Great place and very helpful. My young son loves this place.They answer all my silly questions. I prefer to buy RC cars and planes in person with my son so that we can ask questions and feel good about our purchase and any extras like batteries and upgraded chargers.

These guys rock, will sell you all the hardware to bash expensive toys, and hook you up when you bash them. Which is inevitable. Small biz guys doing what they love and what we love. Wish the staff could be a little more helpful. I had a question on a project I’m working on for my dad as a gift. However, I felt like I was being tested my knowledge on RC Hobby cars which I’m totally new to but willing to invest on good products. I know there wasn’t an RC in stock but could of given a little smoother explanation on who to accomplish the final project. I wouldn’t necessarily say the gentleman was rude but definitely a little room for improvement on customer service.

I took my sons remote control car in for a repair. To my surprise the motor was replaced under warranty with no cost to me. The repair was done timely and correctly. Also both the owner Phil and his repairman Christian were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am new to the hobby and they were very patient with me. I recommend this shop. Also their prices are very competitive and they seem to have a very good selection. Finally, the shop is spotless with a lot of cool things to look at including a scale rock crawler table, large remote planes and trucks and a very cool Rc Control plane flight simulator that my son likes to play on. If I could give negative stars i would. Avoid this place at all costs. They are completely rude. Ive been here 2 times only out of necessity to get gears for a friends truck and to with my friend to get his first r c truck. Both times they were very rude. I went there with my friend to get his very first rc vehicle. When he asked very basic questions the guy was acting like he was being bothered. Its really disappointing to see this when there is someone new to the hobby to get treated this way. There is never any stock and repair turn around are over 10 days and they over charge.I will always make the trip to Jupiter to go to Team Legend RC. The guys there are fantastic. Always nice and very honest people. Always have what I need in stock.

Man I love this place! I was blown away by the service and turn around time. If they dont have it in store they will get it within a week or theyll tell you where to get it. Not only that but their prices are spot on with Amazon or eBay. They dont crowd you or eyeball you when you browse the store and they knew my name after only a few visits. Very pleased to have a shop like this locally!

I don’t know if the guy there was the owner or whatever but he has quick attitude know it all if you take a second to listen to your customers you can come up with a solution instead of coming up with your own solutions without hearing them out I came there to buy tires and he was so quick to push me out the door saying we don’t sell those we don’t sell those I have to go look for myself horrible customer service horrible attitude if there was another hobby shop across the street from this one I would go there fix your attitude and I’ll fix my review💯

These people seem to be a bit arrogant when you talk to then. on A-day that the store closes at 3 they left early its only 2:30 not sure I want to go back since this is the kind of service I get. I drove 45 min out to get to the or its Fort Lauderdale.

Fantastic RC shop. Very knowledgeable and I bought two Traxxas Rustlers from Jason the owner. Yes the owner was helping customers. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help their customers. Top Notch service from everyone. 02/06/19 UPDATE: Still going back and even bought a Traxxas Stampede so now up to 3 RCs from these guys. I can never say enough about their excellent service and knowledge.

I used these guys various times because they are the only hobby store in wpb, but I will never go back, advised wrong wheels for my sons arrma truck, fought me on 12mm vs 14mm, they were wrong and then gave me a hard time to return the wheels...and that was the owner who advised me, he wasnt there when I returned them. Expediting my return? You raised your voice to me because I asked what if I couldnt find my receipt ...

I want to say something to Jared Goldberg was it your first day you ever played with it RC product of any sort when you get in your car do you make sure the tires are on it and theres gas in it RC products vibrate high amounts go super high speeds you always check all your parts especially your prop when you said youre probably fell off are you really kidding dude and youre going to blame the owner for that I would recommend you stay with paper airplanes Im go to Publix and buy a balloon and enjoy your day

I was looking for a particular Traxxas vehicle for my sons birthday that everyone seemed to be out of, and I mean everyone. I checked the national guys and even amazon, nothing. I live a few counties over and stumbled on this shop via Google. I called and they had 1 left, exactly the color I was looking for. I asked the salesman if he wouldnt mind holding it just to make sure it didnt get sold since I was making the trek from a neighboring county. He pulled it from behind the counter when I arrived.Great guys to deal with and it is a very well stocked and clean shop. I bought the truck and some batteries and got lost for a little while in there.... definitely a lot of inventory.This shop is hands down one of the better shops I have been in. The customer service goes a very long way given it is non existent this day in age. I will definitely be making the drive from now on. This is my go to place.

Great place for all your RC needs. Mike and Phil were very helpful and friendly and most of all knowledgeable. Went in to get parts for a rereleased car from my childhood which is for my son. They didnt have what I needed fully but took the time to find them and ordered them right away. Definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Genuinely helpful and informative and they do not Over sell. I have been dealing with them for several years and drive 45 minutes (each way) to do so without reservation. The Owner and all of his staff are always helpful and their service after the sale is the best. Huge selection, they will have whatever you need most likely and if not they can get it fast. I can not say enough great things about RC Revolution. Over a year ago my son was interested in buying a RC car that would last that he could fix. He was frustrated with all the other cheap cars he has had over the years because parts were never available. Jason the owner spent time with us picking out a car that he could have fun with and repair. It cost a little more than your typical car but every single part can be replaced and Jason stocks the parts locally. The staff at RC Revolution are honest and has helped my 12 year old son pick out needed parts. Today they could have sold me parts but instead explained how to fix what we had without spending a cent. Their prices are fair. It might be easier to buy parts on the internet but this is a brick and mortar that I will always support since I value their customer service and the support they give to my son. A place that encourages and helps kids fix things - pretty awesome. RC Revolution is where you need to go without question.

