Customer service is always great here. I like looking at all the different things they stock in this store. Can usually find some good deals.

Nice place I just wish the parking lot was fixed. The outside does not reflect what’s inside. Nice merchandise and great workers.

We found everything we were looking for. The cashier was great.

I went to shop & also get my free face masks for being a member. They had no masks, said they never got them in. Are checkout, the cashier forgot to use my $10 off coupon. Had to return everything, then re buy w coupon. She tried two times to try and return, but she kept doing it correctly. Took about 25 minutes to check out and I bagged my own items.

This Big Lots is clean,the All Inclusive Staff are very kind.Most Importantly, they have a great selection of Brand Name Housewares. Yes, theyre not perfect. But Hey... Its Big Lots!

This location is good, staff friendly, clean, good items available.

This was the worst big lots experience. It took 5 staff members to find a mattress. They said they had multiple of the one I wanted. We went and rented a truck. 75 minutes passed (our rental was due back) they said they no longer have the mattress. We picked a different one and we are still waiting out front for the new one (30 minutes so far). This is awful. Employ people who know what they are doing and someone who’s willing to help us out. I’m about to return everything and go somewhere else.

Went to lease a whole set of furniture which is 2000 dollars. When I went to sign they tried charging me another 2k in interest and did not tell me now had any signs saying “pay before 90 days and your interest is 0 dollars”. Then after saying no to the 4000 dollars they still charged my card even though I never signed or gave my approval for this. After them refunding the money I have to say y’all are thieves and have terrible customer service. No knowledge of anything. That’s your job. Can’t even do that.

Its BIG LOTS. all you want and dont want for less. Easy access and parking.Also assistance for large items into your vehicle.

New registers very cramped area, everyone is less than 6ft away from each other because they have rows leading to registers too close, and no room to pass by others without being on top of each other. All aisles are too close, just to push product, but not 6ft rule works there. Needs fixing

Big lots! What can I say. Its a discount store that has good prices on everyday random things ranging from food to household items and furniture. They do not sell cards any longer but there is a good selection of seasonal items for each holiday.

Used to be my go to place for deals and unique things. Now that they remodeled, not so much anymore. This store they put the end of aisles right next to poles. So when you exit the aisles, you have to maneuver around the poles! Not user friendly at all. We looking for seasonal item. Barely had anything for it and it was a wasted trip. Trying to be more upscale. Should have just left it alone! Sad really.

Prices are decent. $16 for a very nice Christmas swag for the mailbox. Craft stores wanted $25 or more on sale. I also like that they have changed their checkouts, so that the 1st person in one line goes to the next available cashier.

Big Lots has some great food specialty stuff. It is great to browse the bargains. Things for the shop, kitchen,home office, furniture for the home, and a great display of seasonal items. Valentines, Saint Patricks, and Easter is coming up and they are prepared.Great stuff. Good value.

Use to love the big lots of old when prices were low and it still looked like a bargain store not a value furniture with a rite aid in it the prices are not a deal anymore you can find cheaper products at a local family dollar or dollar General we want old big lots back

I am a truck driver and i delivered here so this is just for that. Easy in n out. Dock is on the back left corner. Do not get confused with two other docks with the doors, they dont use them. Hand unload so theyll take some time.

The Big Lots I go to is on Ridge Road, in West Seneca, NY, and let me tell you its Awesome! They remodeled the whole store to accommodate more furniture and beds. It looks amazing. Now let me tell you their prices are excellent and the quality that you get is right on point. You definitely get bang for your buck. Now when it was the older store I bought my king size bed and sleigh bed from them years ago and its still like brand new. Its not that cheap piece together wood its real 100% heavy duty wood. I believe mine is oak or mahogany. Its so heavy, it will take several people to move it. Even in pieces. But I LOVE IT! Ive gotten lamps, huge wall clocks, area rugs, bathroom sets, dishes, bedding. You name it they have it. Even kids toys. You need to go check them out. I swear you will walk in with nothing, but you will leave with at least one bag. Go check them out, they will be glad you came in and you will be too.

Horrible!!! They jack their prices, what used to be $5.00 items are now $20.00 to $25.00!! No more variety. Sales reps seem to be miserable. Just an all around bad shopping experience!!

Needed seat cushions for my patio set. Was suggested I check out Big Lots! I was pleased with the items they carried. Moreover, their furniture and outdoor selections were beyond my expectations. I will return.

I liked it but there not honest I naught some white mask from.them and I said ohh now u guys sell these . lady said yes we have some more in the back. Told my 80 year old uncle so he went back same day and know u dont have none . but all the time I go in there see employees with the mask on..solo saddd.

This store is clean, well organized and the workers are very friendly. They get different items in all the time so its worth stopping in. If you like shopping for holiday decor at a reasonable price this is the store for you! There is also ample Parking.

I give it 5 stars because its everything you would expect from a Big Lots. Some great prices on nick nacks and doodads...Need something random like protein bars? I got some awesome coconut flavored ones for 75 cents a pop. Heck yea!

Well its Big Lots and they did improve and clean the place up and it has some remodeling. One thing I was disappointed about is buying quite a few items and having to return several because they were old with corroded batteries or issues. Some things seemed to be leftover or very very old and unusable. I will say after returning some things the staff was super helpful and pleasant especially so close to Christmas Im sure they are pretty wiped out. Super easy trade in and returns and helpful nice staff.

Love the new renovation. The store is always clean. Finding something is easy because of the layout. I come here often.

Good bargains

The store is getting better quality products but their prices are rising as high as in the competing stores. Employees are courteous & helpful. Selection of furniture getting bigger. Big Lots was always a bargain place but now they are equal in price to Kmart Target etc.

They have a good selection of home products. Checking out was a little slow, but I got some great deals.

This discount retailer sells home goods, furniture, electronics, videos, and groceries. I use it for the home goods, electronics, and videos mostly. I have found that the food varies in quality, despite what the due dates may say. The back to school sales are great. The decor items are always interesting.

This is a nice clean store with shells filled with bargains. I always find something to buy even if I go in for one thing I will definitely come out with a handful of other things. The employees are very helpful and friendly as well.

Bought furniture there. If you are buying furniture be adviced that the delivery is not free. It’s 75 dollars and they charge extra to remove your old couch which they just leave outside. I called the store and asked for the number of the movers. Called them twice, surprise they don’t answer. So in summation delivery is extra.

They had everything I needed and have me great ideas for some Christmas gifts!

I dont have big Lots where I live, but when Im out in Buffalo, moving son back into University at Buffalo..... I always go there for everything he needs for dorm room. They have large variety of items....The associates are helpful and checkout was fast and easy

Cashier directed me to the isle where the item I wanted was. In and out fast. Cashier was pleasant.

I like what they had as far as furniture very nice styles living room furniture bedroom furniture, wish they had more colors to offer like the blues and the reds and the greens.

Its hit or miss here, some things are dollar store quality and over priced, others are cheaper than you might find elsewhere. My best suggestion is to make sure you check online at the very least you see if you can find it cheaper. The service has always been a pleasant experience.
