Went to rent a U-Haul, person there was super friendly and helpful.

Turned me away 5 minutes before sign on the door (and Google) said was closing time. I understand quitting time is exciting enough to knock off early now and then but not good for customer service.

Call the day previous and was informed we could rent a 5x9 utility trailer. Show up to get it. was informed that we couldnt get it that they dont rent them any more. Was waiting to get a uhaul trailer and was approached by i assume the owner or manager and was told again that no we dont have any trailers except the 5 I was looking at. I didnt mind having to go another route but dont give me attitude. I understand that you dont rent your utility trailers anymore. You do have other options though.

Awesome Customer Service. It was our first time in the store, we picked up a lawn roller and a power thatcher.Since we were new customers the Manager introduced us to the assistant manager, upon returning the rentals he also introduced us to the owner.They were very helpful answering our questions on other rentals we may need in the future.They loaded and unloaded our rental items quick and gave us a thorough demonstration on how to use these items.

Its not just a rental store but a nice little hardware store and they have propane and i was able to get the bolts and washers I nneeded to get a microwave mounted plus the two clycle oil for my weed eater without going all the way to the big store right in West Richland. Customer service was great two steps in the door and I was pointed to the hardware I needed. And I was in and out of there in five minutes, with the bolts and oil saved me like over an hour of my day. With a piece of candy and a smile.It will be my first stop to get hardware from now on.

This place is great, prices are reasonable and the equipment always works.

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a power rake because I only had 1 day to do the yard before a surgery. They don’t have my reservation then the lady working was rude like it was my fault.

They were incredibly helpful in helping me figure out what equipment I needed and had very fair pricing.

Ive had good service there, and the staff is friendly.

I loved traveling 20mi for a table saw they do not have. A little education of your staff and better accounting of your assets would save customers from wasting time traveling to your shop for nothing.
