Completely wasted my time. Refused to assist over the phone with appraising my bike. When I got there they said trade values for curb buys were NADA value and they couldn’t do anything more than that. They had straight told us on the phone they couldn’t tell us the value without looking at it at all. Then we got there and they low balled us and tried to tell us the only way we could get why we were asking was to buy a new bike. Completely wasted our time (2 hours to drive there and back home). Do not listen to their reps on the phone. They’re just telling you anything to get an appointment and get you in so they can try to sell you a bike. Which I get it, that’s the business. But if someone tells you hey this is what we are doing and we can’t consider a new purchase at all then just be straight. They said they couldn’t appraise over the phone but then when we were there they said the trade is based entirely on NADA value. Which again FINE! JUST DON’T LIE TO ME AND TELL ME YOU CAN WORK WITH ME ON TRADE VALUE!

My husband and I decided it was time to trade in the sport bike for a cruiser because we have a son now and we wanted a change of pace. From the moment we got to the front door we had an amazing experience. We were greeted by Savannah and she was there every step (and slight bump!) of the way. We originally went to look and she led us in the right direction. My husband took a test ride and fell in love! They worked with our schedule and 3 days later we were signing papers! Everyone there made us feel like family, from RJ guiding us through finances to Karen and Robin giving us a hand with shirts and other accessories. There was an event going on and even volunteers made us feel like a part of the Harley family. So many people offered for us to participate in rides and one kind lady even bought our son an adorable teddy bear and blanket as well as a guardian bell. We were genuinely astounded by the kindness and generosity we experienced at our time here. We will be back and we would 100% recommend bringing your business here.

Good customer service, somewhat knowledgeable, but I suggest that you do your own research and make sure that you know exactly what part number that you need, because they will sell you the wrong part and then tell you its what you asked for when you try to return the product.... Had an amazing experience working with the fine men and women at Palm Beach Harley.Road away this morning on a brand new 21 road glide and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. They did me right on my trade in as well as getting me an amazing deal from Harley on the road glide. My specialist Max H worked with the sales team and found me the perfect bike at the perfect price. The finance guy Alan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient sorting out the rest of the process.

Will be editing my post from 3 months ago if I can. Gotta say PBH once again never seems to amaze me! From the start of our purchase it was a cluster over PROMISED and under DELIVERED! Started out with the sales gal, all the way to finance. Horrible experience to say the least. Only wrote my past reviewed based on our new sales guy now in service plead to make a few things right as 5 star reviews helps him out. I should have gone with my gut! Bike was in service since June 20, dropped off early rain that week and vacation planned was scheduled for June 24. In for 15K service, oil cooling lines to be replaced due to them being rusted (promised by service mgr David)when we purchased it. Ordered 3 weeks prior to us taking it in. Oil pumped replaced due a defect which was honored, top gaskets, and reservoirs to be replaced (promised by Dillian). After a week in a half no phone call as to what’s been done we had to call them! Called Monday July 5 to see when we can pick the bike up…told you can pick it up in 1.5 hours we just need to clean it up. Get there and the oil cooling lines were still the old rusted ones NEVER replaced. You can only imagine the the fumes coming out and no one in service was able to tell us why! Other than it was never put on your RO (I guess the ticket for service) when David the service mgr stated 3 times they were ordered and they would take care of it while in for service. Again over PROMISED under DELIVERED!!! Tuesday July 6, I called and demanded yes “demanded” speaking to the GM Geno to let him know our frustrations with his dealership. He to say the least was very apologetic and told me that he was going to personally handle this and check with service to see what was going on and would call me back. He did almost immediately, unfortunately I missed his call as I was at work and left me a message telling my our bike was ready and the oil cooling lines were replace, and ready for this…the gaskets, and clutch/brake reservoirs were also replaced and they are BRAND NEW, please call me back when you get my message have whoever answers phone come find me. Called him twice and left messages both times to yet no returned call! I have his message and wish I could post for all to hear . Do these look BRAND NEW??? Once again over PROMISED & under DELIVERED!!! Treasure Coast and Alligator Alley Harley just got them new clients!! PALM BEACH HARLEY is the WORST! Don’t fool yourself people go elsewhere!!!!

Do not go to this dealer if your are a veteran!!!!!!! Completely took advantage of a elderly disabled veteran by upselling and adding on extras that were not wanted and used distraction techniques to upsell and overcharge while devaluing trade in. Had chance to make the deal right, they failed. Too bad.

The general manager Geno, and the finance manager Allen went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate that immensely and they won a customer for life. The saleswoman TJ was great as well. I look forward to being back for future purchases. Thanks again!

