I received alignment service from this shop. It seems to be kind and sincere. The price was also good. and recommended to my friend. The only bad thing was the bathroom smell in the waiting room.

These guys are always knowledgeable in their field and can even tell you where to go if they cannot handle your problem directly. The Firestone credit card I feel is a must have as it takes off a lot of unneeded stress when it comes down to car repairs.

So disappointing my ac was broken they told me that it was a part that was $89 or something like that then said they had to charge almost $1000 to fix it. It ended up being a simple $10 button and now my ac is fixed. Be careful with this company this is not the first time they have charged me something that was not what was wrong with my truck. Please be cautious with them especially females that dont know much about cars.

Jesus is awesome! He made sure everything I came in for was taken care of. His prices were accurate and he fully explained everything to me. He made honest recommendations and took the time to go above and beyond to fully explain the work that was being done on my car so that I understood it all. I left there a truly happy customer. Jesus is a true asset to your company....because of him I highly recommend going to Firestone for all of your car needs! You will not be disappointed.

My experience here was awesome. I made an appointment and went in to get an oil change and have a mystery noise my car was making checked out. Not only did they do the oil change and find the source of the noise, they brought up other areas of concern but made no effort to force me to take care of everything today. Their prices for all the repairs were incredibly reasonable and I ended up getting everything taken care of then and there after discussing my options. They got all the work done in about two hours! Other places may have wanted to keep my car overnight, but they had me out of there quickly with great work done across the board. I will definitely be going back for future repairs. Its always stressful going to get work on your car done as a woman because some places will try to take advantage if youre not knowledgeable about cars, but they were very open and honest with me when I went. I definitely recommend them for their great pricing and great customer service - plus youll be more than happy with the work they do.

I have been to Firestone a couple of times for minor repairs and maintenance for my vehicle, every time I have been there they were nice, respectful and willing to help me find a solution for the problem I was having with my vehicle. Even if it was something that they were unable to do they pointed me in the direction of someone that was able to help.

If no stars was an option thats what I would have given. Horrible!!! Will absolutely never be back! Quoted 45 to change 1 tire.. techs made up some extra issues to try and get another $800 out of us.. thank God my mechanic only set us there for tires.

BUYER BEWARE! Bait & SwitchWas told a price of $383 over the phone with taxes and everything included. When I get there he tells me its $403. I explained to him that he was on speaker phone and several people heard him say $383 with taxes and everything included. He continued to deny it. His name is Jesus. With a name like that I dont think he should be lying and denying it especially when several people heard him. I know its only $20 more but with the way things are today that extra $20 could be the difference between being able to feed you kids dinner or having them starve for the night. We are going thru a worldwide crisis right now, millions of American are struggling right just to keep the lights on. He didnt care, no sensitivity at all.Very sad, because we usually had good customer service there in the past. We might have to reconsider where we do business next time.

Really disappointed and annoyed by the service of this shop. firstly whats the point of making an appointment if you guys take cars ones they come in, i called and made an appointment specifically not to wait. i had only 1 tire to get replaced, and it took them 1.5 hrs to do it, even though i came 10 mins earlier to my appointment. then left my vehicle dirty instead of replacing their gloves after their work, stained my steering wheel and upholstery which is beige and very hard to clean. definitely no respect to people and their vehicles. def not a recommended shop

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Theyve always taken such good care of me. I never feel like theyre trying to squeeze extra money out of me (something Ive felt at other places). They give me a heads up about what I should consider taking care of within the next few months which Ive always really appreciated. I like having certain things on my radar ahead of time (not that thats always possible if theres a serious problem but for maintenance stuff).Everyone Ive ever interacted with has been super nice. Great place all around!

I made a appointment to get a set of wheels and tires already on rim put on my car. So all they were doing was taking the lugs off and whole tire off and putting new fully mounted wheel on and tighting the lugs. My appointment was at 3 and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes I took my keys and left! I had a appointment! For a 2 second job. Completely ridiculous I lost time and money leaving work early for this. Would not recommend this location! Worst experience ever

I went to get my car inspected. No reservations, first come, first serve. They tell me an hour wait, which I am fine with. Then after an hour, they tell me another hour wait. Over 2 hours my car get pulled in. There are a couple issues so it didnt pass which was fine. They didnt not inform me though. Two of my biggest issues was: 1) my car sat in their shop for another 40 mins because they were looking up a part to replace. This was irrelevant because I was not going to have them do the work. 2) the reason I was not going to have them do the work because they wanted to charge me $50 to replace my middle brake light. I bought the bulb for $2 and it took me less than a minute to replace. Ridiculous in their customer service in communication, wasting my time and over pricing.

Extremely friendly, understanding, and quick service. I was really blown away by how far they went to make sure I was treated fairly and with respect. Both my father and I felt very good about the transaction. I left at the smile and plan to come back for future service. I definitely recommend this Firestone location. The waiting room was comfortable as well. American Dad was on. That was pretty cool.

