket for 5$. Apart from that the staff is the nicest! I’m so glad i found this store and i would continue to go and pass on the hype to my family and friends.

My mom and I go here every time I’m in town and there’s no better place to treasure hunt!! I never leave without buying a cart full of items. Our most recent visit was such a pleasure. There was a man working there who seemed like the manager and was so kind and helpful with my jewelry/earring selections. The prices are better than Goodwill and any other thrift store I’ve ever been to! And as manager of a well know vintage boutique in New York City, I’ve been to plenty across thrift stores across the country. I’ll forever be a returning customer and fan of American thrift 🤘🏻

Always an adventure with hidden treasures waiting to be discovered. With lots of varied sales and a great text system to remind you, merchandise moves fast. Varied pricing is an added feature, so all blouses arent a set price etc. Theres even a customer loyalty program. You are greeted as you come in and thanked often by name for your purchase. Lots of fun. Wish it was larger, the aisles can get hard to move in with carts, but the shoppers just yield and keep looking. There is a constant influx of items. Great fun. Makes decluttering and simplifying truly hard.

This store requires a very good cleaning and fresh air.

Me and my wife went there once and we mostly loved the selection of art, used books and music. We went back today and were refused entry unless we disposed of our clear cups of Starbucks drinks with lids on them. I am a responsible grown adult persons that can handle a beverage without spilling it or leaving an empty container on a shelf (like some people tend to do). I was ready to recommend this thrift store to everyone I know but customer service is not great. There were kids running up and down the isles, shrieking and pulling things off of shelves but my drink was not allowed? I may have not been so pissed if there was a sign stating no food or drinks. No sign posted. We were just called out by cashier lady in front of a long line of customers. Not cool. I am not a child, dont treat me like one. Never going back. They lost a customer forever.

I love the selection. Employees are very nice but be careful because, They sell fake replica bags as designer bags. Do your research and check before buying any bags. I don’t know if it was a mistake but I bought a bag in the designer area that was a fake.

This is the only thrift store in the area I shop at regularly. I always find a lot of nice clothes and enjoy that there is a dressing room. The store can get quite crowded but there are plenty of staff to keep the lines moving. Good selection of books, cds, DVD’s. Friday from 4-8 there is a great happy hour sale, with even more incentive to save.

I love this store. All employees are friendly and welcoming. I visit the store every Saturday. I find name brand clothes for my daughter and there prices are very reasonable.

Purchased 28 baby outfits, 3 books, and an exercise-saucer for under $30. Lots of baby items at terrific prices. Tons of clothing for adults, but I was looking for baby stuff. Very nice, helpful cashiers.

Like most thrift shops, everything is a mess, they put a very high value on items that you could get cheaper at a dollar store or Walmart! They have electronics that are broken or missing pieces, and they are sold as good. Too much junk!

This actually a nice used item store a few new stuff they started out reasonable but is now in most case more expensive than Ross they get all those stuff FREE however they are too expensive now they do not authenticate stuff or make sure stuff works yet if they sell you a broken item thats not obvious when purchased they do not take it back

Attempted to shop here but upon entering I told leave my backpack at the front. No thank you. My backpack has my personal items such as a wallet and recent purchases. I dont wish to support this local business if you dont want customers to have items. I dont have a car at the moment so backpacks made it easy to perform errands. Dont try to go in if you have a backpack
