If youre not white, dont bother. Went in for something specific, out of stock which is fine. It is a business. The attendant simply stated they were out and that was as far as the help went. They offered nothing, not a hey, lets order it for you come back on x date location x carries it i literally got a shoulder shrug and were out

Amazing customer service and very impressive selection of firearms! My husband and I have been coming here once a week or so for the last year and we learn something new every single time. Johnny and Greg are wonderful! You can tell they’re passionate about what they do as they’re always eager to answer our (many!) questions and share their vast knowledge of guns with us. Staff withheld the rifle I had purchased 2 extra business days from the original 3 day Florida state law waiting period. Would be fine if I had not called and asked if the firearm was ready and the employee chase confirming it was, then for me to be denied the rifle when I went to pick it up. Aside from this the price and item I received were good but the service is below what I have seen in any pawn shop.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Greg. He was very friendly and helpful. I was able purchase the hand gun I wanted very quickly. Will definitely return to purchase again!

This place is absolutely wonderful. I went in talked with Greg for about 45mins like I have known him for years. Very helpful with my gun purchase, exceptionally knowledgeable and very welcoming. Martha is a hoot, Richard is awesome aswell. Not only did I buy my rifle from them, but I when I went back to pick it up I bought a new pistol aswell. I will also come to gator guns for all my fire arms and fire arms needs!

I like the staff here and they are helpful. Ive been in here hundreds of times over the years, but Ive only purchased 2 guns from them. The problem is that most of the guns here are priced about 2x of what the street prices are. I dont mind negotiating, but not from that lofty area.

Worst FFL transfer I’ve had in south Florida. Would help if all employees followed the same procedures for paperwork or had the same level of understanding of the rules.

They sell used guns like they are new and if bring a gun too trade or sell they want to give you half of what the other stores will. I will keep going to other stores.