Harley is the top of the line! The dealership is fantastic and my salesman, Josh, was very helpful. Also Scott was great, theyll do whatever is necessary to put you on a new Harley. The deal they laid out for me was fantastic although I didnt buy for reasons unrelated to how good these folks were. The bike in the pictures is the best deal if you want a stock Harley that you can customize.

This place is a a disgrace. BEWARE!! Do not do business with this place. To sum it up I had a issue buying a bike with lies from the sales team and sales managers. They called me and made it right, well I regret ever doing business with this type of place. I had a issue with my brand new bike, brought it in and was told they would call me back later that week. Well…. Months later I’ve got 1 phone call back with promises that were never fufilled and when I call I get put on hold for 45 min just to be hung up on (over 10x in 3 weeks). At this point I can’t even get my issue resolved or even get a service done. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to another Harley dealership.

This dealership botched an engine upgrade and were unable to recognize it when I brought it and pointed out the oil leak twice. I brought the motorcycle into another dealership and they immediately recognized it and said it was too dangerous to test drive. The motorcycle has been driven less than 50 miles since and Palm Beach Harley is not willing to cover the bill to put the gaskets on properly.Management is not willing to get on the phone or call me back to even discuss the matter. Customer service here is disgraceful and the work done in the service center can put your life in danger.

The entire team at West Palm Beach Harley Davidson was awesome, the purchase process was very smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to the Sales manager Warren that made it happen. Andrea which was my first contact at the dealer and always was doing her follow up. Nugget my salesperson was awesome, knowledge and very professional. The Finance Manager Alan was excellent, very pleasant to work with. I had the choice of going elsewhere but elected to give them my business. If I had to do it again, I would certainly do so.

I brought the bike in for an oil change and expected to pay $200-$250 as that was the high end of the average price through my experience. They came out and said the oil plug was stripped and had to replace the oil pan at more than $1000 when all was said and done. I asked about an over sized plug option until I decided if I wanted a new bike or to do the work and they said no. I told them to just put the old one back and I will do the oversized plug myself. (its has been working for two years now with zero leaking). They charged me $435 for the oil change. Thats why 3 stars.

Recently purchased my 1st Harley at this dealership. I was shocked at how welcoming everyone was, even other Harley owners who were there hanging out. Harley really is a culture, a family even. So this was my 3rd time back after I promised myself I wouldn’t come back. My coworker told me to give it one more chance so I did. honestly I’m glad I did because this time it was allot quicker and friendlier than las time. Yes sales tactics back and fourth but they have to eat also. I work on car sales so I knew what to expect from the get go and it wasn’t in an unpleasant way either. So thumbs up for that. I told they where I wanted to be monthly and they were able to do it and I was pleased. I worked with Alex and Scott and they were great. Very upfront and open about everything. I now definitely recommend from my new experience. My buddy is now gonna give it a shot and try and see if he can be part of the Harley family now.

Flew in from out of town to buy a bike and we were met with hospitality like Ive never experienced. I cant say enough good things about the staff. I loved this store it was great until they picked my bike up on May 26th for 2 hours of labor. It is now August 7th 😔 for 2 months everytime I call for an update they tell me they need to look into it and they will call me back and everytime they don’t call back is this a joke? Finally 2 days ago the manager tells me the guy responsible for this is no longer working there and he promised me my bike would be ready tomorrow which was yesterday. And once again another lie as I’ve not heard anything.

I drove up from Delray Beach to West Palm Beach to buy a pair of jeans. Karen had put the jeans on hold for me. Picked up 2 Motorcycles in 6 Years, Great H-D Dealership, & Staff !

Tried to buy a bike from Palm Beach Harley a couple years ago, and was not happy at all! No deal making, no working with me, tried to sell me a bike I didn’t even want, the whole nine yards. Walked in yesterday random to just check out some bikes prepping for a purchase; immediately felt a whole new vibe! Scott introduce himself like a dude at the bar, not some salesman trying to catch a quick buck. Alex and a new salesman in training; super helpful fitting me and showing me all the bikes. They let me test ride two different bikes to compare and talked me through every possible comparison. Scott and Alex willing you make deals, willing to put you on a bike YOU want. All around great experience, hands down!

I did my homework and knew what i wanted. I walked in, dealt with a salesperson named Nugget. Nugget answered every question and made me feel at home. When it came to negotiating I dealt with Gino, the General Manager and he was awesome. I would highly recommend HD WPB. The staff was great.

