The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my go to place for supplies but the last few times I went they did not have the perms or color that I needed, which is very frustrating.

Had to return products because of having to close my salon and most products couldnt be returned because they didnt show up in my history...even though I always used my prof card....dissappointed!

Love this place!! I cant just go in and buy what i came for...I have to look and buy everything else too...The ladies that work here are awesome. Always nice, helpful and down to earth. Something about us hair dressers we love to talk. Lol

The girls that run the cosmoprof are awesome they make you feel very comfortable when you walk in there. Help you find whatever youre looking for can I treat you like family.

This store is loaded with hair care products, just wish I didnt have to take a professional hair dresser or cosmetology student with me to shop here. I would go more often if it didnt involve dragging my friends with me. Usually they are too busy with school or work to go when I need them to.

My girlfriend went to buy product at this store with her cosmetology licence and was denied the purchase as she didnt have a Cosmo card on her set of car keys on her with the key tag.. the woman cashier was rude and will never get our business again.

Was very disappointed at the amount of product in the store we were looking for nail products brushes,buffers,perms, hardly anything to pick from.
