No problem getting load off, nice and easy👍🏾👍🏾

I have been doing HVAC for 26 years. I have worked in six different states and I have never been treated so rudely at a Trane Supply, or any other parts house. considering they dont keep much in stock if I live down here I would probably just order from another dealer out of state.

People in there are rude and everyone has an attitude. Wont be back.

Unfortunately I purchased an AC unit thinking they were the best. I have a unit that broke down in 3 yrs. The warranty was supposed to be for 10 yrs but the company went through loop wholes to not grant it. When I reached out to customer service I was contacted a week later that they would have someone call me, didnt happen. I spent a week in a hot Florida house because this junk of a company wouldnt assist me. Before this Trane AC I had a piece that lasted me over a decade without any issues. This is supposed to be a leading brand in ACs, instead its leading it straight to the ground. Junk of a company & equipment.

Things are much better now. Many orders can be done on line with an app and the current staff is doing a great job.

I pick up the dumpsters from there but its clean and wide open for trucks to deliver and pick up!

The service is horrible, they do not answer the phone, they do not has the part that will be replace under factory warranty, I do not recommended TRANE

Quick to tell you they have parts in stock, but when you travel across town to pick it up they dont have it. On more then one occasion.
