I came here to have my windshield replaced on my 2016 Subaru. My appointment was at 10 30 in the morning. The guy at the front desk was friendly, told me it would take 2 hours and 30 minutes because of calibration that had to be done on my eye sight camera. At first I was bummed because I had to wait it out but the worker that day must be their top employee breaking time records. Had my car back in less then an 1 hour and 30 minutes. They were fast, and did an amazing job. Im very happy with their work. I know where Im going in the future for any glass repair on my car.

I had a crack in my windshield and they called and came out to my house the very next day and gave me a new windshield. Thank you Safelite Auto glass for a great job. This is the second car I had a windshield replaced with Safelite and Im very disappointed. Tried call the local office automated service which only gave u the option of payment no connection to a live agent. Which tells me how much you care after the service is completed. Did call the technician and discussed my concerns and agreed to meet me but no call and no show. So now on my day off I have to take my car to local Safelite to have the problem with my windshield looked at.😡 Will never use Safelite again and will not recommend them. In future I will support local small businesses.

They replaced my windshield within a day of calling. They brought the wrong windshield (my fault) initially and returned the same day with the proper windshield. The woman I spoke to when setting the appointment was very polite and personal. It was nice speaking with her. The service I received was excellent in every way. The technician did a great job and was very pleasant.

These guys booked a windshield replacement on Friday for the following Monday between 8-noon.Got a call Monday am at 8:08 from Safelite indicating that they had to cancel because they didnt have the windshield.I took the day off to be home for this.They either lied or are incompetent.Beware.

My insurance recommended this facility, and I recommend it as well. The building is clean, there are refreshments available while you wait, and the staff are kind and polite.My repair was completed quickly, and they allowed my to leave my vehicle there during the day while I was at work which was very convenient for me.They went above and beyond after the replacement, and vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car, even going as far as to replace the two sided tape used to mount my dash cam on my windshield.They absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend this facility for all of your auto glass needs.

I used safe light for changing my cracked windshield twenty days ago. They changed the windshield in timely manner but the glass is very cheap. only one week after changing it I have a big crack all over it when I drove in the highway and small rock hits my windshield. Their service is 10% cheaper than their competitors but I have to pay again for a new windshield replacement! I dont waste my money on their service again.

They did an awesome job. Even tried to get in contact with me to move my appointment to an earlier time. Finished my windshield replacement within 45 minutes. Both workers were very nice and did an excellent job. Thanks again!

They told me I needed body work before they can put in my windshield on a 2008 jeep liberty because there was a quarter size of bit of rust above the windshield lmao. When I brought my jeep to a wizard Auto glass they said it was no problem and replaced it the same day in and out fast. Thanks because if it werent for you I would have never found the best auto glass repair place in new England.

Took two weeks before someone would replace my glass car windshield and I had Drive three towns over to go to them, which theyre supposed to come to us. I had better lock with them in the past.

Told me my windshield needed to be replaced and ordered it to be installed last Thursday. Got a call that the glass wasn’t in on time and they needed to do it Saturday morning (which is understandable). Well nobody showed up Saturday so we called to find out that they canceled our appointment because it was in their system as a “duplicate appointment”. Rescheduled for this morning, got a call about an hour ago stating they’d be here around 11 then called again saying there was a 10 inch scratch in the new windshield! Now saying they cannot do it until Thursday!Update... Windshield was not installed properly and leaks! Was told it would be 7-10 days for a new one to come in and here I am two weeks later and haven’t heard anything! Finally got through this morning and the guy was extremely rude/snappy! He stated I’d hear from them in 15 minutes and I never heard back. Horrible customer service

Safelite replaced the windshield on my 2015 Subaru Forester using aftermarket glass (which did not fit properly, VIN plate is barely visible now). During installation they also broke off two plastic trim pieces at the bottom corners of the windshield and simply jammed them into place hoping I wouldnt notice. They also scratched the painted windshield frame removing the cracked windshield & gasket.If I could I would give them zero stars.

