Bought an office chair from here and the chair has been great, but when I purchased it they told me someone would come out and help me load it up in my car and no one showed, had to do it myself.

Officemax has become a rip off place. Use to be .19 cents make a copy. Now it is 2.50 minimum whether you need 1 copy or 14 copies. They no longer allow 1 copy at .19 cents charge 2.50 for that copy. I had been going here buying things for years i no longer will spend my money at any officemax or office depot again. I imagine they will loose alot of customers over this.

I like the printing area, where I can do my own self-printing, but the one time I did need assistance, there were only 2 people at the registers, and both were busy. There is a convenient parking lot and an awesome selection of office products, from laptops and printers to stationary, ink, and even bottled water in large, fairly inexpensive packs. If youre happy with doing your shopping without assistance, youll like this store, but if you need help with anything, good luck!

Would give 5 stars but you MUST have a credit card to get a copy made. One $0.12 copy you must use a credit card. So if your charged per transaction your now paying extra! Fix this and id give 5 stars.

Met my Office Depot / OfficeMax expectations. I actually like this one better than the other fancier/remodeled locations.

Only went to the FedEx center. When its busy, it will take you a while for service. However, the individual working (only one) was really helpful and considerate. Id definitely come back!

Im very happy shopping at Weigmans, this afternoon went to wegmans at West Seneca; i got all i need and i was talking whit a Customer Service Agent; i ask her for a PT job for me. I cant work more the 10 hours per week or i will lose my SS. benefits. Do you think that you can help me to get a PT job with Wegmans. Thanks.

They have weekly sales. They have a great selection of office supplies. They have pens, and they have paper. Also they have a high penchant to call law enforcement if you happen to linger a minute to many in the parking lot while searching just the right pandora station to pedal away to...

Was in here a couple weeks ago just looking for a phone charger, took me 10 min to find someone to ask for help. Cashier had no clue what I was talking about. Finally had someone walk up to me and help and was super rude and acting like I was an idiot and that I was bothering her precious time. There was only me and another person in there like seriously? Wont ever go back there if Im gonna be treated like my business wasnt wanted.

A once-thriving company now just a shell of what it used to be. Ive been coming here for years but it seems the internet has come for OfficeMax. Buildings pretty outdated but they still have what I need so Ill keep coming here cuz I support paying local taxes

This is a standard OfficeMax. I have purchased items for work and school from this location since moving to West Seneca in 2008. The store has what OfficeMaxes around the area offer. Employees were friendly and helpful the few times I needed something.

I barely ever see anyone else shopping here, so its easy to find help! Workers are friendly, store is clean, great place to shop.

Helpful and kind I will continue to go there.

Messed up my print order by forgetting to use coupon. I couldnt get it rectified over the phone, so had to drive in again. Then they messed up with applying the discount and had to refund and repurchase the order. Not happy for something that should have been so simple.

Simply the worst experience!! One cashier, eight people in line, I waited ten minutes before a manager came over to cash people out..when I questioned him, he was arrogent and condesending, asked for his name or badge number, refused to give it to me, he should be fired and replaced!!Reported incident to corporate, never again!! Walmart..here I come...
