The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. Bought a Beast Mode Jeep that was over 60k and had issues with the parts the dealership provided. All parts were junk and rusting out. They left me hanging for OVER two months, never getting back to me as promised, all while saying they needed to find the receipts (that they bought the after market parts for) so that I could put a warranty claim with the makers of those parts.Finally, after I refused to be passed off again, I finally was able to speak to the General Manager, John Lewis. I have never dealt with a more rude and arrogant person in my life. It wasnt like he said, Im sorry we cant find the receipts. He was like yea we dont have the reciepts were not covering anything Youre Done/ Literally was his words. The biggest A hole I have ever had to deal with. HOW IS THIS GUY THE GENERAL MANAGER??? PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME???? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Ernesto Guevara was amazing!! He got me into a brand new Grand Cherokee and worked extremely hard so I could take it home the same day which was very convenient with my work schedule, to not have to wait and get it Monday. He was kind, patient and didnt pressure me at all. He took the time to explain everything from financing to the cars features. He is seriously the best salesman Ive ever had and Ive had many! He truly cares about his customers and puts himself in their shoes. Ill definitely see him again when I buy my next car!

We came here twice to lease a car. Had a very good experience with Noah and we were planning to finalize the lease terms. Unfortunately the sales manager harassed us incessantly as we were leaving the store. This dealership just lost our business—we would have leased over $100k in total. We were going to lease a car for our business and another for personal use. Very disappointed about this discrimination. They need to do better training on customer relations for their sales manager. I wouldn’t recommend buying/leasing with them.

This is for service department, unbelievable how they manage to tell you is one thing and after agreeing and paying for the part and dropping the truck off they say oh that was not the problem when you go pick up the truck! Scammers scammers the car has been in the shop many times a lemon truck, service is a joke, bring to your own mechanic ! Guess they need to make the money lost in 2020! BBB will also hear from me.

When we first started looking for a new Jeep, we went to Metro we spent about 30 minutes there and were never greeted by a sales person but those who came after us were. So we made the decision to just go look at Bertera, previously I had always said I would never buy a car from Bertera because their sales people are often pushy, but we had just started the process of looking for a new Jeep so it wasnt going to be an issue. We were not planning on buying a new Jeep that day but in the future, however, after looking around for a little while we were approached by Jake.He instantly just was an easy person to talk with and was never pushy about anything. He talked to us a lot about the jeeps but while we were honest we just started the process he was upfront and cohesively talked about the possible next steps and answered all questions. We ended up looking around a bit more and found the perfect Jeep for us, when we went in to talk to Jake he was extremely sweet and patient answering all our questions. We asked to take a test drive and while it was right around closing his manager said no, so we mentioned to Jake about putting a deposit down on the Jeep his manager said he wouldnt be willing to hold it for two days with a deposit and insisted we sign a bill of sale as we had plans the following day due to Mothers Day. His manager was the exact persona of someone who I didnt want to buy a car from, and the main reason I didnt want to buy from Bertera, however, Jake was the COMPLETE opposite. He profusely apologized and even came in on Sunday his day off so we could test drive the car we literally just purchased.If it wasnt for Jake we wouldnt have bought our new Jeep at Bertera but he was everything we could have asked for in a car salesman, he was personable, knowledgable, and NEVER ONCE pushy. He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one and did everything in his power to make us happy and we couldnt have asked for more!I highly recommend Jake to anyone looking at a car at Bertera!

***Update 3/26/21*** The service manager reached out to me and profusely apologized. It seems that the service department is under somewhat new management and he assured me that he is working on adjusting the culture to prioritize customer service more. I appreciated him calling me and I am willing to give it another chance, I updated the star-rating from 1 to 3, and will adjust it again if I receive good service in the future.I want to start by saying that the folks I interacted with there were polite and professional to me, and I have only used the service department. That said, I dont recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership, even for warranty work. Their communication practices are very poor (both within the organization and to the customer), and my experience with them demonstrated a disorganized way of doing business. Their prices seemed consistent with other mechanics, but if you value your time you should look elsewhere. I had more than one issue with this place, but the straw that broke the camels back for me was that I dropped my Wrangler for service and after two full days I received an automated text message saying that the work was complete and telling me what I owed. I drove 30 minutes one way to pick it up, only to get told that the work wasnt completed yet and they need another day. This was after another big mix up on their part which I considered to be a waste of my time. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made and that sometimes work doesnt go as planned, but dont send me a message telling me that the work is done. Make it a priority to call the customer when things are taking longer than was originally communicated. This is one of many reasons why I avoid taking my vehicles to dealership service departments. When you pay a premium for work (vs. a local, trusted mechanic) and you get a lower quality in customer service, it simply isnt worth it.

Worst service ever, will never do business with them again. I bought a Jeep from them a while back the SUV is 4 years old with 40K miles on it. The AC unit stopped working on the car and was blowing hot air. So I took it in for service. First they said that they had to do an evac and recharge in the AC told me the cost would be $1100 seemed a little crazy but ok fine do the work, dropped the car off in the AM. Called me later that afternoon said the car was ready for pickup. Took it home 3 days later no AC. Took it back they did whatever they did called me a little while after another $422 to replace what they said was a leaky expansion joint. Wasnt happy about it but agreed to get it fixed. They call me later that afternoon said the car was ready for pickup and that they had run the car for a while and everything was ok. Came to get the car picked up the keys literally drove off the lot onto Riverdale RD did a U-turn no AC, blowing hot air took it right back again. Left it over night. Got a call later that day, told me that the gasket on the valve they replaced was leaking had to replace it didnt charge me for that. 3 days later no AC took it back for a 4th time. Said they did some sort of test said there was a leak somewhere else this time said it was gonna cost $1800 to fix. Tried talking to the service manager about the situation in a calm way. He wasnt willing to work with me in anyway basically gave me the keys and said good luck with it. Worst experience I have ever had, downright awful and out $1500 with no AC.

