Whenever I travel, and am in a place for an extended period, I make it my business to locate the hidden spots that promote a kind of health consciousness not see in the big chains like GNC, etc.Luke, the owner, has been blending, mixing, creating smoothies for over 20 years. I learned more about the best way to make a smoothie in the 5 minutes I was there than in the past 10 years Ive been including juicing and smoothies in my diet.A little nook of a shop, his store goes for quality over quantity. Even down to the packaging of the products he sells, mostly glass, not the plastic that most manufacturers put their protein powders and such in, he leans into a healthy way of operating his store as well as the nuggets of knowledge he passes on. Like many local shops, he also sells CBD oil, honey with Hemp, and other medicinal products that serve the health conscious individual.Take a drive and stop in at South End.Its worth the trek.

I stumbled upon this hole-in-the-wall nutrition store to grab some protein on my way home, one afternoon. I was surprised when I saw the prices as I had been going to GNC for as long as I could remember. Lucas is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. My favorite part, he DOESNT push you to buy everything in the store, like certain nutrition stores. 3 years later, this is still the only nutrition store Ill go to. The new acai bowls and smoothies are to die for! I cant stay away!
