Favorite location. Clean. And well stocked! Brooke and the front end team, wish I knew all their names, helped me through a process recently like they were family! I need help in same day photo, greeting cards and snacks. And they all pitched in and got what I needed done, on a day when I needed the help! Now they greet me like a friend (but even before we’re polite to me).
This pharmacy is extremely well staffed with great people!!! Every time I go in to get any prescriptions they’re filled and ready on time! The staff are all highly educated and always willing to answer any questions I may have. If I could give a 6 star review I would! Both head pharmacists are very polite and make sure you feel comfortable with what you are taking and let you know the do’s and don’ts!!
Excellent customer service in both front store and pharmacy!! Pharmacy employees are hard working and always nice. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly.
The store is decent, the pharmacy is pretty good. My biggest concern is the parking lot. There need to be lines drawn for where its ok to park because people park anywhere,like the middle of a rather small lot. I pulled in yesterday to a row of cars blocking the lot. Repaint the lines please.
This location is running a scam. I normally pay around $22 for my perscription. One day I used the drivethru and they said it was $142. I left, contacted my insurance to see if there was a problem, nothing. Got a call from this CVS a few days later to refill, I asked about the cost, they said it was $22. Went back to the drivethru and they charged me $147. I went inside to fix/return, and they just shrug their shoulders and say no returns. To scam people during a pandemic is F@#ing disgusting. If you need to refill with CVS because of your insurance, DONT DO IT at the 3098 Orchard Park Rd. West Seneca, NY 14224 location. I wil be working actively to get away from CVS.
I am a regular customer of this CVS store. The store is always clean and well stocked. The Sales Associates and Managers have positive attitudes and work as a team. When there are more than two customers forming a line, a Manager or other Sales Associate quickly appears at a register to assist in checking out. Given that I am in the store during my work break, this is of the highest priority for me. Great job on Customer Service!
Never any issues here. Courteous staff. Clean store. Signal at entrance of parking lot, easy to enter and exit location.
Unfortunately I am forced to use this pharmacy due to my insurance. The staff are always rude and because I get a controlled substance, they always treat me as though I am someone who abuses the medication - even though I have never given them reason to feel that way. They ABSOLUTELY profile their customers.
The store itself is good. The pharmacy is my issue. My insurance requires me to get my prescriptions from CVS. This location is closest to my home. I dread every time I need to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy is under staffed. There is always a line 4-5 people deep waiting in line. It seems to me that the staff is stressed and overwhelmed and it definitely crosses over to the customer service received.
Astonishingly and exceedingly poor service at the pharmacy. Every month seems to get sloppier and less professional. Staff around the rest of the store is excellent but pharmacy neglects to order essential prescriptions on time and rather at their own convenience at the expense of the customer and also fails to assume any responsibility for their own shortcomings .stop in for a snack but if you need your meds, get them filled elsewgere .
Awful customer service. Was not able to use a gift card here due to the unwillingness of the staff member to help. Went to the location on south park and lake and had zero trouble when the lovely staff member rung me up.
Waited at the drive through window for my prescription for 20 minutes and to no one ever even came to the window.
Some of the worst employees Ive ever dealt with.
