My second time there and I enjoy shopping at Costco. having samples for certain food made it easy for me to get a few things I might have missed if didnt taste it.

The shop at Costco for the most part was great. But people need to watch what theyre doing man you need to look where youre going you need to watch where your carriages dont leave it in the middle of The Isle I know we have brains out there.

Went to the tire center a bit earlier than scheduled.Wayne accommodated my car tire rotation ( perfectly before sundown to avoid my eyes from being strained after surgery ).Very nice and resoucerceful

I really like Costco but I want to bring up something I have noticed lately when I purchase organic chicken thighs. It states boneless and skinless- nope lately lots of skin, extra fat and bone/gristle. Average $30 a package. I want it skinless and gristle/bone free.

Consistently one of the best retail stores during the pandemic, including both requiring and providing masks on this visit. Shoutout to Justin at self checkout for his 18 years of excellent customer service, including my interaction with him here today.

Great store, love gas station as well. Employee Nick and Manager Phil just went above and beyond to help me with a AC purchase to find all peices that should come with it. Many places just tell you they dont know where the missing items are. Gas today was 2.96 for premium and Shell was $3.45 same grade gas.

Be careful in this parking lot full of crazed customers. The shoppers always appear to be stocking up for a Nor’easter. Best time to go is 7-8pm

Its a normal Costco, 2 stars if really crowded, 4 stars if its not to crowded. Honestly going during the week will make shopping here easier than a weekend.

I went to Costco to renew my membership and to buy glasses. As a registered nurse, Im constantly reading small print on the computer. Lately, I have to squint my eyes just to read the computer. My eye doctor examined my eyes and wrote a prescription for a slightly stronger reading lense. Hopefully this will work. I also bought a case of Ensure for my dad.

Was hoping to find twin XL sheets. Found none. But got other great deals.

My one and only beloved Store . Fortune treasure store for all generations.Chicken Rotisserie is a blast for all family including my cat. Trustworthy store to get the membership and to buy its market shares.

Really only go there for the chicken salad. Its bomb.com. They have a good variety of items but I personally prefer pricerite🤷

Ample parking, and sometimes very crowded, but who doesn’t love Costco? Great place to shop for families, they have high-quality items (mostly in bulk), but for really great prices. Staff is very nice, and even though the aesthetic is kind of industrial, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Hard to walk out without purchasing a lot. Also has a great wine section (on the side) with a great wine selection, all at wholesale prices. Don’t forget the hone and car repair, appliances, and even vacation plans on your way out!

Plenty of good products to choose from. Great snacks in family size packages.

This Costco is always the one I go to as it’s the closest. I do hope they could broaden their food selections so I don’t have to drive all the way to the Costco in New Haven. Called them before during holiday season about egg yolk pies but the staff never heard about it.

I love the deals and variety of items they carry but it is always a zoo in there with not much direction....everyone just going whichever way..little to no courtesy for fellow shoppers which I guess isnt Costcos fault.

Do NOT order items like Televisions from Costco if they are to be delivered! Their internal logistics department is in total chaos, their drivers dont show up for work and they are unable to provide a delivery date. My delivery has been rescheduled FOUR times now and I still dont know when it will show up! Ive spent hours on hold trying unsuccessfully to get a delivery scheduled. Go somewhere else!!!

Arrived at 3:30 pm. Lots of Christmas shopping. Might want to check out the toy selection now. Wide selection this year, but they move fast. Check out fast. Only one person checking at the door made for a back up of 20+ people.

Always a trip worth taking. Shop in bulk. Clothing department is filled with men, woman and kids. Great prices on clothes. Got my son if Lucky jeans fir 10.00. Many other bargains.

Great customer service. Most of the cashiers are professional and have a nice smile on their face all the time. They always help me to find my keys, since I lose them when I am looking through the products. They handle line stress very nicely. Costco is always busy with customers, and the employees their never complain about it. Love it

This place is always packed. If you want to come here its always best to show up right at opening otherwise you might have to wait in line a long time

Costco Danish ..two flavors - cream cheese and cherry. Good combination for my coffee, cream cheese is the best for me😍

I had always loved Costco. Visited Costco Springfield MA on March 6th. Left wishing Costco Nashua could have gas ⛽ station. Amazing savings on gas prices. I bought super for $2.63 per gallons!!