I posted a sterling review of these crooks months ago. All it took was a clutch I didn’t break, a wormy lying service tech and a finance manager that cares nothing of his customers to change my mind. Now I’m stuck paying for a part that should be covered under a warranty. I even asked them to pull the recorded call I had with the service tech so they could see he lied. I never write reviews but Betera dodge service department deserves one. I went there with an issue from another dealership and was pretty upset, gave my them my keys and I went to the break room (they also have awesome espresso and coffee)next thing I know Dave Bonita came to me and straightened out the issue and saved me over $120. You always hear horror stories about dealership but not here they went way out of the way to fix my issue and save me $$$$$. Dave Bonita is awesome and because of him my family will only go here for service and buying vehicles, we are about40 minutes away but we’ll worth the drive. This is my first Wrangler and I literally had a list of questions, Igor took the time to not only explain but show me the difference in the safety features as well as some standard features/options. He did not pressure me in any way or try to sell me anything I did not need or want. Every time I have gone to the dealership all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Update: after beginning to call them daily, I got my refund. Original review is below.The salesman and his manager were alright, but kept trying to get me to agree to a deal orally, without showing me the one sheet breakdown of what the offer would look like. After I refused, they finally gave me a print out of the offer. I told them I would consider, but I had to ask three times for them to return my car keys so that I could leave.Despite the way they treated me, I still wanted the car and it was a fairly good deal, I just had to think on it. So I left a $200 deposit that I was told would be refunded if I chose not to purchase the vehicle. Three weeks since I declined to purchase the vehicle, and I am still calling them and getting nowhere in terms of getting it back.

I had a wonderful experience leasing my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bertera Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield, MA. I usually do not go car shopping without my husband, but I had time and wanted to get an idea of how much the lease would be. From the moment I walked in, I was never treated any differently as a woman. Kory, Chris, and Lee are nothing short of professional and understanding. Even though there was a hick-up (on my other cars lease documents), it was handled patiently. I will not hesitate returning back for anything I need. And lastly my husband and I absolutely LOVE the Jeep Grand Cherokee - Altitude trim!

Andre is rude the manager is rude they have no customer service skills I dont recommend this place at all and the forge documents and say you didnt want the recommended dealer services when they dont ask you dont waste your money dont get your car fixed with them they dont deserve your money. The service department makes the entire company look bad. Jay Lewis needs to pay his staff a visit. Terrible unacceptable service.

I would never send anybody there for service they had my Jeep for 2 weeks they didn’t call they where very unprofessional it’s like they didn’t care because my Jeep was already paid for. There customers service is terrible this is just a bad place for service. I recommend no one goes there for service unless you wanna leave your car for weeks at a time and there are not gonna call to tell if it’s fixed or not. I had ride up there everyday for them to lie about working on it. Oh and yeah I was trying to do was get a key made so just imagine if I really needed service work don’t . PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. to buy a car maybe but got nothing else

I wanted to hold off on writing a review till I had enough time with my car. I recently purchased a used 2017 Ram 1500 at Bertera and throughout the buying process, my sales representative Hilary, was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. She worked with me to find the perfect car for my budget and we did ultimately find it. Now this is not to say there wasnt any hiccups along the road, with a process as expensive as buying a car their is going to be some time to wait and things that pop up but everything was instantly taken care of by Hilary and if she didnt know then she would find the answer for me. Dont bring your car here for service! My whole appointment from start to finish was a joke. I scheduled a 10:00am appointment for a recall, the letter I got stated that loaner cars are available with reservations. So when I scheduled my recall I asked to reserve a loaner car also, they stated they would have to transfer me to do that. After waiting on hold for the transfer the service department answers and tells me We cant reserve loaner cars, you can get one when you come for your appointment. Fine, but why does your letter and the first person I talked to say otherwise....So I get to the appointment and what do ya know they dont do loaner cars! They asked if I wanted to wait and I asked how long it would take I was told about 1 hour. I decided to take the shuttle they offer home instead of waiting in the waiting room with people who arent even wearing masks.As I am home two hours go by so I decided to call and ask if my car is done.. they said no one in service is available but they will call me right back. So I wait 45 minutes and call again, and I am RUDELY told no the cars not done we will call when its ready, bye.4 and a half hours later I call again and ask for a manager because this is getting ridiculous... but of course the managers not available at that time. I have things to do and was told it would only be an hour, thank god I am not waiting in that waiting room this whole time. Finally the car is done, we get there and the woman behind the desk says oh you dont need a ride I have to call and cancel the driver that we sent to pick you up. No one asked or told us someone was coming for us so the attitude was not necessary.She hands us our paper and keys and says we are all set, does not explain anything they they found in the multi point inspection.So I had to ask if that was even done. She states the axel seal leak is covered under your warranty but you need to schedule that and its an all day thing(apparently everything is an all day thing at this place). She didnt explain what that even was, or any of the other things on the list, or apologize for me waiting 4 and a half hours. Funny thing is I called a few weeks earlier to ask if I still had any type of warranty and was told no, everything expired.... yet today I do have a warranty..... this place makes no sense at all and their communication skills with each other and their customers is TERRIBLE.Waist of my whole day and this isnt even my first issue with the service department there.
