I just went there for a collision repair after hitting a deer. There was a lot of damage and they were able to fix everything like the accident never even happened. My car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside for me which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was super friendly and they called me frequently to keep me updated on the status of my car. I was very pleased with the entire experience! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

The repairs themselves were fine. However there was. A coat of wax or something on my windshield wipers when I went to use them the next day it smeared wax all over my windshield making it very hard to see. Everything should have been. Wiped completely this could have been very dangerous had I been on the thruway!!

Following an accident, I had intended to have the collision work done at the dealer but after our insurance company sent us to Carstar for an estimate, I decided to have the work done there instead. The people were extremely friendly and there was no pressure to utilize their services. The facility was clean, the workmanship was outstanding, and the repairs were guaranteed. We were treated like old friends and it was a pleasure to have them service our vehicle.

My car was involved in a rear end accident, to the tune of 9k of damage. I had dealt with one of the techs (Travis) on previous vehicles (for minor body work on two previous vans). Travis was up front with cost, timeline, dealing with insurance issues. He’s amazing, and him and his fellow techs are top notch. The front office staff (Ann Marie) was also a pleasure to deal with, and helped with any questions I had. Travis gave me a time frame and met the deadline on time. We had a rental for a month roughly, and at least now we have our car back. It looks perfect. Highly recommend CARSTAR...especially in West Seneca.

Everyone at CarStar WS was so helpful. I was without my car for over 2 weeks after hitting a deer, but they helped me make the best of the situation. From the minute I called to schedule my estimate, until I picked it up ... all my questions were answered, I was given frequent updates as to the progress of the work. Upon completion, I was walked to my car to check over the work. And the best bonus I could have hoped for ... they deep cleaned the inside of my car. It looks close to brand new! It was an amazing service. Travis and the team were genuine. They weren’t fake. On top of that. They went above and beyond what I expected. They earned me as a customer and I felt valued there. Some place make you feel like a broke down car they don’t really care about as long as they get your money. That’s another thing, they sought to help my problem without me getting the short end of the stock and had no issue educating me on where I was ignorant. 100% recommend their amazing service. The job took a week longer than I was told and there was a new scratch on the vehicle when I picked it up.

They did over all an ok job. They didnt fix 100% of everything that was agreed on. The paint match is ok. Exactly that, just ok. Its pepper white, the repainted spots have no pepper what so ever, in my opinion.

Picked up vehicle and hood light indicator was on, took back and staff was visibly bothered that I brought my truck back to them to fix. Eventually fixed the issue and now my left front headlight is out. Will not be taking my vehicle back.

It took 10 days to get my Sons Car mirror replaced. But to their defense, the Volkswagen parts are not easy to get. They did a nice repair.

Was referred to CARSTAR for my collision repairs just after the new year passed. Building was easy enough to find but the repair desk was a little tricky to locate, thankfully the building staff were super friendly and helpful. Listened to my concerns and did their best to make me feel comfortable. They were very quick on getting my car fixed up and back to me. Very pleased to see that they used all factory replacement parts and no third party discount parts when fixing me up. Hopefully I will not be in a position to need to use their services again, but if I am I know i will be taken care of.

If Im so unlucky to need more collision work, this is the only place Ill go.

The Carstar Team under Jim Mayle made this difficult time so much easier. My car was on time, better than new, extremely clean and ready for me. I felt confident that the team was doing the BEST for me fixing my crashed vehicle, and always kept in touch advising me almost every day sometimes. I went to car star to get my rear panel fixed due to someone hitting me and the staff was unbelievably great I thought I was going to pay five $600 to get fixed but to my surprise with all new parts labor was only $200 they work around my schedule when it was best for me I dropped it off an hour and a half later it was done they even drove it over to continental transmission to get my wheelbearings fixed for me at no extra cost I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service great work and very professional customer service I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done

If I could give this place zero stars I would, there service is AWFUL. I cant even begin to explain my experience but let me give you a glimpse. I was in an accident and I was referred here to get my car looked at. They deemed my car a total lose. I hadnt decide if I was going to keep my car or not. I had no major damage on the outside and it was drivable. However, instead of assembling my car back to the way I brought it to them they left the interior of my car in a legit pile of parts.. with all my person belongings at the bottom of it. I am completely distraught over the fact that my life has been turned upside down because of an accident that wasnt my fault and now I get to sit in there parking lot while its snowing trying to get my things out of my car. Meanwhile the manager and the associate are sitting in the managers office having a conversation about me that I walk into. They are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience has been a complete nightmare and this place played a big roll in that. I would not recommend this place for anything. Their service is terrible, their manager and employees are rude, condenscending and heartless and there are much better places with greater customer care than this dump.