The customer service at this store has nose dived over the past year. You dont even see the same familiar faces you enjoyed seeing for years and years. The staff that remain are the tyrantical militant type that hawk your every move and apparence. I read and hear on many platforms that this is the way the stores have become nationwide. After being a member for over 30 years I wont be renewing my membership in 3 months. Its a shame that corporate has taken this direction but they are not alone in their choices. Many companies have taken this route over the past year but hopefully all will learn a lesson financially down the road. In the future I will drive the extra 5 minutes to BJs for a wider variety of items offered with employees that still smile at you and act like theyre happy to see you.

I love shopping at Costco. I try to bring a list. Recently I bought slacks and returned the next week to buy 2 more pairs. We also buy many food items too. Their Australian lamb is delicious!!!

Did I need a new cooler, swimsuit, pack of batteries or lawn hose when I went in to only get some fruits and vegetables? Of course not, but thats Costco for ya. Their in-season fruits are a much better deal than what youll find at any grocery store. Save room for a slice of pizza 🍕 or hotdog 🌭 after you check out!

Parking is a mess and they cram more unmasked people into one building then I am comfortable with.

I just recently saw an article about Costcos animal welfare standards and I was appalled. I will be shopping somewhere else until policies regarding animal welfare practices change with this corporation.

You enter costco as a customer but leave feeling like a convict. The older white gentleman at the exit door was extremely rude for a mistake caused by one of their employees. Every white person in front of me was greeted with a smile soon as it is my turn (young black male) he counts my items and redirects my shopping court with no explanation and tells me to return my shopping cart. God forbid you forget to scan an item at the self checkout line. At this point I asked for a refund after being embarrassed. Canceling my card going #BJS

This was my first time at the Springfield Costco, but it worked out with other plans to be a time effective stop. It is efficiently laid out and I got all of what I wanted. Strong thumbs up for a guy who typically goes to South Nashua, NH

DAVE at the self checkout was VERY POLITE and HELPFUL! He came up and helped out, and as soon as he finished helping us, went over to help others. Costco hasnt been the best in service during pandemic, but this visit and employee is the reason Im giving 5 stars!

Really the only warehouse club that is worth it. Have tried others but they just don’t have it. From toilet paper and their brand bottled water. And a nice jewelry case.

Started to shop here. Like all places watch what you buy. Some really good prices but some not so good. You can spend a lot of money if you dont watch it.Went during senior hours 8:30 to 9:30. There is a manager asking if you are handicapped and if the person with you is a medical necessity.I was in a moter cart. I said it hard to push the cart and drive the moter cart too. He said that was not the question.I thought it was illegal to ask a person of there handcapped.

I always love going to Costco. Prices are good. Selection is usually pretty decent. Only place I can find large cans of Nina San Marzano tomatoes!

Best place to buy Food. Or, if you need underwear or a Jacket. The pre packaged food here is tasty as well.

You need to time your visit here. It is really crowded and zero social distancing! But great choices and friendly staff

Great store, but good luck cashing out. Long lines and average wait time of about ten minutes. Needs too be improved, even with over sensitive self-checkout.

Still not quite sure why I continue to go to Costco. Buy a membership to spend money? Sizes of everything large enough for a family of 10? Made to feel like a criminal while waiting in line to leave, in order to get a black sharpie line on a receipt. Somehow I keep coming back. Sadistic I suppose.

I love the West Springfield Costco, it’s always so clean and the associates are always actively working, no one is standing idle looking clueless. The associates are very helpful and always deliver service with a smile. The associates who stock at night do an amazing job in trying to keep up with the huge demand thats asked of the store! 5 stars across the board!

I will never shop at your store. You are part of the cancel culture. Its disgusting how a multi millionaire dollar corporation would go after a private citizen and try to stip of a fundamental right.
