I contacted LINE-X of West Springfield to have a bed liner sprayed into my new pickup truck. Their website showed (and still shows) a special offer, but they refused to honor the special that is posted on their own website. They demonstrated a really bad attitude and sheer stupidity in this matter.I went to LINE-X of Hartford, where I was very pleased with the work and paid significantly less!

I drove 2+ hours for a plow that Eric had listed for sale at his business (line-x ) We went back and forth that afternoon shortly after agreeing that I would show up in the morning to pick it up as soon as they opened. He agreed with me later that afternoon. Later, sent me his company number so I could call him when I was close. He messaged me 30 minutes after telling me I could pick it up that he sold it, right out from under me. I have never seen such terrible service. I personally wont return or recommend anyone to this business.

The liner shoot is absolutely fantastic. The clean tape lines and attention to the smaller details under the rails really show the quality of the shop and staff. Even the wheel wells, places no one is ever going to bother looking at, are crisp and clean. Exceptional work!

While Im sure these guys do a great job with bedliners and other exterior truck coatings, I have never before been so disappointed in a professionals services.I dropped my car off in early May for what I expected to be a straightforward headliner replacement, along with re-upholstery of the door fabric in my car. When it came time to pick up the finished product, I had come to realize my car was nearly ruined. The car was returned to me with several un-secured (and broken) trim panels, door handles that werent even screwed in, and the brand new fabric already peeling. I was assured these were oversights (with a very rude & condescending attitude, implying & blaming the car was old and brittle) and left my car for 3 more weeks while they were supposedly fixing the shopping list of issues. (over 25 items were either broken, missing, or not fastened, including several side curtain airbags).The results were nearly the same the second time I picked up my car. The missing sunroof trim was crappily placed where it belonged, but broken and not fastened. Upon opening the sunroof, both trim pieces came falling down. The rear door interior panels were still falling off the car. (note: I own 3 of the same car, and have removed these panels tens of times without breaking them. Each time, Ive re-fit them just as tightly as they were removed. Spending 5 minutes on YouTube rather than with a pry bar wouldve yielded better results on a paying customers car). Fabric (which they installed in its entirety) was still peeling. (Blamed the car for the poor results of their low quality adhesive). The front door panels were no longer clipped in place, rather this shop put screws straight through the front of the panel (where they didnt belong) in an attempt to salvage their shoddy work.Ive since had to spend hundreds of dollars buying replacement panels & trim pieces, countless hours properly re-gluing fabric they installed (which stuck perfectly for me the first time, and has remained stuck. 3M Super 90 spray adhesive worked marvelously). Im still searching for tough-to-find parts to repair my sunroof actuator. Nearly everything on the interior, besides the sagging fabric, was in perfect and functional condition. Sadly after paying to have my car repaired, my car left with many more problems than I had dropped it off with.All in all, even if their services were being provided completely free of charge, I wouldnt trust these clowns with my car for a second, even for the simplest services. Please spare yourself the energy & stress and find a more reputable shop for any interior work you need done on your car.

Poor quality check by a careless team - Went back for follow up TWICE, and had my key ring plus car key housing cracked.I used their seat leathering and heated seat installation service back in November 2017. The finishing was beautiful. You can find it posted on their facebook. Soon after I drove home, I realized the passenger seat belt light was always on. So I took another 2 hours drive and had it fixed since it may be of concern for the annual car inspection.Three weeks later. I’ve notice the leather in butt area sagging and an unsightly pocket formed around the area. The drivers side butt area of the seat cover was losing its shape. On top of that, I felt something hard in the middle of the seat. So I called them and they said it may be due to the lack of padding. I drove a second time to the site. To their credit they did paid for my breakfast while I waited. Out of concern, I did ask for an inspection for the passenger seat but they insisted that the passenger seat was ok. I personally think its just a matter of time the other seat get into the situation as the driver side very soon. However, I wont know the result yet at this moment.However, when I picked up the car, he didnt pass me the key, and I assumed the key was in the car as car was running. As I was driving away, I notice the warning sign of key not in system was on and I sought but I could not locate the key anywhere. Hence I drove back to their place and ask for the key. They told me, since he was successfully started the car and drove it to me at the door, the key must be inside the car. So we sought again. Finally the store staff found the key under the driver seat but the keyring was broken, and the new car key housing was also cracked and full of scratches. At this time he claims it is due to the car seat’s movement and made it sound like its not their fault. (Note - I didnt hear any abnormal noise when I was moving the chair after he passed me the car)In conclusion,First, they should have noticed about the passenger seat belt light sensor issue in their quality check. It should be a common issue for car seat servicing.Second, they should have taken the materials property in consideration, so they should have done the padding better in avoiding the sagging of the leather and loose the firmness of the seat in less than a month.Third, isnt it a common courtesy to hand the keys back to the owner after the service is complete? There’s no reason for them leaving the key under the seat. They claimed to be professional yet they have left enough loose ends for me to think otherwise. The car key was 2 days old and it is sad to see it come to the condition worse than my older key.

2 stars are because the bed liner is great quality with a life time warranty. That being said, I brought my brand new truck (less than 100miles) to them to have a bed liner put in. When I picked my truck up and drove it home I realized later that day it had some scuff marks across the front on the hood and parallel on the sides of the hood from what appeared to be blanket that was pulled off. I was extremely upset. I had a friend come by and buff out the scratches.Most of which came out but there’s still some light marks which is upsetting considering the price of a new truck. I called them and told them this and they denied putting anything on the hood to cover fromOverspray, but another franchise(Hartford) told me it is standard policy to cover the roof hood and sides of the bed . Not to mention there was still a few small pieces of tape (or glue couldn’t really tell the way it on in small pieces). Overall it is upsetting they denied this and did nothing to rectify the situation.BOTTOM LINE, GREAT PRODUCT BUT BE CAREFUL AND THROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE PULLING OFF THE LOT

Upon entering the line x facility, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall cleanliness and the very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was so courteous and professional and I felt more than comfortable with their staff working on my vehicle. Wonderful service and craftsmanship! They installed heated seats and repaired a rip in the drivers seat. They matched the color, grain and stitching on the leather perfectly, looks better than new. Every last detailed was covered and came out perfectly!

I have been working with these guys for about a year now. I am a Car Salesman for Hyundai. Every time I send a Car in for a remote start, sunroof, leather, or running boards they get it done right away and do a very good job! All the employees are nice and really easy to work with. I have also had work done here on my Truck. A job I couldn’t imagine being resolved so easily and looking good after! But they gave me a deal to good to pass and I took the risk of them removing my snap in Tonneau Cover. Can’t be any happier with the job they did! Had an appointment there today. I was on time. They showed up 20 minutes late to open. The gentleman never apologized and told me he wasn’t even supposed be there today, that someone else called out with a flat. His attitude was that of I was burdening him. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. As a business owner I know how hard it is to check your attitude at the door when you deal with customers. I was actually in the same position as him today covering for an employee who didn’t pull his weight. I cannot comment on their quality but there was no way I was letting this gentleman who didn’t even want to be there working cut into my two day old car.