If I could give no stars, I would. This place seemed like the place to go. I went with the intention of just looking and ended up buying a beautiful HD 103 Breakout. The salesman, Alex, seemed like a good guy. So did the manager, who in the process, offered me unsolicited advice but, didnt mention that there is NO cool down period or buyers remorse for motorcycles in Florida. I just heard that from a sales manager at this place. I paid $30K for a bike that it turns out that I dont want and Palm Beach Harley Davidson wont give me money back, even though I havent put a single mile on it and it was just delivered 4 days ago. So, dont go here. Theyre playing fast and loose with the law, here. Find a dealer that will play straight with you, its not these people.EDIT: June 2, 2021.Wow, these people put on a good face but, theres no soul underneath. I was offered $13K if I wanted to sell the bike back to them. Oh and they graciously offered to let me have $2800 from the extended warranty back. LOLOLOLOL. Less than 50% of what I paid for it??? These people arent scammers, theyre worse. Stay VERY far away from them. Then, one of the sales managers, Ryan, informs me that hes a veteran and so is the general manager. Whoop-ti-do! Theres a term for this kind of buddy, in the Army. Buddy and the rest rhymes with sucker. Thats not vets looking out for vets, Im sorry. They would have made sure that I knew about the non-returnable status of the bike before I purchased it, if they were trying to play fair with me. They didnt.Buyer beware when you go here for a bike.

He directed me promptly to everything I asked for and was knowledgeable of anything I wanted to know. After I found all the parts I needed, he spent the time to show me some of the newer models and explaining the options I had moving forward even after me explaining that I wasn’t planning on a new purchase. Never been to a Harley store before but stopped in with a friend to buy her dad a t-shirt. Well I met Karen who started showing us all kinds of new clothing. Then Sue came over and started helping also. I left with a couple of shirts myself. I will be back.

Bought a pre owned street glide after taking a test ride with TJ my sales person. She as well as all the staff were great and very helpful. They will be my first choice when shopping again.

I went into Palm Beach HARLEY-DAVIDSON -Davidson last Wednesday the 20th just to look around once there Josh came over to me and asked if I needed any help I told him I was just looking around I had a few questions he answered then I told him I wanted to look inside, He did not follow me just said if I see something I like to let him know so I did best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle/bike everyone in the dealership was so super helpful from Josh the salesman to Jason In parts to service very pleased and would highly recommended Palm Beach Harley-Davidson

I had the absolute best service from a gentleman named Kevin Lutz I guess they call him Hollywood. Even though I was there to kick tires a little bit cause Im not sure if Im ready to pull the trigger just yet. This man took his time to explain different options and help me find a bike that I would be comfortable with. The man gave me his undivided attention answered all my questions, he even ignored personal calls to talk to me even though I told him straight up I probably wasnt going to buy that day. I wish all salesmen were like him. He even offered to teach me how to ride a Harley! Who do you know that cares that much?Harley you honestly have an asset to your company in Kevin. When I am ready I will without doubt buy only from Hollywood! Well done sir thank you for your time and your service as a Marine!!!

The best team! From sales to service, clothing etc. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. V is the best sales person, his attitude and customer service were over the top!! He was very informative but not too aggressive like many sales associates in general. RJ was excellent as well, very professional and helpful! I dealt with parts and service team before and they are always amazing. Lauren, Karen, Sue at clothing were wonderful!! Overall 5star experience, I would give 10stars if I could. Thank you!!! I had a wonderful experience here at palm beach Harley! I called in with certain and specific requests and Alex was the guy to help and make sure I got the bike I’ve been searching for! Scott the manager helped get me the deal I was looking for. I recommend working with Alex, he’s honest and very knowledgeable on the motorcycles and was a pleasure to work with. 10/10

From the moment I walked through their door until the time I left 3 hours later I was treated with nothing but the highest level of professionalism from each staff member at Palm Beach Harley - Davidson. The highlight of my experience was having the pleasure of dealing with Alex in their sales dept. Alex was kind, courteous, easy going and extremely knowledgeable about each model we looked at. Alex never made me feel pressured nor did he force any of the purchasing options down my throat. Alex is a huge asset to PBHD and Im sure anyone else would agree if they have the pleasure of meeting and dealing with him.

Horrible experience from start to end! From sales all the way to service!!! GM Geno doesn’t return calls and leaves a message stating something was done and BRAND NEW we’re installed clearly wasn’t the case. Appears they deleted my current post from July 6. Not wasting my time or energy reposting my post from earlier today! Go elsewhere if not shame on you!!!!

Came into the dealership to check out a Fat Bob and was greeted immediately by Alex. He walked me through the bike and showed me each Fat Bob available. Alex and Scott were very knowledgeable and helpful. Respectful toward veterans and first responders. Made my purchase of a 2021 Fat Bob a great experience!
