Ive been to Action Glass three times over the last 5 - 10 years to have glass table tops and shelves made. Every time they are helpful, fast, and charge a reasonable amount. I highly recommend them for their quality service.

Top rate customer service and super fantastic work. This is the second time I have worked with the team at Action. A few years ago for the shower enclosure in our secondary bath and now installation is complete of the shower enclosure for the master. It looks magnificent. The process from initial call to completion was buttery smooth! Highly recommend... I could go on but have work to do.

I used this company 10 plus years ago at their Lake Park address. I had a shower door handle that broke and couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. When I called Action Glass they said “bring it over”. After 10 minutes Mark, the owner, went through his box of replacements and found me a usable part that worked beautifully.In this world of zero customer service what a welcome thing to be treated like a rock star and told “you can have it, no charge” who does that anymore???ACTION GLASS DOES !!!!! Would highly recommend them and will use them every time in the future.

Go anywhere else. Went in Friday to price a custom mirror and get some general information. Called back Friday afternoon with the size. I was told we dont cut glass till you get here. Just come in on Monday. Went today to have the mirror cut. I was told that I would have to come back Tuesday. They are 20 miles from my house and I called on Friday. I was basically told oh well nothing I can do. Crap service!!!!!!

My experience with these guys went great. I ordered a shower and in no time it was installed. Looks fantastic!! Great company to deal with from start to finish.

I called Mark up early Friday morning and asked if he could help replace a coffee table glass top that broke. He had cut and installed the glass by 1:00pm that same Friday with little cost. Very good service. Quick, easy and simple. Ask for Mark if you want a straight forward answer with good service.

Dont contact them if you actually expect to receive a call back. I called and spoke to a representative on the phone twice, emailed in our bidding information twice, and when I called for a follow up I was told if the owners had not contacted me it means they are not bidding the job. It would have been nice to know that one of the first two times I had called, thats terrific service.

They came to my house on a Friday to take measuments for an estimate. The guy told me that I would receive the estimate on the following Monday. On Tuesday I called twice because I didnt receive it on Monday as promised. Talked to a guy that said that they will get back to me with it. Wednesday night I called and left a voice mail saying that I had to move forward with my project and if they didnt call me back Thursday morning I was gonna consider that they were not interested on the job. Guess what? Its Thusday afternoon and I still have NEVER heard back from them. Very disrespectful with customers. Horrible customer service.

After the lawnmower man accidentally broke my sliding glass door, I called glass places around me in Jupiter and they all said 5 day wait to replace the glass!! Fortunately my friend told me to give these guys a call and im soo glad i did..Wayne said it would take only 1 day!! He took great care of us, he was right on time, finish the job quick and efficiently, vacuumed all the broken glass and even ended replacing an old broken window I had for a little extra..I couldnt of asked for anything more:) great customer service, great guy!! thanks again!

The best! Fast cheap wonderul friendly service I send everyone here because these guys are fair, honest and efficient....they set the bar for any business! I come from the midwest and the way they treated me was like something from home! Great experience compared to the many many greedy scammers there are down here! Window dr quoted me at 12x the price and 3 weeks more to get the job done these guys fixed my window same day! Cant say enough good things!