Very professional, knowledgeable and they do quality work. The prices are fair and very reasonable. They only fix what had to be fixed. I was from Long Island visiting when my car broke down. They did fix my car and when I left I was confident that I would make it home. The staff was very friendly and explain everything to me about what was going on with my car. I am very lucky that I took my car to them. These days Its hard to find a good honest auto shop you can trust will take care of your car without ripping you off. I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care!!!

Got the $10 car care package, everything looked fine. The guy that helped me explained everything well. Giving 3 stars because when I walked in for my appointment, I stood and waited at the counter for 15 minutes while there were 3 employees behind the counter unpacking supplies. No “hi, we’ll be right with you” or any acknowledgement. I’ve worked in retail before, even if you are unpacking supplies, you need to acknowledge the customer that is waiting, especially if there are 3 employees there choosing to ignore you. Though the service was fine, this lack of customer service makes me want to take my car elsewhere.

Car broke down on our way back to NY. Luckily, Firestone was open on a Sunday, they helped us find a tow company and thoroughly looked for the issue. Solved it in about 30 mins and got it fixed!

Went to get a oil change had some things in my door before my car went in shop when car come back my stuff missing out my car and white stuff all over my door and wheel they stole from inside my car crazy

Had an appt at noon but no one actually saw my truck til 2pm. I showed up at 10am asking for anything sooner and was told they didnt have anything to come back at 12. Do so just to wait 2 hours to be seen?! Whats the point of an appt. Was there for 4 hours just to mount some new wheels.

Im thrilled with my recent trip to Firestone. Initially, I went in for an inspection sticker. Despite not having an appointment, I was seen right away. My car failed inspection due to front thread-worn tires. Justin, the Service Advisor, explained the situation and offered an amazing deal. He did everything to help me out.Since I had no appointment, I presumed Id be coming back, leaving with a rejection sticker until the tires could be installed. Not the case! Despite the fact that, at times, they were swamped, Justin told me the mechanic, Anthony, could put the new tires on right then!I now have two brand new beautiful tires, which make me feel safe. And my car passed inspection. Everyone I dealt with at Firestone was attentive, courteous, and helpful. This is the best experience Ive had at any auto care place, ever. I have and will continue to recommend Firestone.Thank you!Id like to add that you neednt feel as if youre automatically going to be taken advantage of if youre a woman.

Service Manager is great, but he is moving down south... Service takes forever... 2 hours for 4 tires to be installed (with a 9am appointment)... then they forgot to give me back my wheel lock... but that was fixed pretty quickly, just had to go back and ask for it. They price match so anyone that says they are unreasonable are pretty lazy... just do the homework.

Ken and Luis went above and beyond to make me aware and comfortable about the work that needed to be done on my car. I needed over $1400 in work done on my car to pass inspection, and Luis personally called me after I made my appointment to let me know I wouldnt be there, but to reach out to Ken to get the best service possible and that he (Luis) would speak with Ken to ensure I was taken care of. I thought that was very thoughtful of Luis to go above and beyond to reassure me. And then when I went to my appointment, Ken reassured me he would try his best to get the price down if possible and that the car would be taken car of. When I returned to pick up my car and pay, Ken had gotten the price down by $200 and was extremely friendly while I was paying. This is by far the best experience Ive had at a mechanic. Thank you to Ken and Lois!!!

My husbands car failed inspection due to his emergency brake. Jiffy Lube said $900 to fix everything...no thanks! Went to Firestone and just over $300 did the trick. Thanks for not gouging customers like your competition!

Came in on a Sunday for a brake job. The staff was friendly, professional, and HONEST! They told me I did not have to replace the front brake pads although I thought I did. They couldve easily told me that I needed to and I wouldve told him to go ahead and do it. They did the rest pads and rotors. Ken and Louis provided great service at a fair price! Will be going again!!

Great service done fast! Ive trusted them with my cars for years and theyve always done a splendid job. Not expensive but not cheap, theyve served me very well on everything from my old 74 Beetle to my 2011 Grand Caravan. A good balance of speed, quality and price.

If i was able to give a half star i would cause they try telling my wife that she needed other things on a car we literally just bought 2 months ago from blais honda and then we bought a tire through simple tire and paid for the installation fee online and was not gonna give my wife her keys cause they were trying to get another $20 dollars outta her and top of that it should have only taken 20to30 mins depending on how busy you are to mount and balance one tire

The shop is closes at 6, I came at 5 and couldn’t get an inspection because the inspectors guys gone home. The manager said one thing, in fact it was completely different. Too bad.

Worker from this store was giving my husband hard time about a wheel lock we left there from a year ago. Making excuses just to turn my husband away. Finally the worker tried one on & it fit perfectly meaning it was clearly ours. After that the worker just walked away not saying anything. If your reading this, try to understand your customsrs and please be educated on how to handle situations like this with the correct mannerism. I’m sure these situations will come up again & I hope you can be more kind to your customers. They were great to us a year ago but this one specific employee was clearly not friendly.

