My dad is nearly 90 years old and wanted an IPhone. I phoned the store first because I wasnt sure if you had to make an appointment like other Verizon stores and I had many questions. They were so nice. They answered all of my questions and were so accommodating. When we got there, Brandon selected an IPhone right for my dad. He didnt need the bells and whistles. He loaded a couple of apps he may need and showed him how to use them so that he could view how to use it. He told my dad that he could call anytime and he would help him with navigating. I am so happy we went to this store. We have had issues with other retailers in the past. This Verizon Retailer is awesome! Great staff!!!
Waited at Verizons corporate store in W. Springfield for an hour and a half, with the rudest salesperson I ever dealt with. On the way home stopped in at Cellular sales and was met with respect and no wait. Eddie was great, personable and helped me buy the perfect watch for my use. Go with Cellular Sales where you are respected as a customer and provided with friendly, personable assistance! Highly recommend
I went into Verizon’s facility at 175 Memorial Ave West Springfield Ma. On 8/10/2020. This store was recommended to me by my grandson Gabriel who had been an employee with Verizon for a number of years. I had been to a number of Verizon stores over a period of years when purchasing different phones and I have to say that this facility is the best by far. When I entered the store I was greeted by James. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and clearly wants to meet the needs of his customers. He did all the changeovers on my new phone for me since I told him that if I leave without that being done I would be at a loss setting up all the parameters on my phone. I was very appreciative that James was able to help me. At one point James even told me I’m not in a hurry I’ll make sure everything is set up for you before you leave. He was articulate in explaining to me the different functions of my new phone and how everything worked. He was able to answer all my questions. It was the first time in years that I left a Verizon facility with a new phone and didn’t have to spend days setting it up and learning it’s functions. James spent close to an hour with me and it didn’t even phase him. It is almost unheard of to go into a facility such as this where the employees will spend this amount of time with you. Generally it’s a 10 or 15 minute here’s your phone sign here and out the door you go. I am very very appreciative of the help and the time that James spent with me. It took the stress off from me going home and trying to figure this out on my own since I’m not real computer savvy when it comes to phones I might also mention that another gentleman, Ian, came over and introduced himself and spoke with me. Every One at this facility is really friendly. Thank you James. You were awesome and I left the store a happy customer. I will return when it’s time for another phone. I recommend to all my friends or to anyone reading this, that they go to this facility if they need a new phone, have any questions about their phone, or are in need of repairs on their phone. These employees are very knowledgeable and user friendly. Thank you James.
Seth is a very helpful customer service rep! He is amazing!!! I will always ask for him now when I visit this location! I purchased a new phone recently and needed some help with a few things. Hes very patient n explains everything! You would be lost without him. I will always refer others to him, because of his knowledge n demeanor!!! I would give him 10 stars if possible!!
Best Verizon store in the area showed up at 8:00 p.m. a lovely woman named Stormy helped us and stayed 45 minutes after the store closed to finish mine and my boyfriends new phones, super appreciate her and it was a great experience!

The visit and purchase of a new cell to my line went awesome until the end. This store located on Memorial Drive in West Springfield had a store wide system failure causing my credit card to not work upon the 1st swipe.After constant swiping I relayed to the dealer that I knew that I was going to be double charged for the purchase. He reassured that I wouldnt. Six days later I am having to deal with a double charging of $321.66 on my credit card. Hopefully my refund doesnt take long.
I called this Verizon store on memorial avenue in West Springfield today about my phone. I spoke with a woman named Angela. I was in sheer panic mode over a non functioning phone. Angela was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Not only did she answer my 5 (yes, 5 phone calls) throughout my stressful day and hers. She provided me information about my plan and options to choose from. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received today. And I am the proud owner of a new phone! I cannot thank Angela enough. She took the time to make me feel important, valued as a client, informed me of my standings and aided me in going with my best options.

If i would i would of gave zero i would. They have big sign shown curb side pick up that they will assist you near the car and me and my friend went there his handicap and they refuse to help. They said he have to come inside.

What a fantastic experience. Gabby was so helpful, she worked with me and my wife to find the next best phone (Samsung S8+). Gabby showed us the magic mount that was in her car and it really sticks to the dash or windshield. I tried to pull it off and couldnt! So I bought it to replace the terrible one I have that doesnt work. Great experience. So happy.
Just got my new phone yesterday. I received prompt attention, had all my questions answered, got the new phone all set up, transferred all my data, photos and contacts and left ready to go. This location is one of the best Ive been to in years! The help I received from Gabe and Val was excellent. They are knowledgeable and patient even with my 4 year-old bouncing off the walls, from setting up her tablet to dinosoaur videos to keep her busy. I wouldnt go to another store again!

