Have you been here yet? i hope so because if you havent then youre in for a real treat. almost every donut is a must but top faves for me are the sour cream. what a stand out incredible donut, moist and flavorful, not too sweet but obviously pretty sweet cause its donut. any cream filled or jelly is a solid go to but i am keen on the new strawberry and cream one theyve been making. fluffy. addicting. get them by the dozen and get your favorites on the side so you dont have to worry about cracking into the dozen, you wont regret it

I stopped by here around 5pm on a Sunday and there were still plenty of flavors available. Sure, might not have been the freshest at this point but some donuts keep longer then others. I went with honey glaze, chocolate, spiced New England, cider, toasted coconut, bavarian cream.Honey glaze was light but decent chew. The spiced and cider donuts were very similar...the spice was just stronger. I gave away the bavarian cream so I cant comment on taste...it was however smaller than others noticeably. The chocolate was good...strong taste, nice crust on outside and moist on inside. Finally, my favorite was the toasted coconut. It was well covered with shredded toasted coconut flakes. Sweet but not overly. Texture was on point.Very solid overall. Far from home for me but if I drive by i90, this 5 minute detour is worth more visits. Another pro is that they stay open late.

Donut Dip....whats happened? Recently I had a jelly stick that was dry and didnt have much jelly and then I bought a few apple fritters which were also dry and stale. Is there a new baker? Really disappointed. In the past Donut Dip was top notch in this area for donuts.

The hot cruss donuts are everything people say they are and rave about. Those arent the only hit there, though. Every donut we had was really good! Worth a stop if you are in the area. I can definitely see why they have been called the best donuts in Massachusetts.

Possibly my favorite Donuts ever. Get the no-frills classics, theyll never disappoint. Plain glazed cake donut? Yes please. Rasp. or vanilla filled are also great. Get there early because they sell out theyre so good. Really a local place. Love the oldies vibe, very 50s donut shoppe - its so iconic they have cute strawberry-glaze-colored branded t-shirts. I want one! Staff is nice and sometimes a littly grumpy, which is so classic for a New England donut shop and just adds to the ambiance.

These guys are the best, the donuts are always fresh the apple fritter is so delicious its my all time favorite treat and just tried a breakfast sandwich for the first time today sausage egg and cheese on a Chedder jalapeno bagel and it was amazing. I definitely recommend them.

The doughnuts are amazing! The coffee too. They have so many to choose from. They even smell amazing from outside. Now I dont like doughnuts normally. But these are the best you can get in Springfield area. You must stop and get some.

Pretty good made on premises donuts. The ones we had definitely werent made that day. And although they use wax paper to grab the donuts it would be nice to see them with gloves on. I do reccomend trying these especially the sour cream donuts which are hard to find from a local shop. Support local businesses!

Welcome to Donut Heaven. This place is one of a kind and should be on any Donuts Fans top list of Donut Shops. First of all, these places dont exist anymore. Where can you go to get a great Donut... not DD thats for sure. You can get a great Donut at Donut Dip for sure. The staff is super friendly and they know everyone by name and what they order. Amazing. You name the donut, they have it. Any Filled Donut is filled with Jelly that you taste with every bite. They are open late to meet any late night Donut cravings, which you will have after stopping at Donut Dip. Thank You for such a great old school experience. Will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

Best Donuts in NY and New England area and maybe anywhere. French crullers on weekends are really great unlike Dunkin Donuts dried outs. Jelly donuts oozing with delicious donuts the way jelly donuts should. Not just a little jelly squirt.Love this place!

I dont know how I have lived in Western Mass my whole life and never went to Donut Dip until today. Had a breakfast sandwich, Boston cream donut and coffee. Everything was delicious. Staff was so friendly and fast. Everything looked scrumptious. A very, very difference experience from you-know-who Big Donut Chain. Loved it. Well be back regularly for sure!

I came here for the donuts and while they were good, Their not the reason you should come here… the sausage egg and cheese on croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had, also super friendly staff!!

Went on July 2, 2021 at 9pm. Donuts were good. But one of the older ladies rudely yelled at me and my friend to, GET OF THE WAY so another man could go in front of us when we were ordering from another woman. He politely said that he would just wait for us to finish to order.

If you’re anywhere within 50 miles, you’d better find your way to this area treasure. Can’t find handmade like this anymore.

Picture this: a long, diner style counter with enough staff behind it to handle any rush, any time; you barely enter and a friendly voice asks you if you would like coffee. I dont know eat donuts, but my friends all swear by this place and they have a giant, donut-eclair-thing called the Bismarck and its very enticing looking.

Easily the best donuts anywhere. I will frequently make the drive over an hour to try their many delicious varieties of donuts that are fresh made every day. It’s frequently busy but the staff does a great job moving the customers down the line. If you’ve never been here, you’re missing out. They also serve breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

Weve been coming here almost on a weekly basis! The donuts are amazing and there is always so much variety. The coffee is great. The breakfast sandwiches are soooo good too!!! We always get the sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel.We went there today for a cinnamon raisin bagel, but they ran out. One of the ladies gave us an extra donut!!! We were not expecting that, but it was such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this place!!!!

The best, freshly made donuts in all of New England. If your planning a visit near the Big E, make a point to drop in. Cider donuts year round, Black Raspberry filled, Lemon filled, Boston Cream and Bismarks. Im in Vermont. Its a 4 hour drive one way. So.... when Im driving by, I pick up a quantity of donuts. When I return home, I get 3 dozen. By the way, they have great coffee, Breakfast sandwiches and lottery tickets.

From California to Mass, Ive tasted a lot of donuts, and these are among the top. The maple glazed was a bit too sweet and not too maple-y, but the reg glazed and powdered sugar donuts were amazing.

The outside of the place makes you question the quality of the donuts however most of us have learned to never judge a book by its cover. These donuts were DELICIOUS!! Very fresh, soft and flavorful. The glaze are amazing and the pumpkin was full of fall flavor!! I havent tried the apple fritter yet but Im sure it will be delightful. The prices were reasonable and there was a good amount of people working.

The best part is it really upsets the lovely ladies behind the counter when you order multiple sandwiches at a time. Got off of I 95 to get a coffee and stumbled on this GEM! Im from Ct the home of Neils famous donuts. I must say that Donut Dip is on par or surpasses Neils! Whith the vast Variety of donuts and pastry leaves you with only one choice. Bring home a dozen and try them all. I bought a Belly Buster and brought it to my grand children in Vermont. They went ballistic when they saw it after supper. It was gone in a flash. Will be making it my must stop every time I travel to Vermont.my cider donut was supurb. The servers are wonderful people and theres no waiting!
