Great experience! They designed my kitchen in 2003, and I still like and enjoy the design every day. I would not change a thing. In 2014 I needed to replace just 1 toilet which had been problematic for 22 years. I walked in and just asked to be educated about what good & bad toilets were on the market and which features were most important. They spent an hour explaining details to me, gave me literature and Web sites to do any further research I wanted. There was no pressure, and I returned after having done my research. They answered more of my questions and then ordered the one I wanted. They called me when it arrived, and this toilet has had no problems for over 18 months now. It uses less water than any other, is much easier to keep clean and running, and never clogs. They know how to find and deliver quality.

Very helpful. Took time with us and had good ideas and options. Easy to work with. I would definitely be inclined to use him again.

Had e design specialist come to my house . He took measurements and said he would get back to us in a couple of days. Three weeks have gone by and no contact what so ever. I was talking to my in-laws and appearently they had the same thing done to them. From other people I have spoke to, they only want to deal with the high end people .

My mother-in-law sat down with the designer several months ago and is just now getting her kitchen. It has been a horrible experience for her. The contractor has been rude, her design was changed without her consent and the company did not do anything about it when she questioned it. Instead they blamed her for it. This is by far some of the worst customer service for an industry that should have extremely high standards due to the fact they are receiving a lot of money from customers and coming into the customers home to give them what they are wanting not what they think they should have.

Husband and I went asked questions an prices. A guy was with a couple as we were waiting. Horrible experience. He never acknowledged us. Or said a word to us. We left about 35 minutes later. Cause we got sick of waiting.
