My elderly parents (in their near 80s) called this place nearly 2 months ago to come fix their freezer that had quit. It took them a while to come and when they did he told my dad the fan was out and hed be back so they kept waiting and its been over a month and they STILL havent came. So this is how the elderly people get treated at this place!!! I wish I had an option for NO stars😠
