Robert our delivery guy is honestly the main reason we stay with the company. His customer service and professionalism is above and beyond and it’s why my rating is 3 stars instead of 1.We are constantly getting chewed up mats and inconsistent linens, pretty much hand me downs from other linen companies. Half the time I get those server aprons when I’ve only always ordered kitchen aprons and I currently have 3 different looking floor mats right next to each other.
