This was the absolute best place ever. I was traveling by myself to Starkville from Oxford and needed Freon. These men let me come in spur of the moment on Labor Day weekend and helped me out so much. Could not have asked for better people to help me out in this situation!! Paid over three thousand dollars to get my car fixed and its still not fixed. They didnt fix anything that I asked them to. I returned the vehicle because it still was not working. They pretended to fix the problem but didnt. After paying them three thousand dollars I still had to come out of my pockets with another$400 to buy a part that they screwed up. They kept my car for two months and its still not running. Worse service ever.

After numerous other shops guessing what was wrong with my truckthe professionals at William Wells Automotive were able to tell meexactly what was wrong. Everyone is very professional and easy to talk to. Ive found my mechanic shop. If youre in need of a great trust worthyshop give them a try.

Had the unfortunate experience of vehicle breaking down while traveling through West Point Ms. fortunately though, our vehicle was towed to William Wells. They started diagnosing the issue as soon as the car got to their shop. It was determined that the transmission was going to have to be removed from the vehicle to inspect and repair, and the job wasnt going to be a quick one. We decided we needed to rent a vehicle and continue towards home. Joseph was nice enough to take the four of us to the airport to pickup rental. He also had to deal with 3rd party warranty company that I had a contract with through the entire repair process, and they were of course not easy to deal with, so much so that most repair shops would have told me to forget it and just pay or take somewhere else! They had our vehicle for approximately two weeks during this entire process. I traveled 8 hours from home on Friday to retrieve the vehicle and had to return another rental to the airport upon arrival. Again, Joseph met me at the airport and brought me to the shop, with no charge! during this entire time period, they kept me in the loop on everything, normally I find that if I want any information from a repair shop, I am the one who is calling, not these guys, they are extremely customer oriented. The vehicle ran lime new on the 8 hour trip home! I just cannot express my gratitude enough to this shop! Hopefully we will never be in a position like this again, but if we do find ourselves broken down in a town far from home, I can only hope its in West Point Ms.!

While we were traveling through the water pump went out on my buddies truck. Found the number for the shop they got us off the highway and into the shop and fixed in just a couple of hours.