Owner was downright rude - I simply asked if he had any cars for a kid and I was told they don’t carry anything in the store - but the guy was nasty and seemed to be irritated that I was even there asking ...If you don’t want customers - close your store buddyI would say to anyone thinking of this store - Walmart might be a better option for both quality and friendliness

Nice people but the shop itself is only devoted to sell planes (cannot comment on cars or boats). If you need spares they will kindly order for you, they mostly dont carry any. This is the closes RC shop to me and after driving 40 minutes each way I ended up ordering the parts on line. Never again.

This shop is the perfect example of why Local Hobby Shops don’t exist anymore. Terrible customer service and over-priced quotes. I patronized the shop but never again. Brandon take your talents to Boca Hobbies.

I tried to return a car I had bought the day prior. Store would not give me a new car, I was told I had to wait until Tuesday to see if the manufacturer would swap it out. I was not informed of their return policy until I brought back the product. The staff was nice but the fact that I can’t return a product that I would have returned the same day, had they been open just doesn’t sit well with me.

If your into rc cars this is a great place to visit. Staff is friendly..on Thursday nights we hold an indoor carpet race with 1RC midgets and sprints. Come on out and enjoy some friendly racing.

Extremely helpful, i came in expressing my drive to promote my 5 yr old sons energy towards cars. We had a detailed tour of the store, and he explained quality, parts, and longjevitiy. 5 star experience

They seem to have a good selection of parts and product. I went there with cash in hand ready to purchase a drone. I waited, walked around, waited more and not one of the 2 employees greeted, acknowledged that I was there, or offered assistance. It may have just been a off day for them.

Jason and Mike are the best. Nice store and extremely nice service. Their service is second to none. If they dont have what you want the order it in quick. Only downfall is they dont stock much for rock climbers but hey you cant have everything.

Went here a few years, the staff are very nice and they have a great selection of r/c related items. Unfortunately I’m not all that into r/c. I have few stuff, but I’m more of the model railroader, model builder, and die cast kind of guy. They didn’t have any of that stuff and the hobby shops I go to back home in Detroit do, but hey if you live in south Florida and are into r/c, this is your place.

After being disgusted by terrible service at my local Jupiter hobby shop, I made the drive to RC Evolution. I found excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a great assortment of parts. I also found my new go-to hobby shop.

This is a great place for radio-control enthusiasts. If youre just getting started, Jason and RC Revo will lead you in the right direction for you - even if it means not making the biggest sale for them. If youve been doing RC for a while, then youve already experienced the service and knowledge that we see every time we stop in.

On the advice of a friend I brought in a Phantom 3 that belonged to a customer of mine after getting nowhere with DJI. My experience with drones and RC craft is minimal at best so after a weekend of tinkering, I gave up. After explaining what was going on with the Drone, Jason explained it was the holiday season, they were swamped, and if I needed it fixed it would probably be a couple of weeks. He even recommended another company if the time frame wasnt adequate but the fact that he was being so upfront and honest, I decided Id leave it with him. By the end of our conversation, he said something along the lines of you know what, Ill take a look at it as soon as I can and get it back to you as soon as possible. Long story short: he called me three days later and instead of trying to sell me a new part, he actually went on eBay and found an unused controller for a third of the price of a new one. Drone is as good as new and I have a happy client. I realize people tend to leave reviews only when theyre upset about the service theyve received but I cant say enough about how happy I am with my experience. Its a real rarity in this day and age. Ive been debating as to whether or not I wanted to start sinking time and money into a new hobby but my experience with this shop has settled the issue for me. Jason, thanks for all your help and Id gladly recommend RC Revolution to anyone needing or wanting anything RC related.

This is one of my favorite hobby shops in South Florida. They have a great selection of merchandise including harder to find parts. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Danny did some excellent repair work on my quadcopter, and its flying like a charm. Jason is a pleasure to deal with, and has some of the best customer relation skills I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a fine hobby shop and they can fix your rcs plenty of spare parts etc. The only knock i give them is they dont carry anything thats not mainstream. For instance the biggest brand tx drone pilots use frsky they dont carry but they have spektrum.

Very quick and has a vast selection to choose from. Everything from high speed boats to helicopters of all varieties to cars to planes. They have it all at a great price. Worth the stop. Park in the back ^_^

I called these guys up to ask if they had a small cable for my DjI Phantom 2 and they asked if I could email them a picture. I got back an almost instant response letting me know that they had a cable available for me. I went over and got with Jason who was very professional. He asked one of the other guys to grab the cable and hand it to me. I asked how much the cable was and to me surprise, he said, no charge. I was super surprised because I had no issue paying the couple dollars for the cable.i will be back to buy something from this shop as they went far and beyond customer service with nothing to gain but a very happy surprise. Highly recommend this shop!!

