This place rocks. Id been searching for picnic ware & everything cost as much as a good dining set. Got wonderful, really cute summer themed melamine plates bowls & tumblers very inexpensively. A little difficulty connecting at the curbside pickup, left on hold, but a passing associate stopped to assist then things went quickly, so kudos for her initiative & great customer service. Signs for curbside pickup are a little hard to see.

They had alot of great gifts this year for the Christmas season and also lots of good gift giving candy. I like big lots because most of their stuff i would buy and put in my apartment. And the prices are always reasonable.

I came here with my mom to pick up oatmeal, a door mat and a curtain rods. This place is big inside and sells different things like carpets living room sets, cereal, oatmeal, candy, curtains and rods. Also chairs patio sets ect. They have curb side pick here as well. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have in store shopping now. The employees were nice to me and my mom. The lines were not so bad. Also the floors were clean and the items were stocked nicely on the shelves.

Talk about excellent customer service!!! John and Joe were super helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. They were so nice and and patient while we decided on our purchase. Thank you guys so much! You guys Rock!!!!

Pretty random selection but I like their curtain rods. I go there when Im having trouble finding something no where else has.

I usually love going to this store, I get what I need and sometimes a little more. The last 2 times Ive gone there were a little different. The staff is pretty nice for the most part but yesterday when I went because I was told a new shipment of mattresses were to be coming in one of the staff was extremely rude. Two days in a row she was rude, she seems like a very unhappy person and should not be dealing with customers, at all. Her name was Agatha, next time I am there and she is also there, I will make sure to ask for another person. Besides her its usually always a good visit.

I arrived at Big Lots just a few minutes before closing, not realizing the time. The workers were very helpful and accommodating and even signed me up for their rewards program despite the fact I (unintentionally) kept them late. They had everything I needed and more...it was an extremely pleasant experience!

The store is very clean and if you take your time and look you can find a good value. It is hard to get around some spots with a cart. I dont shop there for everyday items but I like to get spare sheet sets and candles.

A bargin store of sorts with some food items, outdoor furniture, odds & ends, and a lot of empty shelves. The sanitizer for your carriage was just water vs actual disinfectant spray.

I went there for deodorant and laundry detergent. Its pretty bad they are more expensive than Walmart for those two items. I enjoyed looking at the furniture. However went to Walmart for my purchases.

They have some really great deals on stuff here. But not everything is made with great quality, a lot is made flimsy and cheap.They have great makeup deals from closeouts as well as great deals on food items to.Try to go at a slow time of day because they never have enough cashiers.

JOE FROM FURNITURE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE !!!Never again buying anything from this store because of the disgusting way he spoke to me !!!HE IS AWFULLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!I asked him a simple question of how much was a piece of furniture and he argued and yelled in front of other customers at me about taking off the tape from the piece of furniture and printed receipts of the price instead of simply looking at the tags and giving me a verbal priceHe should not be a retail guy if he can’t deal with customers !!!!! Never again buying anything from this store because of the disgusting way he spoke to me!!!

Had a great experience in the West Springfield, MA store on Sunday, April 8th. The girl in the furniture department went above and beyond by calling another store to find out if they had a certain patio set on display. Then gave us directions to the store, and sure enough, the set was on display.
