Without any doubt, EPOS is the place for any flat screen television installation, or Smart Home Solutions. They are experienced, careful, knowledgeable, dependable and personable. Several years ago we used them to install our first flat screen TV in order to hide all unsightly wires and connections. They were wonderful. The installation was not easy, but they were determined, did the job expertly and when they left, all was perfect. We were more than satisfied.Since that time, technology changed and we wanted to take advantage of some of the improvements. We called Dan at Epos again to pick his brain before purchasing a new and improved flat screen TV. Dan was more than helpful. He gave us sage advice and a reasonable fee for installation. We bought what he suggested, and The Team of Rob and Tom efficiently and expertly installed our new TV, relocated and connected our older TV and spent lots of time explaining everything to us. They are great.Would we recommend EPOS ? You bet we would without any doubt or reservation. You will be more than satisfied.

EPOS did a great job running speaker wire throughout my home and installing four speakers in the walls if my main living space and two in the backyard patio.The techs they sent out were very professional. They very carefully scoped out the space, meticulously planning the wiring routes, measuring out speaker placement and confirming everything would work out before finally cutting out the speaker holes. They even cleaned up after themselves and left my home spotless.Everything was spot on carefully and professionally done. Wires are cleanly routed, tied down and out of the way in the basement. But, most importantly, my system sounds great!

EPOS goes above and beyond! They mounted my TV with ease and installed additional components for my security system. When I had difficulty with my wireless signal not reaching far enough (old house with plaster walls), they offered a reasonable solution. One of the owners then visited my home to install the new component and to make sure all was working as expected - with no extra charge for his time. Highly recommended.

I cant say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of the work done by EPOS. My needs were small potatoes since I know they do complete home systems and much more for business regarding security and IT.I just wanted a big TV mounted on the wall over the fireplace.Austyn came for a consultation within hours, since I live nearby and I fit into an opening, then made recommendations that were sensible, and offered a range of options without being at all pushy about sales.The electricians arrived as scheduled precisely on time. They set up carefully, removed and set up our previous TV to the downstairs office, then went to work on wiring and working with the universal mount. After explaining the subtle changes in the new cable box and access to streaming, they left. Good job all around. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Dan is a technology wizard: lights, cameras, sound! Everything “high tech” that you can use at your home or business, he can install and show you how to use. He can make indoor and outdoor spaces the perfect spots for gathering with friends and family, from flat screen TVs mounted over the fireplace to all-weather (yes, winter too) outdoor movie screens, camera systems, and he will even rent you an outdoor sound system for your next party. I have had a Control 4 System installed in my home for 7 years and it has NEVER worked correctly. I had the Technician on speed dial and he gets it to work - for awhile. The system is slow, unpredictable, expensive, and I never know what will happen when I turn on the tv. At this moment the Apple tv doesn’t work with the Control 4 remote so I am using the Apple tv remote. I just turned on the tv and the screen has “ Welcome, connecting to your enterprise experience.” No video. This isn’t a fluke it’s a regular experience. I have other issues with the system such as the inability to control the volume. I say stay away. For what I paid this shouldn’t be happening.

I am so impressed with the professionalism, and quality of EPOS. They have great attention to detail, and work quickly, knowledgeably, and efficiently. The showroom is wonderful, and has many good ideas for improvements that you can use in your home, patio, bar, or business!