Bad experience. After waiting over 3 hours, the job wasnt done right. We had to return another day. They replaced windshield on my Outback. I was told I needed to go to their shop so they could recalibrate safety features. They tod me 2 to 2.5 hours. After almost 3 hours they told me it was ready, but I discovered the safety features were Not working. That was the whole reason for taking ro the shop! I went back in. They took another half hour and told me to come back another day. They need to update their software. It is 30 min drive for me each way! So my wife had to go second time, drive 30 mon each way. Its finally fixed, knock on wood!

Not even slightly worth the convenience.The first time they came out to replace my smashed window (a week after I needed the window), they installed the wrong model window (wrong attachments). That wasnt the biggest problem though. The guy never told me it was the wrong window and left me to figure out that I no longer had radio for myself (my window is the antenna).The second time, the guy came with the same [wrong] window. Thankfully he told me up front and confirmed the issue. He scheduled a followup appointment for me with a different guy.The third guy came today with the correct window. Thankfully I was free, but my appointment wasnt for today, it was for 4 days from now... He got the correct window installed and was friendly. However, later on, I discovered he left a mess of black putty all over the border of the window & on it, around the back exterior of my car, and the window is almost a quarter inch too high on its mount.Not really sure where to go from here. Im sick of being on the phone with them.Dont waste your time, money, or energy on the below mediocre company.

If I didnt called I didnt have no idea to come to the shop#3 I get there they say Im not on the schedule 😩😤For nothing !!!! I walk out and said Im doneCalled my INSURANCE TOLD THEN DONT EVER RECOMMEND ME TO THEM# SO UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE couldnt even RESOLVED THE ISSUE!!!!!

The technician did a fine job replacing the car windshield at my house, but he left without giving back the keys!! After looking everywhere on the chance that the dropped them, I finally had to replace the locks to my house (since my house keys were on the keychain). I had told Safelite management that if they did not turn up, I had to assume they were stolen, and would need to do this. I have asked numerous times about reimbursement for this and they have been playing a game of well get back to you (but really hope that you go away). I hate to leave bad reviews, but in this case it is deserved!!!

I had my windshield repaired with safelite through my insurance company. Safelite showed up on time and did an excellent job on repairing my jeep windshield. All this was set up online with the along with the technician calling me to confirm my appointment. Very easy process from start to finish with a professional company and top notch technician.

If there was an award for terrible customer service, this specific safelite would be the annual recipient. They installed a replacement windshield and did such a poor job, it whistles and leaks. I have tried to get them to repair it but they keep telling me it has to cure for several days/week before they can attempt to repair it. It took seven calls and repeated promises for a call back to resolve the issue, that never occurred. Now I have a vehicle that I need to drive several hundred miles into a rainy area in the morning that is now defective. I honestly would have been better off without having the repair done. I have filed formal complaints with my insurance company that directed me there.To all thinking of using this facility, please dont even think about it. Poor customer service plus a failure at installation says these bozos dont know what they are trying to do.

They lost my $400 spare key and refused to pay for a new one. I have not been contacted by them for a week and it only reason that I went there is because my insurance company provided there service. Im disgusted in the way that they handled my matter and the lack of professionalism

We had spoken to insurance already about putting a replacement window in and even though arriving with paperwork from insurance, were still told that it wouldnt be covered and that they wanted $260 to install my windshield even with the claim. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Should not have to jump through hoops for service. Customer service is a joke.