This place is a disgrace to the Rc community! The staff is never there! They have some guy name Fernando who doesn’t know a thing about radio control, always has an attitude & is more on the phone then trying to care of customers. The place also has no type of inventory. Don’t think the store looks like the pictures, cause it doesn’t. They never have parts on hand, they carry about 8 bodies that don’t fit anything modern. There so-called inventory is really bad. Somebody smoking up the profit or ripping that register. They don’t restock! But they sure try and stick you with some used, beat up pieces of garbage sitting on the counter. Or a 10 year old jet that been sitting there for over 5 years! They carry about 3 sets of wheels, I can actually buy the entire stores inventory with what I have in my pocket cash. Customer service sucks! We go to your hobby shop to be able to ride the same day. Not for you to tell every customer you don’t have it and then run to the computer & order it thru horizon. And then you have to wait! until they decide to go through the packages & if your lucky you might get a call 3 weeks later. But yet it was scheduled for next day delivery. purpose. It’s actually the emptiest hobby shop in palm beach county. All you hear from that store is “ I don’t have it “ Not even the simplest things. I don’t know why they just don’t sell or get better management. As soon as you walk in! You might get a good morning. But that’s all you gonna get. And Fernando really needs a lot help with RC’s he needs to do some serious research and know the products your trying to sell. This guy looks like he’s owned one Rc his whole life. He don’t know a thing about the hobby. And his advise sucks. I mean how many rc’s can he own working at a hobby shop at 40 something years old. Yet he wanna give you advice on something he knows nothing about. Anybody looking for a real hobby shop LEGEND RC with Over 20 brand new cars, truggy’s, trucks, crawlers on display. Plus top of the line parts in stock. It’s rare to go there and not find what your looking for. All top notch accessories HR, yeah racing, Orion, trinity, hobbywing, castle, etc...all in stock. Don’t even bother going to revolution or ask for anything besides a battery. Watch what they tell you. We don’t have it. Maybe if your employees would stop robbing that register and some money gets used for inventory instead of crack that hobby shop would be more lucrative. Thank GOD for legend Rc. And I’ll bet anybody a 1,000 dollars cash. If anybody goes to the hobby shop, Fernando is on the phone. Then you get your typical answer that was a customer on the phone. 🤔🤔🤔oh customers have your personal cell phone number......SAD! Is what it is. He’s even losing his helicopter and plane customers. I see them at legend & they say the same thing.

Second year in a row making purchases from RCR. Great customer service and knowledge, especially for someone who has no idea what they are looking at. Last year they convinced me to get a RC simulator for the computer for my 12 year old so he could get use to flying. He has loved it, even my 7 year old can fly on it. This year we went with their suggestion on the apprentice rc plane. He took off and landed great his first try. We also could not get one of our batteries to charge, we went in and they helped us figure it out and went over the plane with my son and husband. Always better to buy local!

After being tasked with a college project on unmanned systems, I called and emailed several local RC shops to set up an interview. Most never answered, and some just werent interested. They are all understandably busy, and most are understaffed. But Jason at RC revolution was willing to set aside some of his time to speak with me about what he does for work. I think it says something profound about a business that interacts with the community it belongs to, with no immediate, or no obvious monetary incentive. Jasons passion and expertise is obvious though, he endured my questioning, and shared with me a very concise and informative vision of the industry. Thanks RC revolution!

That is a very disappointing response. You werent there and now it seems youre saying your employees version of what happened carries more weight than what a customer experienced. Thats too bad. Thank you for your quick response.I just returned from shopping here and it was not a very pleasant experience. The salesman was not very helpful and was pretty much critical of anything I had to say. I brought in my Quadcopter (UDI-RC Lark FPV Quadcopter) because the batteries no longer charge. Basically he implied (several times) that it was a crappy product. At least thats exactly what I felt he was implying. He told me there was nothing he could do to even test the batteries for me (he kept calling it an off-brand product). I guess they dont have a voltmeter back there anywhere?!I paid $200.00 about 2 years ago for this off-brand copter w/ a remote that has a video display and records video to an SD card. I just checked and they still retail for that much - its a good product, I thought...Then when I asked about the planes he was very short with me. I said I was interested in a jet but I wanted to start as a beginner with a small plane. He pointed out the $10,000.00 jet that they had... walked me over to the $270.00 starter kit he didnt have in stock (at my insistence, actually)... and told me the beginner plane would cost me $250.00 plus $20 for the controller...and offered nothing else...nothing about the plane... no interest in selling me anything... no info on the hobby... I even asked if there were videos I could watch on the stores website and he directed me to the manufacturers website ... half-heartily...Honestly, I left feeling like I was annoying him by being a customer. I was actually a customer too - I did buy the only battery they had for my copter because I was there and it was in front of me. Even though it was for an off-brand and he was shocked they would even have anything that would go with my POS copter... I guess...Anyway, I will never shop there again. Im buying what I need on Amazon as I write this review.