Come to find out when my bill came none of the offers I was told I had were on it.After 20 years of being a Verizon customer, we have left Verizon because of this situation and have a case going with the corporate customer service. When the salesperson found out we were upset he called my phone a number of times harassing me.Be careful. Stick to corporate stores, and check the signage very carefully. I wish I had been more careful.
If ever I have cell phone issues, I know exactly where to go. The representatives at the West Springfield and Westfield Verizon stores are top notch. They keep working on an issue until it is solved to the best of their ability. Courteous, respectful and knowledgeable staff, who do not talk down to you or make you feel stupid when you dont know how to do things with your phone.
Such a scam. One of the staff members (whos name is Alex I think) tried to scam us. He said that the least expensive plan is gonna be 60$ because your phone is new. This is literally what he told us. He was so nice and friendly. Even told us he can help us on his day off, but Im not stupid. And btw he tried to make us pay for family plan for 2 years for no reason. We didnt even need it. Youre gonna waste so much money if you go to this place. Better go to Verizon on Riverdale St next to Chilis. They got me a new number and unlimited data for 50$ a month in about 20 minutes.

Jared and Edwin gave me outstanding help and were extremely nice when I came in after losing my phone. I was a nervous wreck and couldnt remember my password, but they were very patient and helped me get a new password and phone. They both gave me very personalized service, which I really needed, as my cell phone is a critical part of my life...for various reasons. This Verizon is the complete opposite of the one on Riverdale St., where it took a while to get help and was talked down to by the manager! I refuse to go back there. They were also very impersonal and said there was nothing they could do. Good thing I got a second opinion at the other Verizon.

Bought a pure gear screen protector on friday the 13th. Dropped phone on the 16th. 40 something dollar Screen protector cracked and popped off. Called and tried to get a new one. Online warranty with puregear was the only answer. Nevermind that I bought this and had it installed by them 3 days ago. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the only place I will go to now for anything Verizon related. I only came to this location because the actual Verizon store was not open yet, so I decided to see if maybe they could help me. Not only were they able to fix issues with a new phone I purchased the day before at the Verizon on Riverdale, but also informed me my plan was old, and there was a better data plan for the same amount monthly. No idea why I wasnt told this, so I couldnt believe it when they informed me. As they proceeded to update my account, he commented on how long Ive been customer. Then was told I can get $230 off on a new tablet for being with Verizon for so long. Again, I had no idea and wondered why Verizon didnt tell me any of this. I walked out of there with my new phone fully functional, a new tablet, and an updated plan thats around what I was paying before...even with the tablet added on. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will be a returning customer.

Ben sold my elder mom a jet black ( mifi) knowing she didn’t have a computer or tablet and she could use her WiFi off a tower!! Then when my mother ask a real Verizon representative explain to her what it was for she went to return it and Amy W charge her a $50 stock fee because a elder woman didn’t have a BOX!! Shame on both of them as I was walking out to the car I asked another representative Amy W name and he said he was not allowed to disclose that information it’s ok because I called Verizon their selfs and let them know how a Authorized Dealer treat their loyal customers and elderly people we got my mom’s $107 dollars back and told we could get her 5 Gigabytes back!! You lost a loyal customer which my self went to you as well as sent customers to you! You all should be ashamed of yourselves trying to get a quick dollar from a elder women! I will make sure I tell people how you treat your customers!!

When we got our bill we discovered we have been Overcharged in all areas...Expected a lower monthly bill after removing 2 tablets, and signing up for 55+ but its not as promised.Called official Verizon as directed but they could not assist w the 160 activation fees we were charged because this store is an authorized retailer, NOT a REAL VERIZON store.Buyer beware... hidden fees everywhere.

Whatever you do dont buy a phone from Corey Miles. I bought a phone he forgot to add on my insurance and my extended warranty. I tried calling him to fix it he never call backs or responds. Recently the phone got damaged and im stuck paying full price because the sales rep (Corey Miles) forgot to do his job. Never buy from that store again
This place is not too bad it is a lot better than Riverdale Road the guy tried to help me out and give me a free SIM card but they ones they had did not work so I had to go to the city Verizon on Riverdale Road and got nowhere with them people Riverdale Road wanted me to pay a bill before they could give me my free SIM card I told them I have auto-pay it comes right out of my checking account and they said it doesnt matter it is store policy when I called Verizon 1 800 number they told me they should have done it because it does come right out of my account they told me I was not spending any money so they did not want to help me
