The buying process was easy and the quick install was seamless. The installers were very clean and professional. They put down floor covering and vacuumed every thing up like new when they were done. I’m highly impressed on the quality of the quartz I received for the low price and fast delivery and set up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sortie Marble & Granite was suggested to us by someone who worked in the business of replacing counter tops. He said they were less expensive and did good work. After checking out two other businesses, we also found that Sorties was the least expensive. $400 less in our case. We also found that the sales representative we talked to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She brought things to our attention that we hadnt thought about and was not pushy at all in getting the sale. She spent a great deal of time giving us information. Another advantage that Sortie offers is that they have their own plumber. Some other places left it up to the customer to get their own plumber. The job was completed in a timely manner - actually sooner than what was originally planned. The workmanship was excellent! I would recommend this business to a friend.

Buyer beware! I went to several countertop places and decided to go with Sortie...which was a huuuuge mistake! The customer service is horrific and they do not care about helping their customers. I told them exactly what I wanted and they were unable to follow through with my wishes. The manager, Kim, has no customer service qualities whatsoever! And Amy never wrote the write information on my contract so I got screwed with my corners, although I showed photos of the exact counter I wanted. Months I tried to dispute with them and nothing ended up getting accomplished. Save yourself the time and hassle, go somewhere else reputable! Even some contractors that I called dont want to work with them! Goes to show you their reputation in the industry.

Excellent workmanship, no real issues. Unfortunately customer service and sales team could use some work on professionalism! Sales team very rude. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor and providing you the service for FREE! Would recommend them based on workmanship, but unfortunately sales team could benefit from classes on professionalism.

Staff was very helpful with advice and color guidance. We already have 2 countertops from Sortie and I was very pleased with both. Looking forward to our next project !

Unimpressed with the lady at front desk needed help answering some questions regarding quartz and she actied uninterested in helping us and hid behind desk will be taking business elsewhere

Checked out hours of operation before I travelled 20 miles to their location. Got there.......closed for lunch. No where on website does it mention lunch hours. Disgusted.
