Michael at Coastal Fitness went above and beyond with outstanding product knowledge and customer service. I started researching home gym equipment and was perusing several sites. What stood out immediately is the fact that Michael patiently replied to each and every one of my emails taking the time to answer all of my questions. I was so impressed that he was treating me like a serious customer that I called to thank him for everything. Michael assisted me on exactly what I needed without selling me extra unnecessary equipment. I explained my unique situation and he explained even more exercises to do on the home gym. To my astonishment, he delivered the equipment the next day! The delivery men worked quickly and set up the gym beautifully. I am so pleased with my purchase and Coastal Fitness. It seems rare these days to run into that kind of caring person in retail. I wish I had bought my Eqipment from coastal instead of Gym Source.

Even though there is great demand, Michael is patient, appreciative of how busy he is and never rushed for a commitment. What a pleasant experience purchasing a Lifefitness G7 over the phone from Michael. His pricing and delivery/install pricing is very competitive too!! He even took the time to email us a diagram so we could see how it would look in our room. The men that delivered and installed were also so polite too. 100% recommend Coastal Fitness and the Lifetime G7.

Came in looking for home gym equipment. Michael walked me through all my different options and showed me how all the equipment worked. Super friendly and knowledgeable, took his time with my daughter and me to make sure we were comfortable and informed. These guys are going to be my go to place for everything fitness now.

Outstanding experience. I couldn’t find plates anywhere, and these guys came through. Could have charged anything they wanted, but stuck with prices pre-COVID. Communication was great straight through arrival, and I already placed a follow-up order for a different product that very few offer. Five stars and two thumbs up.