Was trying to get the state inspection. They said something was wrong with my suspension. I went, got alignment. They said everything was in good condition.Came back to this place, asked them if I would be able to get alignment with that problem. They said no. I showed them my receipt from alignment shop. They had nothing to say. Wasted two days. Until went to another place and finally passed the inspection. Do NOT recommend this place. They know nothing about cars and try to get money changing things you don’t need to.Save money. Go find a professional shop.

Went it to get tire quote, the store manager was nice, he gave us pricing and quote based on our needs. But we come to find out that he quoted us for the weong tires, I called several times to speak with him always been put on hold, and never got to it

Blew a tire on the Mass Pike Friday night. AAA called them for me and got me there just before they were closing. The guys got me right in and 4 new tires on ( mine were shot anyway) in 1/2 hour and I was back on the road. Great service to a stranded motorist. Thanks

First time here and everything went smooth, they plugged my tire for only $20!! I would recommend to anyone in need of car repairs, but make an appt if possible so you dont have to wait. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Avoid avoid avoid. I went here for a simple oil change since there wasnt time to do it myself. This was at the beginning of July. A few weeks later I realize my oil is low and black. I go on warranty to get it changed. They tell me the most they can do is top it off. On top of that I stood in an empty store for thirty minutes while the this man stood behind the desk laughing and joking before he acknowledged me. Never Ever Again!!! Just do it yourself

Every time I come here for a vehicle inspection they told me there is way more stuff wrong with it and hand me a huge bill telling me that they can do the work. For instance: had a noise coming from underneath my truck I looked around under there and come to the conclusion that I had a bad u-joint Im a drive shaft. After further research online in my own opinion I determined it was the U-joint. Ill bring my truck to Firestone in West Springfield to see if they see what I see they told me my drive shaft is bent and I need a whole new driveshaft and they can do it for 500 something dollars. I went to West Springfield Auto Parts about a $26 U-joint put it in my truck problem solved never had a problem again with that. Whenever there is anything wrong with my vehicle I do an inspection first and then bring it somewhere else to see if they see what I see Firestone is cheap but you can never get them to tell you what you are looking for it seems like they find all kinds of problems that aint there I have a suggestion if you are looking for a front end inspection take it to Steves alignment in Springfield its only $20

These guys were good to me when I was down and out away from home. I do most of the work on my truck myself. I had to go here in a pinch. They treated me right and got the work done I needed in a satisfactory manor, I would go back if needed and was in the area.

Not satisfied. I came to that place for inspection sticker. That was 4 pm and they said it wouldnt be done by 7pm. Definitely good!!!

I will never go to this place again. Literally had to wait over four hours (and growing) for a oil change that was a scheduled appointment! This is pure insanity. Plus they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED I paid 80+ for an OIL CHANGE for a small car, ridiculous.

Not happy at all. Bought my fiance tires and he has a leak in one and a whole in the other. So he went here to get it fixed ( we had the warranty on the tires). They made him wait over 2.5 hours before even taking his car in (after being told it would take 2 hours for the whole process). Its now been over 3 hours and not even done yet. Definitely not going back to this firestone.

Here stands another failure in trying to control the human race.Fire Stone is telling Me I have to rate there system before I can post My complain. What if the rating was bellow Zero or in this case one star ? ? ?If what happened to Me and My personal property today at your facility with one of your employees To a member of any one of Fire Stone executive of family members . The results would be totally different. The toke My 2008 Ford Escape Van for a test run and got into an accident and destroyed it. To the point where its not driverble . Still No answers as to what happened.I was not treated with any respect in regards to the incident. Much of what ever rights I have was violated by all means unnecessarily.

My fiance went there today because his muffler fell off on the way to work. He was told he also needed a catalytic converter and it would cost $1200.00....also he can cmget a credit card there at 28% interest!Mt fiance then went to a private garage in Southwick and was told he didnt need a new catalytic converter. The muffler was fixed...catalytic converter secured...and with labor only $550.LESSON: Always get a second opinion. Thanks Firestone for trying to scam my hard-working fiance!

They dont have the ability to mount tires with a sidewall less than 45. Ive had 225/40-18 since my 2004, nevermind my 2016. Word of advice, go somewhere that can actually service the vehicle. I find it ridiculous that a TIRE SHOP does not have the equipment to service a rather common tire size on a modern vehicle. Whether thats the fault of corporate or the individual locations choice, its pretty bad none the less.

Do not waste your time! stay away from Firestone . I had a water pump replace and the technician forgot to add water to the pump. Then I went their for other things such as brakes and replace tires of my car they gave me old tires. New tires but the manufacture date was old.Check the dates on their tires. I NO LONGER GO TO FIRESTONE. After finding that the dealer(Balise Toyota ) is cheaper than Firestone. And at Balise you get official Toyota parts and at Firestone they give you generic brand.

Ken is the best. Always making sure customers are happy.

I got there at 630 needing a tire plug at first the manager wanted to turn me away. I told him i had gotten out to my car after work and the tire was so flat. I put air in the tire and drove to Firestone. The manager felt bad so he got me in pluged my tire. I wanted to thank him so much.
