Amazing experience with Steve, I’m from Humboldt and don’t know much about growing indoor and starting clones and be guided me in the right direction with everything and got my some fresh happy frog 🐸 soil that came in yesterday and helped me pick out good nutrients and all. I was wanting to buy everything to set up an indoor hydro/aquapontic garden so I decided to start here. I was also looking to build a relationship with the store because I would need to get a little guidance and help through the process. From the second I walked in, it did not feel right. After walking down just one aisle and a very short interaction with the guy working there, (less than 60 seconds total time) I just had to leave. This is not where I wanted to spend thousands of dollars and have to come back for support or questions. They say “You never get a second chance to make a good first impression” and it still holds true today. Keep searching my friends. There are better places to spend your money.

I normally dont review places, but feel its justified here. I arrived 10 minutes before close and was greeted with awesome customer service. I was not rushed and who I believe was the owner was incredibly helpful and happy to share information. They have a huge variety of great products and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Take your business elsewhere. Owner has no integrity, patience or respect for customers. Truly pathetic.

Horrible place to shop. Might as well buy online because the attendant guy has zero customer support skills, is stand off-ish, and offers up zero expertise & guidance in response to your questions. It’s cluttered like an episode of hoarders and good luck taking your time to read things while the guy hovers over you.Learn from GNC where they offer up knowledge & experience on every single product on the shelf even if you didn’t ask for it.

First thing I noticed the store is cluttered the guy didn’t even want me to look around saying due to Covid ok. Wasn’t even much helpful with the products and also while I was leaving he stood outside the door watching waiting for me to leave weird.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am new to hydroponics and had a few questions regarding certain products. He advised me and my husband that just tell what products you need and Ill get it. Never attempted to answer my questions about brand and uses, would not let us look at the products available. This guy needs to be working elsewhere. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Will never attempt to revisit this place and definitely will not refer family and friends.

Worst customer service EVER! I called the owner, Steve, yesterday, he picks up the phone and informs me they are working new hours 12 to 2pm.I drive over 30 minutes to their office at 1:30 and the door is locked. I call him again and he says, sarcastically, well is the door open? He continued to address me as guy and as I reminded him that he told me the day prior to come out, he then tells me he doesnt like my attitude and that he will not sell to me.Believe all the other bad reviews. This guy Steve is not business savy and will be out of business very shortly. I wonder if thats why he had to relocate in the first place. Last rate service...first rate trash!

I went there for the first time and I was pleasantly greeted by Steve, the owner, who not only offered me a refreshment but spent 2 hours of his time explaining things to me and not once did he try to sell me anything. I would absolutely come basck and purchase my supplies there. Excellent customer service is something this world definitely needs more of. Amazon cant touch that.

I was looking for an air pump. He kept calling me guy and wasn’t helpful at all. Made up price in his head. I asked to turn on pump to see how loud and he said no. I asked if I went home with the pump and it didn’t work if I could return it. He said no you bought it. I then left and went to Healtly Hydro in Pompano. Great service and pricing.

I called this place inquiring about some supplies and was told to head over. Drove 45 min and upon arrival was told nobody was allowed inside . So I decided I’d leave and come back when they were allowing customers inside. I was then called “guy” and told I was wasting their time. As I was driving away either the owner or his retarded son gave me the middle finger. Bad business all the way around Don’t waste your time.

The guy was extremely rude and did not wear a mask. Shop was a mess and really dirty. Also charged me $40 for soil i normally pay 19 for at the shop near my house. Didnt say anything at the time because I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very rude, impatient, and dose t have the required knowledge to run a hydro store. I bought a ph meter previously and couldn’t figure out how to use it so I brought it back and he told me he didn’t know how to use it either. I asked him if I could trade it in for a meter he could show me how to use and he said they don’t do refunds and just to look it up on YouTube. Overall a very bad experience
