The Big E has a lot to see and do,with live entertainment, crafts, and vendors of all sorts. Their is plenty for the kids. All sorts of animals and those who care for them very educational. If you like walking! You can definitely put on a few miles after you eat from the many varieties of food. All in all a great place to spend the day

Went to the Holiday festivities.. Loved it. What a great family time. Just walking around and checking out the houses, church .. Have been going to the Big E for years and never realized what was left behind after the Big E. Had a drink and appetizer at the tavern .. it was delicious.

I had my wedding this passed Sunday at the schoolhouse. It was a small wedding party, the location was so charming, the price was fantastic, and the staff was amazing! I highly recommend it!

Very friendly people. Great atmosphere in a historical building. The bread was freshly baked and delicious. The rest of the food after the bread was ok. Maybe I didnt make a good choice so Im going there again to try it one more time.

The big open green is perfect to sit and relax with the children.My Uncle Ralph Sweet used to call square dances from the gazebo. So its a very special place for my family

Definitely worth stopping in if youre at the Big E fair or just having fun visiting Storrowton Village. The gift shop offers jewelry, candy, postcards, wine classes, etc. Additionally, they sell Byers Choice figurines and Raggedy Ann dolls. For those that want to look like they stepped back in time, the store sells a few items of traditional 18th Century

It is one of our favorite restaraunts, me and the Mrs, in the area and they have a quiet outdoor dining patio. Very accommodating.Delicious filet mignon with bernaise sauce and a tasty dark beer.

We went to the tavern for lunch. It was very nice. The menu varied the price reasonable. It is a quiet place. Great for couples. Even a fire in the fireplace.

Awesome if youre a history buff. They do functions like weddings etc. as well. Very nostalgic of the time. Circa 1800s!

This is a wonderful example of an 18th Century home built in North Brookfield, MA by Captain John Potter. I once played in the cellar hole of this home! Is a small venue, but worth taking the time. Much valley history here, and the staff were very friendly, and answered all our questions. They were not busy, sad as more people would enjoy coming here if they knew about it.

We went to Storrowton for Sunday Brunch. I wasnt very impressed at all. First of all, the server we had was not very attentive. Secondly, when we went for the desserts they were just adequate at best. My Fiancee and I will definitely not be going back.

Recently, I had lunch at Storrowton Tavern on the fairgrounds of The Big E. Very nice. Afterwards, I was surprised to find out that the gift shop in Storrowton Village is open year round. This place is a little hidden gem. Simple, fun stuff in different categories. Historical type decor items, of course, but also scarves, jewelry, small toys - even a talking Lambchop puppet! That brought back memories. Maybe thats what I liked most about the shop...the memories it brought back...like cotton hankies. Hard to find those nowadays. Ill be back now that I know.

Worked at the Tavern for over a year. Chefs are of the highest quality and experience. Only the best ingredients are used. Head chef and owner Vinny Calvanese is one of the most knowledgeable cooks Ive had the honor to work under.

It was a beautifully decorated room that we were in. We were at a baby shower. The food that was breakfast and it was delicious. I plan to go back to visit when they open for the season. I was told it was a great place to visit and explore.