Very upset. When they had to change my appointment cause the first windshield was damaged, I should have cancelled then. When I did have it replace the technician Lex came to do the job. He wasnt the friendliest. Let me know what he would do including taking pictures before he started. When my son came home he noticed that the technician was smoking while working on the vehicle.When the job was done he called and I want down. He explained the warranty and survey. Then left after that. Ater he left I checked out the job done. Boy was I in for a shock. The molding on both sides of the windshield was all chipped up. Looked like someone took a screwdriver and popped it off. Then I noticed the guard wasnt covering the bottom of the windshield. When I opened the hood you could see the damage. ( Talked to the shop for the first time and they said the technician said it was already damaged. Said the technician took pictures put some were hard to see.) You can see the bottom of the windshield and feel the edge be with your fingers. I know it wasnt like that before and should not have been like that after. If it was already damaged then why didnt the technician tell me before he left. Also he did this at my residence so why didnt he call me to come look at it.Had my wipers replaced too. Suprise...they but on the wrong size blades. When started to rain the wipers would leave a strip unwiped. The old factory wipers were left in the car. So I measured them. The passenger side wiper was shorter the the old one. Will be fun when I have to tell them this. My suggestion is to not go to this company for any glass work unless. Not professional at all.Will after calling, calling, calling and complaining they finally came through. Has the molding repainted. Matter of fact when I bought the vehicle to have them take the molding off to have painted the technician noticed that the windshield was put in wrong. Big shout out to Juan. You should be the manager cause your awesome. He was the one to noticed the windshield was put up to high and he pushed for it to be replaced under warranty. He made sure it was done too and done by either himself or an experienced technician.So the technician came to replace the windshield. Another shout out to Brooksie. He was totally awesome. He did a great job and was awesome. Just to bad he had to clean up someone elses mess. Another technician that should get a raise cause he makes your company better. Brought my 17 pilot in for new glass and left with the wrong windshield and damage to my hood and radio. When we confronted them about it they said its not their wrong doing. but how does a hood get scratched in two spots on either side of the hood at the same time on the edge by the windshield? The radio is a touchscreen that they dropped the rearview mirror and gouged the screen and the marks on the screen matched the mark on the mirror but they didnt do that aswell. and on top of that there was glass shards all over the hood and cowl of my vehicle and dont let me forget the open razor blade under the hood too. After speaking with management they acknowledged there was wrong doing by their employees but the damage wasnt caused by them. go else where this place doesnt care about customer safety or satisfaction and make sure to check your vehicle before and after for damage these crooks will cause

My car got broken into Saturday evening and they shattered my passenger window. My insurance company set me up with safelite for Monday morning. Wait wasnt very long and the employees are all very nice and kept me updated on the progress. No issues and left a happy costumer with a new window. Def would go to again!

Horrible experience lazy workers Samuel calls in the morning says the molding hasnt come in ok thats fine comes a few hours later removed my weather strips and rain guard then walks up to me and says he doesnt know if he can do it because he doesnt want to break the molding my response was isnt the molding what we were waiting on this morning he ignores the question then proceeded back to the car 15 minutes later after doing nothing but walking around the car witch was unnecessary because it was a windshield comes back and say I have to reschedule because I dont have the tool to complete the job how is it your profession to change windows all day and you come and tell me you dont have the tool and by the way so overpriced 400 on a 95 Acura Integra

So a rock hit the windshield of my 2016 mb I was livid. I call my insurance company and was told to choose a place to have it fixed, I chose safelite ln Norman St in West Springfield MaJuan was very very professional, when I walked in the door for my 1p.m appointment he took my car in immediately and within an hour it was done, vacuumed and like my baby again.HeI must mention Safelite did offer to come to my location however being anxious I needed it to be done now and this was on Saturday .I highly recommend this establishment.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. First I made my order online but they could not fulfill my request because they did not order the mount for my car. They called to inform me on the situation the day of the request then had to reschedule. Next on the rescheduled date I got to speak to the dumbest mobile technician Derek about rescheduling again. They will not give you a discount on your order even though it was their fault in the first place and I had to call three times before speaking to Derek, because he hung up on me twice.

The worst service I have ever received. The first person who came to replace the windshield broke the cowl and I replaced it a year ago the second time they came out was to fix the molding the third time was to see what was going on. The fourth was to replace the windshield and molding well the guy came into my work extremely rude in front of my customers and was rushing me to unlock my car then asked what I didnt like so I told him and he then refused to do the work on it and left. That is not good customer service. Im very disappointed!! The safelite auto glass in Albany New York did a great job on my car and did it way before my appointment and brought me my car back. This one Im very upset with!!!
