She is amazing. Very helpful and fixed my phone problems and got me on a better plan than I was on. She deserves 11 star, better than the 10 being max as she went over and above the other reps Ive dealt with in past. Hope she stays in West Point.

The guys in here are amazing they never hesitate to help and they always find solutions for you. I came back to back days for several different issues and they didnt get upset or impatient. They helped me with my issues promptly and did it with a smile. The two gentlemen inside made you feel as though you were with your family that just so happened to be helping you out with electronics. I wish my experience could be like this every time I go to Verizon.
